Best Plumbing Inspection in Corpus Christi TX

James was excellent and--even though we live in Rockport--we will definitely call on him again for his plumbing help in the future.  Truly, I don't think we could possibly have received better service--and on a Saturday no less!!

James was very responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and nice.  He helped us with our Navien tankless water heater and he knew exactly what to do to fix the problem (and it wasn't what the troubleshooting guide indicated).  He also explained the repair to us and gave us great suggestions on maintenance we can do in order to keep the problem from happening again.

I trust James.  And, I trust that he did the job right.  I suspect he always does the job right.

Graf plumbing broke my trust with the visit I had last week. I am a repeat customer, and I will not be using them again. In short, the Graf employee Jeremy used a shady tactic to try to pressure me into replacing a 5.5 yr old tankless water heater unit. See details below.

My tankless water heater started turning off after running for 10 mins, so we called Graf to come take a look. I was at work, so my wife was with Jeremy when he did some inspections and general cleaning of the unit, but that didn't fix the problem. The Jeremy recommended replacing the unit for around $1600-$1800 even though it's only 5.5 years old. I called to speak to him while he was still there. He said if the issue was the motherboard, it would only cost about $350 to fix.

When he left, my wife called all frantically saying that now the hot water doesn't work at all! It was working for 10 mins at a time before he came! How am I supposed to do the dishes? Take a shower? Laundry? I calmed her down and took a look when I got home. Jeremy bent the safety switch on the door back so it wouldn't make any hot water at all. That's a pretty damn shady way to make a sale.

I called Lamar Plumbing to locate a leak in the backyard.  They arrived in a timely manner.  The person they sent spent most of the time standing around and watching the water meter move.  A second person arrived about three hours later and the two dug up my yard.  They never found the leak and blamed the standing water on a city leak.  A week later the city came out and dug never found a leak on their side, water still standing everywhere.   Call a second plumbing company who found the leak in about 45-minutes.  They fixed the leak.  I would never call Lamar again nor would I recommend them to anyone.  My experience was terrible and I do not believe their plumbers have enough experience to be sent out alone.  Neither person sent by Lamar appeared to know what they were doing.

If there was a negative score, I would use it.  Have been dealing with this company for the last 2 months for a problem with the sprinkler system at the home of Chief Simpson's widow.  Excuses I keep getting from the company:  Super is working on another project and will get to the house within a few days.;  a week later, Super is out of the office and will return tomorrow,; a week later, Someone will be out there today,... and on and on and on the excuses keep coming.  Finally, a month later someone is sent out to do the estimate.  Next day I call to f/u regarding the estimate.  Super is not in today but will be returning tomorrow and will get that estimate out to you right away.  Two weeks later, still waiting.  Called this morning, Let me check on that for you and I'll call you back right away.  STILL WAITING!!!

I explained at 930am that I had a leak that was causing damage and unable to turn the water off. I also mentioned that I was having trouble finding a plumber to come out today. I spoke to John and he said he could come today after lunch. It was the best I could do so I agreed. At 2pm, I still hadn't heard anything so I called him back. He now says, oops sorry, can't make it. It's now Friday afternoon and I still have leaking water and damaged floors and no plumber. I could've spent those 4 1/2 hours getting a professional here. If you have anything even remotely or potentially urgent, do NOT bother calling this guy. He couldn't even make a 2 minute courtesy call to let me know. Heck, even a text would've been better than nothing.

I would like to comment on Molina Plumbing Service, but I cannot since they never returned my call. Molina installed the plumbing in our new home. The water heater went out ( not the 1st time!). I called and called and called Molina to come look at it. I was ALWAYS promised he would call me right back. He NEVER did! After 4 days of no response and freezing cold showers I finally called  our builder. They said it is an ongoing problem with Molina. Molina customer service is nonexistent! Literally!

Wasted my time at an interview here no one every answered me drove 35 minutes for nothing. Waste time gas and money.
