Best Emergency Services in Denver CO
I highly recommend Family Plumbing Services! We had an emergency water leak on a Saturday at our commercial office building - water was pouring out of our water heater in our ceiling. We called a number of plumbers who advertised that they offered emergency services and they all offered Monday afternoon as the earliest they could assist. Zack promptly took our call and then showed up, on time as promised! He was polite, professional and empathic to our situation. He provided a detailed cost of repairs on site and then worked quickly to make our repairs, keeping us informed the entire time. More importantly was the quality of work - he installed a new water heater, corrected drain line issues, and left the job site clean and tidy. I will trust Zack for all of our plumbing needs going forward!

Derrick was great! This was my first time needing to have my sprinklers blown out, so of course I waited until days before the first freeze warning. I chose him this time because he gave me the cheaper of the two estimates I recieved, but I'll choose him again in the future because he was super friendly, communicative, prompt, and because he talked me through everything he was doing, my options, and things to consider for the future.
My system is pretty old, so my blowout valve wouldn't accommodate the simple blowout method. Rather than try to upsell me on a new blowout valve or tell me this system was too old for him to service, Derrick took the time to work with my sprinkler valves directly, fashioning a custom coupler on the spot to work with my non-standard setup.
It was a pleasure working with Derrick and I will definitely use Emergency Sprinkler Repair Pros for my future sprinkler needs.

Requested a bid from multiple plumbers on Yelp to simply replace a shower handle that I though was not installed properly because I couldn't get the shower to come on. Brent at B-Line Plumbing asked for a picture and pretty quickly told me exactly how to switch the water to the shower without charging me a dime. The only one out of 7 plumbers to do that.
Very impressed by that when I was ready to fork over a couple hundred bucks for an uneccessary shower handle replacement! He's now earned a loyal client, thanks Brent!!

I called Jason to have our sprinkler backflow preventer certified at Church. I can truly say that Jason and Megan were an absolute God sent to work with after spending weeks calling other companies that either wanted to over charge us or simply never called back.
Set an appointment up with Megan and we were fit right into a Saturday appointment on the same week.
Wait... did that just happen? Way too easy.
Fast forward to Saturday, Jason called before the appointment to tell me he was running a little late, but no worries because Megan had given a time window and we were still well within it.
Wait... did that just happen? People still do that.
I figured there's going to be a catch somewhere during this whole transaction. But then Jason says I hate seeing people spend money they don't have to... let me try something.
Wait... did that just happen? I'm more accustomed to that will be more money.
Professional+ Honest +Friendly = Great Business!

I contacted Jason and explained the items I needed looked at. He was able to get a technician out within the hour and during our conversation he explained that there was a $39 fee to look at my possible issues and should there be repairs, the $39 would be applied to that fee. The technician did his inspection and found no issues. I asked him to write on the receipt that there were no problems found. He went to his car for a flashlight mid conversation and came back telling me that he had called his boss and in order to document that there were no issues found it would be an additional $187 diagnosis fee on top of the $39 dispatch fee. I feel taken advantage of because I told Jason on the phone that this was for a home sale inspection so if they generally have a fee for documenting the items that they inspected I feel like that would have been an appropriate time to make me aware of that.
Edit to add: the Owner contacted me off of yelp and offered to refund my $39 in return for me to remove this review. Take this into consideration when determining if his star rating is accurate

I would highly recommend using Alliance Air Solutions!! They do great work at a very competitive price. They installed a Mitsubishi mini split in my condo downtown and not only has it added value to our investment, it works great with our 16ft ceilings!! Working with the owner Zach was a pleasant experience and we will continue to use him for our future HVAC needs.

I would definitely recommend go direct. They gave us a great price and were easy and friendly to work with. A few times they had to come back for minor problems and were very helpful. Doug was great to deal with as was Jason Jordan. Very professional. You

My husband and I recently purchased a condo, and as part of our home inspection, the inspector noted the water heater was 17 years old and that we should prioritize getting it replaced. Okay, no problem--I called 3 plumbers as well as Home Depot for quotes.
On the low end (Home Depot) I was quoted just over 2k for a new 40gal heater. On the high end, I was quoted $3200. I decided to go with the middle option, Courtesy Plumbing, which came in around $2600 and included the tank, labor, disposal of the old tank, and modifications to put the tank in per updated codes. Ryan took the call, came out for free to check out the space, and came back a couple days later for the install.
I appreciated that Ryan was transparent, courteous, and diligent. He and his partner got it done correctly and they left no mess or evidence of their work besides my brand new tank. He even did a water pressure test for me after he had some concerns that our pressure was too high. Rather than immediately try to upsell me on a regulator, he got creative and found a way to test the pressure, only to discover that it was actually fine. As a layman myself, I felt reassured that Courtesy was not trying to trick me out of more $.
I also upgraded to the silver client package after they finished the job because I liked them so much. We'll eventually need HVAC work done in here, and I will be calling Courtesy.
Thanks to Ryan, and extra thanks to Courtesy for acknowledging my husband's service as a USMC veteran and offering us a discount.

Simple fix to a water heater for me but Tyler was great. Responsive and honest, I would look to Alder in the future for work!

Forget the guys in the pretty pink trucks. They know how to sell additional services. A&M just comes and gets the job done! No fancy bait prices, just quality work at a reasonable price.

