Best Appliance Installation in Colorado Springs CO
Vince is AMAZING! Literally the best handyman in town. I originally hired him to install a chandelier in my breakfast room. I was so impressed with his knowledge and attention to detail that I promptly re-booked him with a list of projects that needed to be done around my house. He has done everything from small honey do projects to oversized chandelier installations requiring scaffolding (and a little creativity and ingenuity to navigate a three story spiral staircase for installation), to a complete redesign, demolition and rebuild of our Hearth Room bar. Vince's skill set is truly impressive; I have yet to find a project he can't handle. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a highly skilled handyman!

Contacted Efrain, hoping he would be able to help us with a plumbing repair AND repair some drywall that had been damaged as a result of a leak. He was not only able to help us but did so quickly and repaired some additional drywall that had been damaged a while back. He was very responsive, on-time and professional in every way and his rates were very fair. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for services he provides. - Barry Cook

James was awesome! Typically when you're given a 2 hour window for a serviceman, you expect them to arrive on the later end. Not James- he was very punctual, polite, and got the job done quickly! Not only did he fix my kitchen disposal, but I had another issue come up while he was there, and he gladly fixed that as well. Highly recommend. Great service you can trust!

I normally don't write reviews, but I felt it was necessary. In terms of customer service, doing business with Furnace Universe was easy, personable, and friendly - they also have great response times. We hired them to do an air duct/dryer vent cleaning. However, I inspected the work after they visited and our vents were not clean (see pictures attached). In fact, there was still paint over the vent covers which tells me that they were never removed them when they vacuumed. I guess the price was too good to be true. They need a serious upgrade in their equipment. Unfortunately, a shop vac isn't strong enough to get the job done - especially when you don't remove the vent covers :( My spouse and I had to spend about 4-5 hours cleaning our air ducts afterwards. That being said, I would like my money back.
**Note after Furnace Universe's response: It's true they weren't able to have access to one room, but why weren't the rest of the vents cleaned?? There were about 1/2 of dirt behind the ducts and each vent. None of the vent covers we removed, the screws and covers were still sealed with paint. I asked for my money back and still have not received it.

Had Johnnys out to install a water heater several months ago. Did a fairly good job. Price was a little high. Called them again for HVAC replacement. They came out quickly and he told me it needed to be replaced. He was going to get me an estimate in the next few days. Four weeks later still no estimate and but sent me a ridiculous bill for a labor/service charge. The dumb jerk was here all of 3 minutes to tell me exactly what I already knew. The heater needs replaced.

We got a new air conditioner unit installed in 2022 that cost us $8,000. We called Smith to come out and check to make sure everything was good to go before the weather got really hot. They said they were booked two months out. We made the appointment for July. In June when the weather got really hot our air conditioner stopped working. I called Smith telling them it was an emergency and they never got back to us. We called another company and they came right out. Turned out we were out of coolant, which should have never happened with a new system. The guy replaced the coolant which cost us $400. I called Smith again and they sent someone out to check it. The tech said that should not have happened and that Smith should have reimbursed us for the coolant. They did not. Smith has not treated us well.
