Tub was clogged, called Golden Rooter and Daniel came over within 20 minutes. Not only was he fast to respond he gave a price that was fair. Daniel took the time to set up and make sure he wasn't damaging or getting things dirty while inside the house. I have never seen a plumber take the care he did. He was also one of the nicest people I have met. You can tell he cares about his customers and take pride in his work. Thanks

Joseph was great! We had an unexpected issue with our toilet and Joseph was able to come the same day and fix it. He was courteous and I really appreciated his honesty and transparency with what needed to be done. Very knowledgeable. I've hired other plumbers and they don't really take their time to explain what the issue is and what needs to be done to fix it, so this was refreshing. Definitely would recommend Joseph and his services.

As luck would have it, our shower faucet failed on a Saturday.  We could not shut it off, so we had to turn off the water to the house.  Since we had good experience previously with B & B, we called again, this time on an emergency basis.  They did call us back.  The technician called us to say when he would be here, and again when he was on his way.  He fixed the faucet, replacing the defective part.  The service was prompt, especially for a weekend, efficiently done, courteous, and reasonable.  He left the work area clean.  As old as our home is, we will need plumbing work again, and we will definitely call B&B.

Scott and his brother (sorry I forgot his name!) were both Soo helpful and fair. They came the same day I called, and got rid of the mess in my sink for $99. They gave me ideas for products to help keep my pipes unclogged, and were just what you'd want a plumber to be. Smart, polite, know what they're doing and good prices.  Every single part of the encounter was pleasant.  I highly recommend them- and they guaranty their work for 30 days.  Once you'll see their attitude and service you'll know what I mean about how unusual the experience is!

My service with them was excellent.  I called because I had a clogged kitchen drain and washroom sink.  In about 30 minutes or less they unclogged it. John offered me a $10.00 discount because I found them and read thier reviews on this website.  Everything good about these reviews are so true.

I also like the fact, that once I called him, we talk appt. and he told me text him my address and time that is convienent to me and there they were.  I will defintely use these guys again.  They have now became my plumbers.

Where do I start?  The last month has been a whirlwind.  Bought my house a few months ago and after only 7 weeks of living there, my sewer line backed up and flooded my master bathroom, master bedroom, parts of my kitchen and through to the family room.  A disaster to state the least.  
Sleepless nights and multiple quotes and opinions later, I met Jacob at Team Rooter.  

Jacob's knowledge of my new home and what it needed was quite plausible.  It takes a reasonable explanation of why something needs to get done before I budge.  He convinced me to replace all the lines to the fixtures and to sleeve the main line that caused the damage.  He promised me I would be in good hands and that he would bring in, what he referenced to as his boys, to help out.... and the work began the very next day.

He put Jorge on the job as the main plumbing expert and Jorge texted me every single day progress shots and notes to keep me well informed.  I was never left in the dark.  I never felt I was asking too many questions (I ask a lot).  And Jorge even took the time to show me how he avoided connections on the new lines that were installed.  Jorge re-assured me over and over and over that this will not happen again and stood behind their 25 year warranty which is truly a big deal in the plumbing world. His professionalism and timeliness on the site was extraordinary.

Oscar, Juan, and Edwin should be mentioned as they were part of piecing the house back together.  

All in all, I am heavily impressed and happy with Jacob and his team's work. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a solid, trustworthy sewer line service.  This is hands down the company to go with!!!

Mike was great to work with. I sent him a picture of what was going on and he was able to identify what was needed. He even informed me of how to get the part cheaper. I really appreciated the honest up front attitude. He did a great job. Left everything clean. Scheduling the appointment was nice and easy with Lala the scheduler.

My building had a previous idiot plumber who messed up our whole buildings pipes and gave us so many pipe leaks and water issues and one my tenants found Chris the plumber and he came out right away and fixed all the problems we had and we had satisfied tenants once again....plus gave us some discounts if you have alot of work needed...I def recommend him.. A+

Needed a new gas line installed for a dryer and they were very responsive. Pleasant to deal with and highly recommend. Even came all the way out to Gardena for it. Will be keeping them in mind for future needs!

Great customer service, they got the job done super fast as well. They wore mask and gloves, very sanitary due to covid. Will definitely be contacting again in case we have another situation. You won't go wrong with requesting their service, very professional and polite workers. We were very satisfied with the job they did.

Guillermo and JT did an excellent job cleaning out the sewer line due to roots. They arrived promptly, were professional and courteous. In the past, Alex did some sewer work. Considering the budget, Alex also did an excellent job.  It was not an easy task. Thanks Downey P, H and AC!

If I could actually give 0 stars, I would prefer to do that. One star would mean that I actually had some interaction with a technician or some work was done, but it wasn't great. I had no service provided even though I reached out to schedule an appointment and requested their services for my property.

