Terrible customer service!  Owner seemed not to want my business from the minute we got on the phone. He was unclear on how the estimate process works or how much it would ultimately cost. When I would ask clarifying questions, he seemed annoyed and told me it doesn't sound like we're a good fit for each other. I totally agree. I don't like working with people who I feel are hiding something by not being up front and answering basic questions. I found another company who was much more professional and enjoyable to work with.

We had a leak after installing our new washer and dryer and Doyle Plumbing was able to get it fixed for us within a reasonable time frame and at a good price. Kristian B was very professional and knowledgeable and fixed the issue right away. I would highly recommend this company based on my experience.

Very pleased with Justin's work. Solved a long term slow flushing toilet problem for us. Seemed very thorough in checking for cause, considering all options. Great communication about what he was doing and why, notification about arrival time and options to consider.

100% would recommend! We suspected a broken pipe, so we scheduled a time for them to come check it out. They were friendly and efficient in scheduling an appointment and showed up within the 1 hour appointment window. He was able to confirm a busted pipe and offered to come back same day to fix it! We got it fixed that day for a reasonable price and he was honest and friendly throughout! We will 100% use again if ever needed!

When I was looking for an HVAC/plumbing company, I reached out for referrals on Facebook, and I got quite a few recommendations to utilize TNT. So the first time I utilized their services, it was for kind of a rare situation, and though their techs were great, the owner Ronnie had to come help with the assist to solve the issue. This group of guys was amazing. Well, last year around Christmas, I noticed my heater wasn't working, so without hesitation, I knew which company I'd call after the first interaction and how satisfied I was with their work, to the point I even signed up for their year-long membership. So, as we were about to near the very negative wind chills that were to be -40, I was told I needed a new furnace. As a single mom with an 8 year old and 1 year old, this was a no-brainer to get it taken care of immediately. The cost, $6k. Again, TNT was quite efficient and was able to get it replaced within 36 hours. Well, now fast forward to right as this weather is getting hotter recently, I go to turn on my a/c, and it's not working. I ensure no fuses are blown and the thermostat is ok. Everything seems ok. I reach out again to TNT because who else am I calling at this point when I felt I had created a trustworthy relationship with them. Upon scheduling them to come out, they stated it would be a week until they could be here. No big deal, we weren't in the biggest heat wave just yet. They state it will be a $99 service call, but that would go to any work that needs to be done. Mind you, my a/c was working just fine prior to the furnace install. I ask since I just gave them $6k recently if I could get a discount as it worked prior to their installation. I was told by the operator that she would speak to her manager, and then she returns back to the call and says the manager said no. I ask for any of the services that I paid for the yearly membership, of any of those services I did not utilize, I could get a discount, not even for free, operator again goes back to her manager who again says no. By now, I'm getting discouraged in TNT if this is how they treat someone who has consistently used their services and within the last 6 months given them $6k, but I continue to keep the appointment. In conversation with my neighbor, who is certified in HVAC, he comes over to check the system as I had vented my frustrations to him. Well, come to find out, the tech who installed the furnace did not properly wire the a/c when he had replaced the furnace. My neighbor then asked why I got a new furnace, I told him because TNT told me I needed one. Again, the neighbor is HVAC certified and says that it would've just needed a control board change, a total of $160. You can imagine the disgust and the pit that hit my stomach. As a single mom of 2 kids, I was taken for $6k right before Christmas and now continue to have to pay for a furnace I didn't even need and hope to even pay it off before the no interest offer is over. To top it off, the integrity of TNT is now in question. Did the tech purposely not connect the a/c to get another service call? Why was a control board not even a suggestion? Do they do this to every single mom or to the elderly? So many questions came to mind. So I called TNT and got the same operator and explained how I'd like to cancel the upcoming service call. She asks why, and I explain the situation and that my neighbor repaired their mistake. She stated she would let her manager know of the situation. Well, you would think I would then get some sort of call from the manager inquiring or reassuring or apologizing for the error, but I got nothing. So I jumped on Yelp to see if any customers have had issues with TNT, and in many responses, I see the business manager, Laura, rather than take ownership for any wrong doing in any situation, try to pass the blame on the customer which I am sure in somehow, someway she will come across this review and do the same. Save yourself the trouble folks. Do not use this company. Poor leadership, untrustworthy processes, and taking advantage of those that are trusting them being the professionals.

Jason is awesome. He knows what he's doing, he gets things done fast, and he's a super nice person. Overall, Jason is an awesome plumber. I highly recommend his service.

Excellent communication and scheduling from these guys. Professional and friendly, and they fixed a tough problem that we were unable to fix with our apartment buildings industrial snake. The bathroom was left cleaner than when they started. Thanks Mike, so happy this is fixed!

