Best Kitchen Remodeling in Detroit MI

My aunt and uncle who are in their 80s and on a fixed income were very happy to have found Mark who gave them a good price to replace a water heater. They often feel they get taken advantage of by tradesmen. Not only did he give them a good and honest deal, but he was available right away to fix the problem and did a great job. He even obliged them when they talked his ear off after the  service had been completed. They told me to write that he's the best plumber they've had in 50 years! Highly recommended!

Loved the professionalism, speediness, and efficiency of the work and time. He was friendly, informative, and got our work done within a short time frame knowing we were getting ready to head out of town.

Affordable, local, and was extremely cautious with wearing a mask while doing the work we needed. Would hire again and highly recommend!

I do a lot of business in Michigan and California through Yelp.  I have never seen reviews like this... either 5-stars or 1-star... AND THEY ARE BOTH ACCURATE!  
Obviously a very nice guy and talented... until he decides he is through with you... whether the job is completed or not!
I had the same story.  Great communication, knows his biz, nice guy, good work... but a TERRIBLE BUSINESSMAN.  Why he would quote these jobs, do work, build relationships and then just disappear is crazy.  I actually thought something happened to him until I read these reviews.
Unfortunately for us, he left one part of the job (the sanding and painting) unfinished. Now, I have to find someone to come in and clean up his mess.  cI've been told I have a nice case for small claims court... and I may just try that route.  
WHAT A WASTE OF TIME!  STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY!
