Straightforward, honest and dependable, so happy to be able to call him! They charged extraordinary high prices.  Work is fine but probably more than double what most other plumbers would charge for the same service.  If you are to use them, Get a price up front!   Then shop around.  I feel really taken advantage of.

The plumber was very nice and he had to get quite a bit of grout off the porcelain and floor without damage to either one.  Seems to have solved the problem of intermittent leaking underneath, and the job's guaranteed for a year.  A little pricey, and it's based on a fee for service, rather than an hourly rate.  May be 20% higher than the average going rate, but they do nice work, and they give a 10% veteran's discount.

I recently sold my home in Corpus Christi, Texas  and was sent a bill via the buyer for a perk test. After searching for a leak in my house which was connected to my neighbors plumbing, found no leak, due to an enclosed of a sunken patio. Water seeks the lowers point. Mystery solved. The buyer asked if I would pay half of the bill Mokry Plumbing sent of $1785. That is outrageous! I didn't permission to test adjoining house and a perk test should have cost $125 - $250.  Outrageous  charges!!!
I will never do business with this gouging company. What a rip off. I deserve a large portion of my back.
