I was hoping to leave a good review after every one else had... I called Todd to set up an appointment and we had to reschedule once... I'm a patient person so that was okay.

I had an issue with my washing machine leaking water in the back... Todd came out and replaced a part behind the washing machine, told me he glued it in (red flag?)...  I started a load of laundry and we figured it was fixed, I paid him and he left.  At the end of the wash cycle the water was back so I called to let him know.  He told me he would get in contact with his plumber to snake the pipe.

Well, a few days later he tells me to hire a plumber because his is too busy?  What kind of handy man can't snake a pipe?  Should have told me to hire a plumber in the first place and now I have to find a new guy and let him know the first one just glued the new parts together... Nice.

OC Rooter is top notch. I will refer Fernando to all friends and family.  My main line backed up and needed to be snaked. I called in the afternoon and he came right out. Rick responded to my job inquiry through Yelp very quickly and gave a fair estimate for the cost of installing a new bathroom sink faucet and repairing/replacing a shower faucet handle.  Rick and Merick arrived in a timely manner and began work immediately.  They took the time to explain why the shower faucet I purchased would be a much bigger job and instead advised that we find a replacement valve cartridge and handle which would be much more simple and cost efficient.

Rick and Merick was then able to track down the specific valve cartridge needed from a nearby Ferguson Plumbing Supply and complete the shower faucet repair the same day.

Their price was fair and their service and completed work is excellent. Rick and Merick are friendly, cordial, and knowledgeable in their craft. I would highly recommend their services for any plumbing issues or projects.

I was frustrated that so many closet companies build closets but they do not come fix when some parts break. I found Bob here on Yelp, and he was awesome at fixing all the things in my house. He was honest and quick to finish the jobs. He gave me advice too what kind of parts I need to purchase. My husband and I are really happy with Bob's work and will definitely contact him again!

I had a great experience with this company today. They came while I was not home and completed the service quickly and quietly. Although I was quoted for 1 drain to be unclogged, they went above and beyond and made sure the neighboring drain was also properly cleaned without charging me extra.

Very happy with Ayala Plumber! We had a clogged drain which caused our kitchen sink and dishwasher to back-up. I found Joaquin highly recommended by Neighbors on NextDoor and gave him a call on a Saturday morning. He was at our home in less than two hours, quickly found the problem and cleared our drain. He was incredibly friendly and his rates are very reasonable. He was honest and didn't try to upsell me, even when I asked about upgrading the pipe that was clogged. He also didn't charge extra for an emergency/weekend call.
