Best Circuit Breaker Repair in Detroit MI

I sent them a message on Yelp requesting a quote and mentioned that my dates are flexible. They responded saying we are not available without knowing when my project is due. I sent another message asking them how they could say they're unavailable if they don't know when my project is due and I got the same response. I concluded that they don't need more business.

Update: Responding to the comment from the customer service rep. My final message to this business was that I was willing to start the project a couple weeks later but I never got a response. Not even after I posted this review.

Seriously over priced. I called to get a ceiling fixture added to a room with no fixture. I realize that's a major job, but their estimate was twice what I  got from another company. And they charge for estimates. The technician was nice enough, but they're too rich for my blood.

We contacted John's to install a large window AC in our home. We agreed upon a price and job date, they even sent me a reminder 24 hours prior to our appointment. I took the afternoon off for our appointment and...John's never showed up. They did not respond to my calls or messages either--ever. I wasted an afternoon off and still had to find someone else to do the work. I would avoid this company, they are highly unreliable, unresponsive and a waste of time.

Paul and Jesse were professional, efficient and friendly.  Even though we were expecting to be charged an after-hours fee, they arrived early and just charged the regular rate.  They resolved our issue quickly. I was very impressed with their courteous and professional service.  I would definitely use Oak Electric again and will request Paul and Jesse.
