Rocky Mtn Sewer and Drain were excellent! When they arrived they scoped the situation out and got started right away. After working hard to try and remove roots in the main line outside they were able to clear the pipe for a better flow. Inside the house the kitchen sink was also plugged which they had to get another snake to be able to get past the bends and was also able to clear the obstruction in the pipe.They were delegently working to insure we no longer had backup issues. Jesus and his son were very courteous and respectful with the property and customer, was very fare with their price for the time and work performed. I have use Smith plumbing for years and they were always reasonable, a professional, friendly, and did a good job until recently.  I have call Smith plumbing twice because my toilet was leaking. Two plumbers came out at different times and told me that they would have to call a carpenter to fix the floor first before they could fix the toilet and they would have one contact me.  Well, that hasn't happen yet! I guess they are to busy driving those big fancy trucks to think about their customers needs.  The first one was a month ago and the second one two weeks go. They had me sitting around here waiting for a phone call that didn't come.  I found someone else to do job and for now on will take care of my plumbing needs!  GOOD BYE,SMITH PLUMBING IN SECURITY, COLORADO!

My ex-wife was told to use Herman's Plumbing for a major repair in the house she was buying (by the title company, who had gotten an estimate).  They said they would be there at 8:30am.  Since she works nights, she got up on very little sleep to meet the plumber.  At 9am she called Herman's to ask where the guy was-- the lady on on the phone said he left the office at 8:30 to pick up some supplies and should be there shortly.  Then at 9:35 -- more than a hour past the appt time-- they called back and said he was leaving the store with the supplies and would be there in ANOTHER half hour.  So he would be showing up after 10:00am for an 8:30am appointment.  We canceled the service and will look for a different plumber.  Show up when you said you're going to show up.  If he'd set the appointment for 10 to begin with, there would have been no problem.

Do yourselves a favor and look elsewhere for service. Rude, unprofessional, unskilled, and poor communication. These guys create more issues than they fix. We had so many issue on a simple plumbing update that eventually we had to call our insurance in to start a claim to fix the mistakes and damages this company caused! When we tried to get them to fix it, they attempted to fix it with scrub off the street contractors or using their own plumbers for doing the jobs of other skills. Obviously this is not a good idea and creates even more issues! Now they just stopped responding and left us with the damages to fix out of our own pocket on things they ruined!
