Best Plumbing Services in Detroit MI
My basement has been flooding repeatedly for the last 6 days. The builder of the house has come out several times and we both couldn't get it under control. Finally the builder had Tony Stadler (owner) come out earlier today and he brought along an employee. They both thoroughly reviewed the basement, sump well & sump pump and they walked the yard to look for any issues. Tony recommended Ron Roncelli (Roncelli & Son's Plumbing) and went so far as to call Ron himself. Tony was honest in telling the builder and I that the issue looked like red algae but that he would defer to Roncelli. Tony proved to be right! I can't thank Tony enough for coming to my home without charging me for his time & for the recommendation. It worked out well because Ron jetted the lines & the algae was flushed out which had caused considerable blockage. Tony & his team are mostly brand new construction but he went out of his way to help & that's something I believe is outstanding. Thanks again to the Stadler team!

Great service. Atheer Siba (aka Art) was my plumber and he was extremely friendly, polite, efficient and affordable ($85). He even taught me some DIY solutions if the problem happened again, openly recognizing that he was potentially costing himself business! Oh and he said after 9pm I could call him as a consultant if I had an issue but didn't want to spend the money on a plumber. What a guy!

East Plumbing had a quick response and Andre was very professional and completed the job in a timely manner

I called several plumbing vendors to clear a clogged kitchen drain.
Most were unable to make a house call the same day.
I then called Universal who responded within hours.
Bryce (my Universal rep) was courteous, professional, and fast.
I would recommend them and I plan to use them again.

Royal Flush has done a few jobs for us over the last few years (faucet installs, backed up drains, hot water tank). They have always been prompt to respond to calls and answer all my questions. Work is done professionally and timely. They will always be my first call if I need any plumbing work.

I had a clogged sink, and thought I needed it snaked. The serviceman was very professional and did an excellent job.
Once the serviceman got there, he determined that the sink just needed to be plunged. The problem I had was that it took about 60 seconds, and I was charged $79.00.
I understand that companies have standard service call fees that they collect, regardless of how much work is performed, but I feel I was taken advantage of, for the work that was performed. I'm not sure if I would use this company again.
Next time I will do due diligence.

Skip this guy. He is a rip off artist. Oh, he seems nice and friendly at first but he'll take you for what you have and do a bad job. He put in new pipes in the basement because sewage was flowing into the basement and he said new pipes would stop that. They didn't. He didn't finish the job properly. After tearing up the cement, putting in new pipes, he screwed up laying the fresh concrete down. He didn't have enough cement to contour the slope of the floor to direct water into the drain so he said he would be back in a few days to finish the floor. He never came back. And when sewage started seeping back into the basement, I called him, NO ANSWER. I text messaged him, NO RESPONSE. I emailed him, NO REPLY. So now he has my money and I have the same problem as I did before but now the sewage is flowing into the basement through brand new pipes.

We called Anytime plumbing and they came out the same day. Sam fixed the problem right away. Very professional and nice. He gave us advice on how to prevent the problem from happening again.
We will definitely call anytime plumbing and ask for Sam next time.

First off, Always get at least 3 estimates. This is the second time I called Levine & Son to get an estimate in the plumbing area of their company. I don't want to even talk about the first (already getting heated). After 2 calls I was able to get someone out for an estimate and fixing a water heater. The first arrival a HVAC showed up and said he can't do plumbing(Duh). The next day another plumber Bruce (great guy) came out and gave a full inspection and answered all my questions perfectly and set me at ease. He said they would have an estimate for me the next day. Three days later I called to get my estimate, at that time they sent me a copy with a repair cost of 4x anyone else.

I've used these guys several times. While nobody likes the added expense of needing a plumber, I've found them to be fair and honest. At least 3 different guys have been sent to our house - all have been competent, courteous, timely, and helpful. I highly recommend them.

I am very pleased with the work Nelson Brothers have done for me. They replaced the last ten feet of my sewer line where it meets the tap. It was a deep, difficult job but Doug was skilled and professional and took great care to disturb as little of my yard as possible. They made an unpleasant event much more bearable! Thank you!

We had a clogged drain Friday afternoon, before e big family event. I called Mitch, and 1 and a half hour later, the plumber was in our kitchen snaking the drain. The repair was great, but is was a little expensive - 110$ after the discount for Yelp referral- 25$, be sure to ask for it.

They were really great in a pinch. I needed my pipes snakes and they were able to come that night. They have also helped fixing a gas leak in my utility closet. I will say that the prices are a bit high, but the quality of service was good. Besides the price I would say the all day service window for the yearly furnace and air conditioning checkout is a bit inconvenient.

Sent person, Dustin, through contract by Home Depot & a 3rd party DRFtps. Com a property contractor Anil Pal calling selves water solutions advisor. The whole thing was a ripp. Dustin never took water heater apart, was too busy talking non stop. Looked 12. He wasnt even going to do a D&C he never sent actual quote just said $1600 for new water heater. Charged mom n me $281.00 and theres no hot water in a pandemic. We had some hot water and now none. Dont go through them I'm reporting them and their services to the trade division whichever it is and more. And they screwed over a widow of veteran.

Does not seem like the person who answered the call is interested in coming out to do the work if it's after 5.

had to wait from 8-5 pm to get a new hot water tank installed. No one showed up or called. Called the office and they sent out an emergency notice to the manager, promised a call. Never received a call from the manager that night or the next day. I even called them 3 times to confirm the appointment the day before and the same day.
