Daniel was great to work with. Good communication, on time, easy going, and reasonable pricing. Had him replace fixtures in the bath. He worked professionally,  quickly and efficiently. I would recommend him to anyone looking to have plumbing work done. Will definitely keep his contact for future plumbing needs.

I needed a new water heater but it wasn't an emergency.  After dealing with two other contractors who wasted hours of my time with the we'll be by for an estimate in a 4 hour window, only to have them take a two-second glance and give me overblown, bloated estimates.  I found Trench Plumbing with Yelp's request a quote and got a few emails.  I like how Trench did things, by asking for pictures to get an idea of what he was dealing with, and Joseph was able to give me rough estimate as to cost without wasting my time.  His prices were very reasonable.  He is very knowledgeable and and I am very happy with my new tankless water heater.

About a week later, I noticed a leak under my kitchen sink and again, Joseph asked for photos of the setup, and he was able to able to come and fix that, along with replacing a leaky kitchen faucet, in a reasonable amount of time and for a totally reasonable fee.  

No offense to the big companies that have enough service people to be sent out same day, but they are the ones who tried to overcharge me for basic things.  I guess they have to pay for the branded company trucks and billboards.  Trench Plumbing is a small business and I want to support that.  I now have a plumbing guy for any future issues, and that's Joseph.

I had a slab leak and my insurance company only covered one pipe but I decided to reroute 3 since they were all in the same footing and I didn't want to have to go through this again in the future, and a friend recommended Brian from the gym.  So I went up to Brian the next morning (yes I violated gym etiquette and interrupted his sets, but this was an emergency!) and asked if his office could call me and that very same day Alayna from B&B called and set up an appointment for someone to come out.  They gave me a very fair quote and I hired them.  They were prompt and tidy and one of them even sang a little Jimmy Buffett while he worked.  Happy employees do good work I always say.  They also installed a faucet and fixed my shower handle which I thought should have been finished that first day but they had to come back the next day and they charged another trip charge.  But the pipe reroute was such a good price I didn't complain.  A few days later there were reverb noises coming from one of the pipes and when I called they came right out and fixed it because my drywall was going in the next day.  They were also very quick in providing the paperwork my insurance company needed to reimburse me.  That's great service!  Thanks Brian, job well done and you have my repeat business.  I'm a happy customer.

These guys were awesome! I called them late Saturday afternoon to clear my kitchen drain because it was backing up every time I used my garbage disposal.  Who says i can't blend an avocado seed..... lol. I called and they were able to get out to my house pretty quick.  They were in and out and made sure everything was working before they left.  I'd call them again, if i couldn't figure out the problem, cool guys.

Had issues with my trash disposal and shower drain. Greg showed great customer service, was very professional and corrected issues with no delays.

After searching for a plumber in yelp, I called 3 highly rated businesses including Canfield's.  The moment I spoke with Mike I knew I was dealing with a professional, his rate was fair and he is respectful.  Mike showed up the next day and in two hours replaced two toilets.  He did a clean job and even fixed mistakes the previous installers had made.  I highly recommend Mike and his company.

I had Luke and Jason come by to fix a clog that was backing into my downstairs shower.  They were prompt on the estimated time and made sure to give me a call when they were on the way.  They made sure to offer additional services to cover all the bases but without being pushy.  I will definitely give them a call again if there are any other issues in the future

I was very impressed with the service this company provided with repair of my hvac. I've had a difficult time finding a legitimate business in the heating and cooling industry that follows through with appointments and provides quality service. I was pleasantly surprised when I met Ron and Mike. They not only showed up when they said they would, they provided quality work at a very reasonable price. There weren't any surprises or hidden costs. My only regret was not fining this company sooner. I highly recommend them.

Chris help repair a couple plumbing issues at our fourplex in Huntington Beach. He helped replace a bath tub trap and replaced a kitchen sink in one of our units. He is very honest and hard-working. Very happy that we made the connection with him!