We heard a leak in our crawlspace. I called Independent Plumbing Solutions and booked their earliest appointment which was a couple days out. My husband was antsy to get it looked at that day, but after an appalling quote and pushy tech from a bigger plumbing company, we decided to wait for our appointment with Independent Plumbing Solutions. Totally worth the wait! The plumber was punctual and polite, and got us all fixed up in no time. When the invoice arrived, the charge was very reasonable, and we are totally satisfied with the service.

Needed a new sink and an overflow put in my kitchen so I went ahead and looked up faucet installation in my area. Went forth and picked this company and everything turned out perfect and I was very pleased with the professionalism and how smooth the process went. I've had pretty bad experiences and I will be recommending my girlfriends to this company for any kind of handyman interior & exterior projects! Thank you again so much J&D Home Services and Repair.

Had a major clog near the main sewer line and realized it near the evening. Gave them a call and they were pretty busy, but promised they would get out to help me out . They did get out to me a bit later than the quoted time since the previous job was more complex, but I was OK with it and Angel did a great job on fixing the issue. Highly recommend both this business and kudos especially to Angel. It was late, I was definitely the last customer of the day and he still had great customer service, a great attitude and did a great job! Well Done!

I have used the Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electric services offered by this company and am continually impressed at their high level of services and outstanding value.
In each and every case, their techs have always gone above and beyond the job at hand to do something extra for me, at no charge.
Their dispatch communicated effectively, so you can time your service to fit into your schedule and the techs explain fully what they are doing for you. There are no hidden fees or hocus-pocus pricing with FixIt. They're at the top of my list when I need something.

Buyer beware! I don't write negative reviews too often but feel it is important to warn anyone who may be using Bell Plumbing in the future. My husband and I hire a lot of people to help us update and renovate our house and this is by far the worst experience we have had. We are currently in the middle of a kitchen remodel and hired bell to add additional recess lighting in our kitchen, and add an electrical outlet to our island. We had Bell referred to us through my husbands coworker. We called and they said it would be $49 for them to come out and give us an estimate. They said that if we ended up going with them, this charge would be waived. They sent out John and he was very nice and professional. He gave us a quote of $1600 and said that he could have it done by the end of the day. Not knowing any better we had him begin the work. Here is where the real problems began. While he was drilling the hole for the outlet on our island (a brand new island that had just been installed 2 days ago) he cut for the junction and splintered it up and down so much the electrical cover does not hide it. The guy did not tell my husband about it, instead my husband noticed it and asked him about. After my husband took a closer look he noticed that the guy was using a very dull blade(about as sharp as a butter knife). He was very apologetic and assured us that a manager will coming out to look at it Monday and that they will be making it right. Also, after the guy finished the work and left we noticed that he did not bother to clean up after himself. We have drywall and dust not only in our kitchen but all over the house. We went down to our basement and noticed it is all over the stairs and in our furnace room as well. Now call me crazy, but if I'm paying you $1600 to do a job I shouldn't have to pick up after someone and clean all of floors afterwards. I'm so disappointed in the work that we had done. The manager is supposed to be coming out on Monday to look at the island. We will be expressing our complaints during this time and see how they handle the situation...

Had a service appointment schduled with them. They didn't show up, call to cancel, call to reschedule, or anything. Just didn't show up. I find this very rude and unappreciative to someone's time.

We called Anywhere Plumbing from an online add that advertising a $69 drain cleanout special. When they came to the property the price we were quoted was $225. I spoke with the technician and made him aware of the advertised price. The gentlemen told me we needed a medium sized blade and that it would be more expensive for that and also immediately recommended we have the line hydro-jetted. I then told him what we were quoted and that if that was not honored we could just have someone else out to service the property. He agreed to perform the line clean out. The next day the property experienced the same plumbing backup. The tech came back out and again was adamant about hydro-jetting which is about a $1250 service. I told them before going to that extent we would like to have the line camera'd to view the condition before taking extreme measures. The owner of the company then got on the phone and proceeded to tell me I didn't know anything about plumbing, and then tried to sell me a camera scope that was double of what it typically costs. He then asked what I was going to say to him once the scope confirmed his assumption. I responded that I felt he had conflicting interest with his model, and that we'd like to hire an independent 3rd party to scope and see the line first, then determine what we would need to do based off of the recommendation. The next day the line was scoped by Mainline Service (which was 1/2 the price that Anywhere Rooter tried to charge us) and confirmed that hydro-jetting was not necessary. It was shown that we would need a proper blade clean out and to continue to monitor. We then called Anywhere Rooter back to pass along the findings and offered to share the report which we obtained. We asked them to come back to the property and re-blade the line and possibly extend the cabling length to make sure it went past the the backup. We were told that they would stand by their work and make it right. I then received another call from the owner and he began to belittle the sewer scope company and myself and kept going on about having the property hydro-jetted. To be honest the entire time it felt like they were trying to upsell this hydro-jetting service. The owner on multiple times tried to talk me out of what would be an appropriate order of operations. He was very aggressive in his tone and very condescending. I felt his sole goal was to extract the most money that they could out of the job. Ultimately, I asked for them to correct the problem as we had paid them to, or to refund the money that we paid them. They declined both and were disrespectful during the process, and is why I wanted to let everyone know how they conduct business.