Came home to a very cold house!  Called Summit based on the reviews on Yelp, scheduled an appointment the next day.  The tech was running late as we were going through a cold snap and they were very busy.  But when he got here it only took him a few minutes to diagnose the issue.  We were offered options to fix it or purchase new with pricing estimates right there.  We opted for the fix which sent him on a parts run.  A couple hours later he returned and fixed the issue.  It was a whole day process with a lot of waiting but my house is now warm!  We signed up for their club and will definitely be calling in the spring for the AC tuneup.  Felt like it was a small family type business and he cared about our needs.

Went to get a quote for a low pressure shower and Sergey came and look at the issue.  He is very honest and told me that it was not my shower valve that causing the  issue but the pressure on my house is bad.  He did no charge me anything for him to check it and he also give me some advise on what needed to get this fix.  I will definitely use him in the future I needed some plumbing done.

I had a mess that a previous plumbing company that i hired couldn't fix after 6 visits and $600 something dollars. Allen from hyper flow showed up, immediately knew what the issue was, fix the problem in no time. Hyper flow is super experienced, and knows what they are doing. My go-to plumbing company for my properties. 5 star and two thumbs up!!!!

The technicians (David and Jordan) showed up less than an hour after I called with an emergency hot water heater burst, and efficiently and expertly installed a new water heater, up to code (which it hadn't been) with shut offs and clear directions on how to use it going forward.  They cleaned up EVERYTHING and were just si pleasant and capable the whole time they were here.  Plumbers in their services are so important to have at the ready, and High Elevation Plumbing is the best I've ever experienced. I would recommend them to anyone!

My furnace was coming on and off. My neighbor a contractor told me it was the air pressure switch but we couldn't find the part on a Saturday. So I called these guys.  The repair guy told me the part I needed wasn't available any more (though I had seen it on the internet) and that he had to go open the warehouse to get it.  I was charged $1189.00 to get and replace a 200.00 part.  Then he told me my motor was leaking oil and could go out in a month, two, or a year and if I were to get a new HVAC unit (over 10K, they would credit the 1189).  I am a recent widow and didn't know any different.  My neighbor came back over and checked the motor and said there was no way it was going out and you can replace the motor.(something the repair person said was a waste of money and quoted it in the thousands when it is in the hundreds.) I was totally ripped off. I do not recommend them and will make sure I let everyone I know what happened.

We called Anywhere Plumbing from an online add that advertising a $69 drain cleanout special. When they came to the property the price we were quoted was $225. I spoke with the technician and made him aware of the advertised price. The gentlemen told me we needed a medium sized blade and that it would be more expensive for that and also immediately recommended we have the line hydro-jetted. I then told him what we were quoted and that if that was not honored we could just have someone else out to service the property. He agreed to perform the line clean out. The next day the property experienced the same plumbing backup. The tech came back out and again was adamant about hydro-jetting which is about a $1250 service. I told them before going to that extent we would like to have the line camera'd to view the condition before taking extreme measures. The owner of the company then got on the phone and proceeded to tell me I didn't know anything about plumbing, and then tried to sell me a camera scope that was double of what it typically costs. He then asked what I was going to say to him once the scope confirmed his assumption. I responded that I felt he had conflicting interest with his model, and that we'd like to hire an independent 3rd party to scope and see the line first, then determine what we would need to do based off of the recommendation. The next day the line was scoped by Mainline Service (which was 1/2 the price that Anywhere Rooter tried to charge us) and confirmed that hydro-jetting was not necessary. It was shown that we would need a proper blade clean out and to continue to monitor. We then called Anywhere Rooter back to pass along the findings and offered to share the report which we obtained. We asked them to come back to the property and re-blade the line and possibly extend the cabling length to make sure it went past the the backup. We were told that they would stand by their work and make it right. I then received another call from the owner and he began to belittle the sewer scope company and myself and kept going on about having the property hydro-jetted. To be honest the entire time it felt like they were trying to upsell this hydro-jetting service. The owner on multiple times tried to talk me out of what would be an appropriate order of operations. He was very aggressive in his tone and very condescending. I felt his sole goal was to extract the most money that they could out of the job. Ultimately, I asked for them to correct the problem as we had paid them to, or to refund the money that we paid them. They declined both and were disrespectful during the process, and is why I wanted to let everyone know how they conduct business.

Quoted $700 to install a sink faucet when it only cost me $300 from a trusted plumbing company to get this fixed. Only 2 stars because they were able to come out soon and were quick with communication. Don't let them overcharge you.

I had a clogged pipe backing up in my basement. Mile High Drain came out to fix the issue. They were there there for no longer than 10 min. stated the issue was fixed. The issue is NOT fixed and they left feces in my shower. When I asked them to come back to rinse the shower and make SURE the issue was fixed they were extremely rude and said we do not clean messes. They billed me twice for that 1 visit. I realized the umming issue was still not resolved. I had them come out several times to fix the SAME issue and each time they have been in my home for a matter of minutes and reassure me the problem is solved. It still remains clogged and backing up. I have gotten billed for every time they make an appearance. They have not fixed the issue!!!! They proceeded to blame me for continuing to clogged the pipes. Why would I do that????? I would not want to keep paying them just for fun. Please do not use this company. They are lazy and will rip you off.