I had called HomeX Plumbing & Rooter one month in advance (June 2023) to schedule an appointment to come out and provide quotes/do a consultation on servicing a few tankless water heaters (July 2023). I received both the email and text notification after the phone call verifying the date/time/location of the appointment. Everything seemed good at that point. The day before the appointment, I received another text and an email notification verifying the date/time/location of the appointment. Everything still seemed to be good. The second notification mentioned You will receive a separate message once your technician is on their way. I did not receive any notification that my technician was on the way or was ever going arrive. I waited 45 minutes, luckily I had some other work to do to pass the time. However, waiting that long of a time for a technician to show up and not even receive any notification was very frustrating. I had called 3 times and someone finally answered the phone. I was told that my appointment had been pushed two hours ahead. I had told them that I received no notification it was pushed two hours ahead and the representative had finally realized/mentioned that no one from their end/office had reached out to me to say that my appointment was pushed two hours ahead. Essentially, if I did not call three times and gotten lucky that someone had picked up the call on the third time, I would have never known that my appointment got moved two hours ahead. What does that say about professionalism and the providing five-star service that the company advertises? This appointment was not a last minute scheduling or an emergency that needed a dire response. It was a service consultation that was scheduled one month in advance with the expectation that a technician would come out and there would be open dialogue on what my tankless water heaters need from a professional. Definitely not happy with the service and the wasted time.

Almost like clock work, my old copper pipes sprung a leak. It happens every year. This time I wasn't going to patch it up. After asking for a few local plumbers in my area a friend recommended Right Choice Plumbing. Jorge came out and gave me a great deal on redoing the plumbing in my house and servicing my Tankless water heater and is scheduled to change out three toilets. No job to big or small for these guys. Definitely going to use them for my other properties.

In a recent cancellation. He ensured me in doing this they'd get the job done quick and affordably. The job, was to paint a 10x12 room and set up a closet fixture from IKEA. First day Marco was there for 6 hours. In that time, he completed a layer of primer and a single coat of paint and removed an existing drawer set within the closet. That was it.

Todd then said they could be down the next day to finish painting. To my surprise, they never showed up. So a no call no show the second day in.
It wasn't until 7pm I was told they would try and get there to finish painting still never showed or provided further contact. Marco was there the third day, cursing loudly to himself. Making people in the house uncomfortable. 2 out of 3 times checking on the progress he was sitting on the bench informing me of what he finished and that he was working hard.
At the end of it, I calculated him there for 12 hours, they tried to charge me extra hours (14 hours total) So they wanted me to pay almost 1000 dollars for a room to be painted. All the pieces of the IKEA furniture are laid about everywhere for me to try and deal with.

The worst part of it, Todd was very intimidating in making me pay, they don't do a prior quote or contract so he is able to be. When I explained my frustration instead of trying to rectify the situation he demanded I pay him. When I finally agreed to the overpriced amount in fear of retaliation he went fishing the day I agreed to meet him, so I had to chase down his employee to settle the balance. I'd suggest against hiring these people. Marco was nice enough but sandbagged the whole job, Todd is on the phone to force you into paying whatever he desires. His 20 years of professional experience do not show. They aren't the type to listen, they will get their money and get out. Do not call, do not let them know where you live.

One happy customer here! Air conditioner upstairs stopped working which made the nights unbearable so I called western, they had me scheduled from 7:30-10 am Rick got here at 8:15 am checked the unit and all I needed was a new capacitor! He checked both units outside, cleaned them out checked freon and it was fine. Rick just left, he is very nice and personable. Valerie from the office was great, called me back this morning and even called me when Rick was on his way to let me know. Price was good and within 45 minutes my unit was working and my house is cool. I will definitely be calling them back for service again.

We have been using Rick's Plumbing for over 5 years now. Wouldn't use anyone else. Always reasonably priced and courteous, and definitely knowledgeable about all things plumbing related. He shows up when he says he is going to show up and works hard. We highly recommend his services.

I love Trusty Plumbers! The best customer service and the best technicians. Today I had a whole house back and they were very understanding and able to get a technician out right away. Edwin was very professional and went above and beyond to explain what was going on in my pipes and make recommendations about how to prevent future problems.  He explained services Trusty Plumbers offered as well as things we could do on our own.  Its great to have a plumber you can trust to give you there professional advice without trying to upsell.  

I've also used them on rental properties and they are a lifesaver. They understand how to communicate with tenants as well as owners. They contact my tenants right away to schedule and are always sure to call on arrival to explain the problem and get my approval before doing any work. I can't recommend them enough!

I am in awe of Mark's professionalism, knowledge and affordability. A pipe burst in the kitchen and unfortunately my regular plumber couldn't fix it. The damage was severe and my kitchen cabinets were on the way.  Mark recommended to open a hole on the exterior wall to cut and repair the pipe. He is very polite, clean and prompt.  He showed up at my door within 20 mins from my initial phone call.  He gave me a free estimate and came back the following day to work, which by the way was a holiday.  He made a precise rectangular opening on the wall and replaced the pipe. He also installed a new clean out and cabled the drain to clear previous stoppage.  He finished all his work in less than three hours in the dark of the evening and by himself.  His contract states that his work is guaranteed for 1 year. I can't be happier.  Thank you yelp that is how I found Mark!
