Best Plumbing Inspection in Corpus Christi TX

Ocean Plumbing was excellent  in our time of great need.
They were very friendly and did everything they could to help us.
Ocean Plumbing responded to our problem on a Friday evening when other plumbing companies advertising 24 hour emergency service wouldn't even answer our call.
There pricing was reasonable, technician was very informative and offered us a choice of solutions. The quality of work appears to be exceptional.

Graf plumbing broke my trust with the visit I had last week. I am a repeat customer, and I will not be using them again. In short, the Graf employee Jeremy used a shady tactic to try to pressure me into replacing a 5.5 yr old tankless water heater unit. See details below.

My tankless water heater started turning off after running for 10 mins, so we called Graf to come take a look. I was at work, so my wife was with Jeremy when he did some inspections and general cleaning of the unit, but that didn't fix the problem. The Jeremy recommended replacing the unit for around $1600-$1800 even though it's only 5.5 years old. I called to speak to him while he was still there. He said if the issue was the motherboard, it would only cost about $350 to fix.

When he left, my wife called all frantically saying that now the hot water doesn't work at all! It was working for 10 mins at a time before he came! How am I supposed to do the dishes? Take a shower? Laundry? I calmed her down and took a look when I got home. Jeremy bent the safety switch on the door back so it wouldn't make any hot water at all. That's a pretty damn shady way to make a sale.

I called Lamar Plumbing to locate a leak in the backyard.  They arrived in a timely manner.  The person they sent spent most of the time standing around and watching the water meter move.  A second person arrived about three hours later and the two dug up my yard.  They never found the leak and blamed the standing water on a city leak.  A week later the city came out and dug never found a leak on their side, water still standing everywhere.   Call a second plumbing company who found the leak in about 45-minutes.  They fixed the leak.  I would never call Lamar again nor would I recommend them to anyone.  My experience was terrible and I do not believe their plumbers have enough experience to be sent out alone.  Neither person sent by Lamar appeared to know what they were doing.

Prepare to be overcharged on their hourly rate & parts.   Hard to find a reputable plumbing company for all my rental properties and storefront.  Don't waste ur time unless u wanna pay 2 hrs for 1hr and 15 min of work/time at the location    Oh well..on to the next.

This company lied about filing a permit and completed the job without the permit we paid 250 for! He is a terrible person to do this to us. He has great prices for a reason-he is a liar and a thief.

I would like to comment on Molina Plumbing Service, but I cannot since they never returned my call. Molina installed the plumbing in our new home. The water heater went out ( not the 1st time!). I called and called and called Molina to come look at it. I was ALWAYS promised he would call me right back. He NEVER did! After 4 days of no response and freezing cold showers I finally called  our builder. They said it is an ongoing problem with Molina. Molina customer service is nonexistent! Literally!

Rather just have my toilets clog again not a good service. Needs a website hard to schedule a time.
