We contacted Daniel at the recommendation of many people in the neighborhood.

He came out to replace our toilet.

(The toilet has a double flapper and 2 previous plumbers, plus a supply company, had never seen that before.
There was a clog in the actual toilet that they could not get through as well (which was why it wasn't flushing) and everything together could be costly... probably most cost effective to just replace the toilet.)

First off, he was very available to communicate with while we were choosing the new toilet.

When he came to do the work, he first took time to inspect our current toilet.
He asked questions and tinkered with it.

Wrapping up the story, he adjusted a few things in the tank, and turns out, we didn't need a new toilet.

That was already great news, as I didn't want to contribute to the landfill, but he also offered to take the toilet to Home Depot and meet us there so it could be returned!
So kind.
And then, he didn't even charge us!!!
He said he didn't really do anything.

Kind, kind human and really good at his job as well.

So you got a blocked drain under your foundation and you look at the various estimates that you have received from your traditional plumbing operations and you don't know what to do....  Here is my suggestion....

If you have not received an estimate from Jospeh Camarena, who owns and runs Trench Plumbing - call him.  I did and I don't regret the minute that I placed the call.  He was timely and cost effective with his charges and flexible in scheduling the job on your time table (unless your job needs emergency attention, which also separates Trench from the rest).

He and his crew were respectful of the job site, laid heavy paper on the wood floors and baseboards.  Covered any exposed areas with plastic and when he drilled the concrete to access the clogged drain, he did it with minimal dust and little disruption to others working in the house.

Joseph and his assistant, Angel are licensed plumbers who repair some of the most difficult plumbing challenges.  Their work was completed as scheduled and during the process, Jospeh and Angel kept me apprise of any issues and/or needs that I needed to address.

I will TRY and make this short - but it won't be.

We had what we THOUGHT was just a clogged kitchen line. We decided to go with B&B plumbing because of their support and contributions to our high school's football program. After calling, They sent Joe and another person out to clear our drain. After working quite a while, they were unable to clear the stoppage with their conventional methods. Joe was VERY knowledgeable, courteous and CLEANED EVERYTHING after this initial visit. After which, he explained to us our lateral line was unable to be cleared and would have to be REPLACED - which meant cutting into the concrete foundation, digging out the old cast iron pipe and replacing it. Joe said it wasn't his place to give the estimate for the job, but gave us a ball-park figure. After the initial shock of what this could cost, I asked if it would save time AND money if I were to demo the area myself. This included tearing out the cabinetry, and removing the drywall to gain access to the area they needed to work.  He said estimates were based on hourly prices for the plumbers and anything I could do to eliminate their time would help in the cost. This was on a Thursday and Joe said they were pretty much booked on Friday. If I didn't want to be charged a premium for weekend work, it would have to wait until Monday. No kitchen sink and no bathroom sink for three days. Joe called into the office and asked what we should be billed for that days work. For the amount of time they had spent there and for what they had to do, the price was extremely fair. The big cost was coming later.

When B&B showed up on Monday, I had the cabinets removed, tile was torn up in the area and the drywall was removed from the wall. I even removed the shower anticipating they would have to do it. (Mistake).  B&B came in, cut the concrete, dug up the old pipe and had re-plumbed the whole lateral line, in just about 8 hours. There work was TOP NOTCH and even if you are not a plumber, you can tell they know what they are doing. And once again, they were VERY CLEAN. Keep in mind, they had a concrete saw cutting our foundation and had to dig up the old pipe. These guys were GREAT. I had found out later Joe, our original plumber, did not work this job. He was scheduled somewhere else. This tells me B&B knows the importance of keeping jobs CLEAN!

After completing the work that day, my wife wrote the check. After going thru the invoice,  I thought they MAY have overcharged us for the work performed. I called B&B and spoke with Brian. Brian said he actually came by the job that day, saw what needed to be done. In speaking with him later, we discussed what the workers actually performed, the amount of time his workers were on the job and what I had done to get the job ready. Brian said he would re-evaluate our invoice. Brian had contacted me later and offered a partial refund for the effort performed. We had discussed the amount and both came to an agreement. It was an odd scenario since I believe I had helped out in doing part of the demo and actually how long the workers worked on our job. In the end, I was EXTREMELY happy with the work they performed, and what wound up being the final price. I received a check from B&B within the week!!!

If you're looking for a plumbing CONTRACTOR, I would highly recommend B&B. When I say CONTRACTOR, I mean just that. They MAY not be the cheapest, but they are NOT going to advertise in craigslist either. B&B is LEGIT. Don't trust your plumbing issues with someone who rents their snake or any other equipment. Plumbing issues can turn serious, and if you own your home, you want someone who is a professional and who knows how to do the work.

These guys were awesome! I called them late Saturday afternoon to clear my kitchen drain because it was backing up every time I used my garbage disposal.  Who says i can't blend an avocado seed..... lol. I called and they were able to get out to my house pretty quick.  They were in and out and made sure everything was working before they left.  I'd call them again, if i couldn't figure out the problem, cool guys.

