We had an old 17 year old kitchen faucet that was barely dribbling any water. I put out a request for help, and Khan from Denver Plumbing contacted me within minutes and was able to show up at our house in about 10 minutes. The old faucet had to go, which we were expecting, and we had already purchased a replacement faucet just in case the old one couldn't be fixed. I had thought about doing the job myself, but am glad I didn't because the installation was difficult due to the tight space, special tools and knowledge needed. As it turned out, the replacement faucet also turned out to have a defective part, which only a professional plumber would have been able to tell. Khan was patient enough for me to run and get a replacement so that he could finish the job, which as a result, took longer than expected.
