Quantum Waterworks Plumbing Service
I needed my water heater repaired for my property while I was out of town. I got a fair estimate and within a few hours the water heater that I thought was going to need to be replaced all together only needed a repair. The technician was honest and upfront with what actually needed done. He even sent me pictures of his finished work!

I really appreciated being kept informed and  not being over charged! That's rare nowadays.

Overall

Service

I had a gas line leak and this company was on the limited list of accredited ones by Lancaster Gas service. Cr. Strohmeyer put me at the top of his list due to seriousness of the problem. He investigated the pipe and was able to thread the new pipes through the existing ones. This meant I didn't need to have my front lawn dug up to reach the faulty pipe.
I was impressed by his professionalism and attention to detail. He took pains to explain what the options were, how they would be done and made me feel confident of his expertise.
I have already recommended him to friends and have put him on my list of 'best people to call.'

We needed a shower leak looked into and a couple of outdoor spigots installed. First he fixed the shower upstairs then went to work on the spigots. He installed shut-off valves for the spigots and suggested shutting them off in the winter to prevent freezing. It's been a few years and we have had no issues. I think it was like $400 for everything.

Yeah, sure, there was a hole in the wall he made for access to the pipe that needed replaced. But I didn't even need a drywaller and was able to patch it myself. He did suggest just putting in a $10 access panel but we really didn't like the look of those.

Now my downstairs shower is leaking but luckily it's an unfinished basement with easy access and a clearly visible problem. If I can't fix it I know who I'll be calling!