Had a blockage in the bathroom and water leakage in the leaving room.  Insurance company sent people over fixed the bathroom pipe blockage and fixed the water leak and replace the wood flooring.  After 2 weeks the new flooring started to break and have water underneath it.   But they couldn't figure out what is going on.  We were recommended to consult with plumbing experts.  First company came, camera in the pipe can't see any thing. So we decided to look around and found All service Plumbing The lovely lady sent Jesse to come take a look. He is an experienced young man, very detailed and very skilled at his job.  He was able to find several pipe junctions are broken. Jesse recommended us to do a pipe lining to cover the metal pipe and junctions.  Now our floors are dry, mold free.

ASK CANFIELD'S PLUMBING FIRST, YOU WON'T BE  REGRET IT.The  Best plumber in the town. The price is  affordable. He arrived on time. He knows his job very well and very honest. I would definitely recommend him to everyone.

I'm a real satisfied customer of Bigos Plumbing. On Sunday the day after the 4th of July my sink in our kitchen clogged up and we needed emergency service to unclog the drain and Bigos came out and accomplished that! After calling numerous plumbers for back ups from toilets, bathtubs, sinks, Jacob, Jorge, and Juan Carlos were the only ones that truly diagnosed and fixed the problem.  All the other plumbers came and snaked the lined, then considered it 'fixed.'  

Also, we've been battling water bugs, and now after fixing the drains properly, no more water bugs in the house.  

Truly professional and courteous guys.  Can't say enough how much I recommend them.

Recently had Mike come out to replace our faulty Bosch tankless water heater.  We replaced it with a Noritz unit, he also repaired low pressure in bathroom shower.  Mike was professional from the beginning.  They arrived on time and their workmanship is amazing.  Mike is very knowledgeable and has a good working crew, very polite and skilled.  I found their pricing to be very competitive.  I will be calling Complete Plumbing for all future plumbing repairs.  Good and honest plumbers are hard to come by and these guys are great.

I was referred to Chris The Plumber by one of my clients after a home inspection on her property. I have worked with many plumbers through the years but Chris is my new go-to guy. He's very reliable, shows up on time and responded quickly to an emergency when I had a toilet back up. He did a great job with a new laundry drain and installation of a garage sink, and even put the drywall back in place. Chris will also be installing a liner in the sewer main that had backed up, ran a new gas line and installed new water lines, angle stops, p traps and garbage disposal. Thanks Chris!

What we thought was a issue with our washing machine turned out to be a larger plumbing problem than expected. Federico explained to us some of the work we had gotten done in 2017 when we paid to have the house repiped was not completed at all, done incorrectly, or haphazardly. Federico explaind all that needed to be fixed and educated us on what our options were and the best route to go.

As you know plumbing can be pricey and Federico provided us a fairly priced estimate with payment options. He was able to finish the remainder of the piping work, get us a new water heater, and a new garbage disposal. All was installed within half a day. They left our home just as they found it, removing all evidence that they had been there.

Couldn't be happier with our experience and would recommend his team to anyone looking for a small business to support that provides stellar service.

Great customer service, they got the job done super fast as well. They wore mask and gloves, very sanitary due to covid. Will definitely be contacting again in case we have another situation. Todd and Marco are THE nicest people in the business. Marco came to our home today to paint and hang a door I had purchased at Home Depot. I called Todd earlier in the week to schedule. Our puppy accidentally got locked in our room so we had to break the door down. Unfortunately, the door I purchased was too narrow for our door jam. Todd called to let me know that Marco had already painted the door but a trip to Home Depot was needed to get the correct size. Not only did Todd recommend someone at Home Depot for me to speak with, but he also explained to her exactly what I needed. You have no idea how helpful it is to have someone hold your hand when you're home improvementally challenged! The door and jam I need are custom orders so I'll have to wait for Todd/Marco to come back to install when it arrives. I have found my go to plumber now... I just wished I had found him sooner. Rick is what everyone have said he is on Yelp. He is knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and cleans up after the job.

Not knowing too much on water softener systems, and not having a trusted plumber to start with... I went with purchasing one online. I had Rick installed my water softener and I am having him come back to install my kitchen sink and reverse osmosis system.

I love Trusty Plumbers! The best customer service and the best technicians. Today I had a whole house back and they were very understanding and able to get a technician out right away. Edwin was very professional and went above and beyond to explain what was going on in my pipes and make recommendations about how to prevent future problems.  He explained services Trusty Plumbers offered as well as things we could do on our own.  Its great to have a plumber you can trust to give you there professional advice without trying to upsell.  

I've also used them on rental properties and they are a lifesaver. They understand how to communicate with tenants as well as owners. They contact my tenants right away to schedule and are always sure to call on arrival to explain the problem and get my approval before doing any work. I can't recommend them enough!

Today started off rough. My toilet didn't want to flush. I called Prodigy Plumbing in the morning and the customer service team had a welcoming and professional greeting. They scheduled a technician for me. Once Luis (Plumber) arrived, he was well-groomed, professional, knowledgeable and COVID-19 prepared. After a few minutes he located the problem, communicated the fix, options, and possible long term issues if not handled. After, I agreed to his best solution. He fixed my toilet, gave me some preventive maintenance solutions. In short, if you have a plumbing problem, I recommend Prodigy, and ask for Luis. A great guy.
