Ultimate carries Carrier brand and they had the  equipment ready and time in schedule to book in 2-3 working days after I made the decision to go with them. I mainly dealt with Ross M. He is as professional and answered my question quickly. Ross and Justin put the HVAC system in and made sure the met with my daughter to explain how to the system worked. The cost is a huge expense, but they worked with us and made us feel like we got a quality product and made us feel like we were not being taken. I highly recommend Ultimate Heating and Cooling.

The heater at my Rental Property went out last week at 8pm, when the temps were below zero.  By 10 pm Brian was out there fixing the problem.  Not only was he sympathetic to the problem on such a cold night but he was timely as well.
