I called AZ Maintenance because I was having issues with my shower randomly turning on. Franklin answered right away and it was after hours. I explained my issue and he was beyond helpful and honestly and explained to me I could actually do it myself!! He even sent me a picture of the part I would need to buy. I was blown away by his honesty and how helpful he was. I technically did not hire this company but I absolutely would in a heartbeat!! It was a very stressful situation but he had me laughing by the end of the conversation!  If you want an honest company call them!!!

I agree with all the positive adjectives describing how great of a professional Vince (and those who he brings as team members) is.  Had some door work needing done and Vince provided a very fair quote and rapid resolution.  Best handyman type person I've ever worked with over the years.  Will bring him in for additional small projects going forward.

Contacted Efrain, hoping he would be able to help us with a plumbing repair AND repair some drywall that had been damaged as a result of a leak.  He was not only able to help us but did so quickly and repaired some additional drywall that had been damaged a while back.  He was very responsive, on-time and professional in every way and his rates were very fair.  I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for services he provides. - Barry Cook

Had to adjust my review--this company displayed some awesome consultative service last year on a phone call that had me excited to work with them, but seems there may be a problem with follow-through.  The visit to bid and evaluate our projects was fun and promising, but afterward we realized there was a lack of focus and clarity, and one adjusted bid never made it and the internet was blamed after I followed up several times. It's hard to find good home project help, and well, it seems we are still looking.  It might be a norm to not respond to homeowner folks at all or in a timely way if you are busy or not really wanting the job but I was hoping for more from Just Screw It.  I hope they prove me wrong--I like to support local and we would still be willing to give them another shot--but ball is in their court.  I called them again a week ago and no word.  I get the sense they would rather help property management companies.  Candid simple communication goes a long way! We had a wonderful experience with Aspen Kitchens in a bathroom remodel they did for us. I know, I know...with a name like Aspen Kitchen...what do they know about bathrooms. Well they were wonderful and amazing! I would recommend Sheena as a designer that embodied our style and desires, but kept us inline with what style really means. Ezra and his tram of professionals did a fabulous job and we feel like we are at a spa every morning when we use our beautiful shower and love coming home from vacation to out bathroom that is one of the BEST we have found in this world!
