Best Sink Installation in Cleveland OH

I will remain a devoted customer to Buckeye Plumbing.  (a few years ago) They had facilitated a replacement well, which is never a good thing.  They were able to work with me and do some sort of financing.  Very pleased with the service we received.

Charlie's Drain is a hands down FIVE STAR company. I had a tub drain completely blocked and a slow moving sink drain. Called on a Sunday, thinking I would just leave a message for a Monday call back, but their weekend answering service quickly passed on the message and I had a call back from Jim within 20 minutes confirming the information had been received and they would call the next morning to confirm their arrival time.  

Monday morning Jim was onsite within an hour or so from the time the office called me. He was so efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. He had fixed both issues within about 30 minutes.

Fast forward to Wednesday, I realized that our 1st floor tub drain was now moving slow as a result of Monday's work.  Again, Jim was back at the house within a couple of hours of my phone call. He again very efficiently fixed the issue, did so with a smile and there was no additional charge for the second visit.

Had a strange leak. John showed up and diagnosed it. It wasn't easy to diagnose but he stuck with it. Had to cut wall to verify and he was right on the mark. He explained everything and answered all my questions. I thought it was the shower. He said it was the sink drain. He was right

Our main stack had a large crack and needed replaced. Andrew and Tim were here right on schedule and did the job right. They were meticulous and careful to not create a mess. Andrew explained every step and also showed us some other potential problems but nothing to scary. I highly recommend Plumb Nation!

I called Plumbing Excellence in a pinch when our water heater started leaking. Anthony responded quickly and worked into the evening to get a new one installed, and we had hot water again that night! We were so satisfied with his work and his service that we hired him to fix a gas leak in our fireplace, too. He did, and now we have a working fireplace again, too! Thanks Anthony!

Anthony was meticulous but not slow in getting the job done right, kept communication open and honest, and waited patiently at my house while I finished pricing other options. He explained that a hardware store water heater is of cheaper quality than the professional model he would install. He also correctly guessed that a competitive quote had come in lower because they did not factor in permitting the work, which he felt was important, and I agreed.

He did look for multiple ways to save us some money, including combining visits, not charging for the initial investigation of our gas leak, discounting a subsequent job; he even researched the design lifetime of my new water heater and recommended against getting an extended warrantee in my case since the heater was built to last at least that long if not longer.

Anthony and team were friendly, passionate, and a delight to have at our house. I would hire Plumbing Excellence again or call them for advice any time!

Hired to install a utility sink in the laundry room. Very polite and wore a mask the entire time he worked. Flexible in his thinking and willing to go with an unorthodox set-up to make our plumbing situation work. Reasonable with pricing even though the job took longer than expected as he needed to buy some extra parts. Will definitely hire again to do some plumbing work for my mom.

We were made to use these plumbers from our home insurance to fix 3 low pressure faucets. 2 technicians came. One technician fixed the 2 faucets with no issue. However the other technician Kevin in trying to asses the low pressure issue with the kitchen faucet proceeded to snap and break off the pull-out spray handle using Channellock type pliers. If that was not enough he then allowed the spray hose to fall back into the main unit spout where it became stuck. He then spent 30 minutes using needle nose pliers and a flathead screwdriver in a futile attempt to retrieve the broken off connector and spray hose, scratching up the main unit in the process. Eventually he gave up, declared that he broke it, and that the company will cover the cost for the same or comparable brand model. The model is discontinued from the manufacturer. We contacted the owner/manager TOM who never apologized, WAS VERY RUDE TO MY WIFE, NEVER RESPONDED TO MY PHONE CALLS OR EMAILS and sent in a fraudulent report to our insurance that this is normal wear and tear. KEVIN BROKE IT BEFORE KNOWING WHAT THE ORIGINAL PROBLEM WAS. Our insurance will cover a basic and cheapest replacement unit. TOM and Axis Plumbing refused to cover the difference for the comparable model despite us reaching out to him through phone and emails. Tom is knowingly lying to the insurance protect his own interest which is FRAUD. We spent $75 for the service call for them to break our faucet and now we have to buy a new one for their mistake. TOTAL COST OF THEIR MISTAKE APPROXIMATELY $1000.

Do NOT ever use these plumbers. Late to appointment, extremely arrogant, broke our property, now refusing to fix it or make it right.

Office staff is always helpful and they get my service scheduled timely. Plumbers are all knowledgeable and professional.

A's started out great. Answered my request to look at a humming AC. Anthony came the same day. Looked at unit and installed a 350$ piece. However, I didn't get a say in if I wanted that piece went in. When i came back outside he said we are good now cuz I replaced the something- don't remember the name. So I did ask him if this isn't the reason for the problem what then? Meaning if the humming comes back what then. He said then i come back and replace the problem-don't worry. ok so all i spend 490.00 on about 1hr of time. 6 hrs later the humming came back. I called Anthony and got nothing. Later a text and from point on nothing but a run around. Said he could get new unit and replace. Said then he could get a less expensive unit and said by the text day. Decided to do that. HOWEVER Anthony did not show. Finally said truck broke down. Waited all day. That was a Friday. Told me he would try and get to me this weekend. He then text to say he picked up yet another unit that was yet 300$ more then the first. I did not talk to him at all about this used unit. He did that all on his own. Not a phone call nothing. Still will not answer phone only will text me about this. I finally decided this did not feel right. He also only gave me a 200$ credit after the fixdid even work for a day
So through text I told him I would not be using him. I am  out nearly 500.00. So please be aware of this contractor and make sure you try and communicate before you get anything done.

Used Wyatts based off positive reviews.  They did not disappoint. Service was timely, fair, and trustworthy. The tech assigned, John, was pleasant, knowledgable, competent, and respectful of his surroundings. Will use again and recommend to others.

Josh got here faster than I can have a pizza delivered. Excellent service, very friendly, good price. Highly recommended. Yes, I will call him again if needed.

the owner of this business and I had a verbal and written agreement for Payment for installing a hot water tank. Upon completion of the job the owner continually harassed me via text message for payment. We have had extensive conversations prior to him coming to the home to complete the job regarding payment. Payment was made prior to the agreed-upon date. After payment was made the owner of the company refused to respond to questions regarding warranty on his work. I would not recommend doing business with this company. Unprofessional and unresponsive.

Mobile home re-leveling, quoteed and scheduled, then ghosted me twice. Thanks for wasting my time!

Called them to replace a toilet at a rental that was not working while I was out of town. No call no show TWICE! To make it better the following week (out of town for a wedding again and probably more than I would be able to do myself anyway) downstairs tenant had a leak coming through the ceiling call about 10 plumbing places on Saturday 4 pm and they are the only one I can get ahold of... reluctantly I decided to give them another chance and made it known the previous week they were a no call no show.. someone was supposed to show up between 10 am and 2 pm... I called 3 times throughout the day, Noon was told someone would be there around 2. I called again at 2 and they said they were finishing another job and we're headed there shortly, I called again at 3:30 and again got that someone would be there shortly. Save your time and call someone else bc they won't show up anyway.

In fairness I have to say I've never got to work with them, but really loved their work on Yelp pictures and was excited to hire them. I called them and never heard back and it's been over a month ago so that's why I answered this way when asked about my reaching out to them....

The worst company I ever worked with!!!
He promised he will be in our house 9 AM Monday and when i call the afternoon he asked me why is this Monday? Than promised for the afternoon and after NO show for the next day, but never showed up or even call back.