Federico has worked twice at my home, and yes, you can buy peace of mind at a reasonable price. First, there was a leak in my home's sewer line to the main line in the street. After a camera inspection, the exact location of the break was found. The pipe was replaced using a pipe bursting method, and the clean out near my home was replaced. Most recently, Federico located and repaired a leak in the pipe from an upstairs bathroom. His work is minimally invasive, because he knows how plumbing is configured after a quick assessment. Both times, Federico arrived quickly, and worked diligently. I trust this company to fix any plumbing issue because Federico is extremely knowledgeable, technically adept, and honest.

Thank you Overtime Plumbing! Came highly recommended by my sister, called Diego last minute and he managed to squeeze me into his schedule for the following day. Diego was quick to identify the issue (leaking water line under our house which had a pinhole) and handled the job promptly. They replaced multiple exterior water fixtures in our home. Quality of work was excellent. Diego and his assistant were very personable and easy to speak to. Would highly recommend!!!

I don't recommend this company. I don't know if it was that one of the two guys who came out was bragging that they usually work in houses in Laguna Hills ( we are in Los Angeles) or if it was the fact that they refused to come back out at 11 pm after they caused a LEAK and flood In our bathroom from the toilet they had removed and worked on for hours just two hours before the leak. Marcus demanded a $180.00 overtime fee to come back out and fix the issue they caused. After accusing me of lying about realizing the leak he still demanded we pay him after just paying the company $2,000.00. Poor customer service. Lack of empathy and BAD BUSINESS. CALL SOMEONE ELSE.

I'm very pleased with HomeX's work. Orlando showed up on time to my home. He unclogged my kitchen sink promptly and his customer service was great!  I strongly recommend HomeX and will use them for future jobs.

Almost like clock work, my old copper pipes sprung a leak. It happens every year. This time I wasn't going to patch it up. After asking for a few local plumbers in my area a friend recommended Right Choice Plumbing. Jorge came out and gave me a great deal on redoing the plumbing in my house and servicing my Tankless water heater and is scheduled to change out three toilets. No job to big or small for these guys. Definitely going to use them for my other properties.

Todd and his team did a great job installing 750 sq feet of vinyl plank flooring and new molding. They brought all the tools required and cleaned up once the job was done. Everyone that worked on the job was super friendly and a pleasure to have in our home. I will always call them first when I need any home services in the future.

I had Rick out again and he is amazing for helping us figure out the issue and takes care of it I highly recommend him and his company he is number #1 in my book for A/C , heating and plumbing thanks again for saving us

Complete let down. Bought his product one year ago. He told me it had to be serviced annually. I called and called and called leaving message, I texted, and texted and texted (to the owner, who would say things like, let me get to my office and I'll call you right away) I explained due to construction on our home, we were under a very tight schedule. No call back, no text.
We ended up call So Cal Water who immediately came out, replaced the filters and were excellent.
Water guy-- you really dropped the call on this one. I guess we weren't worth the trouble.

**Tim-- I was in communication w/ you personally via text. You personally told me on a Friday, that as soon as you returned to your office, you would call me. As you had had to look up my model and receipt from our purchase. Which you told me you personally had done. This whole thing went done stinky. I understand you may have been busy. You need to tell the customer that. Than we can decide to either wait, or hire another company. You only spoke to my husband after her left you a very stinky message. To all reading this, please disregard 'text' and replace w/Yelp message'

Rick the plumber is the best plumber. We just used him to repair our old toilet and he had a hard time to find the part but he did and fixed the problem. We have used him many times and recommend him. He is the best and very reasonable with his rates.

Prodigy is our go-to when we have a plumbing problem as I feel the plumbers they send are always honest about repairs that do and do not need to be made. Jerry was so helpful in replacing our garbage disposal and went above and beyond to fix previous less than stellar work that was done under our kitchen sink. Thanks Jerry! Prodigy will always be our first call.
