Lakewood Plumbing, Drain & Sewer replaced my leaking hot water heater the same day I called them freaking out that I had no hot water!  They squeezed my appointment in to help me out in a pinch, and they were reliable showing up when they said they would.  They were professional, courteous, and got the old one out and the new one up and running in about 2 hrs.  They charged me a great price, and I am very happy with the service I received.  I will use them in the future, and also I recommend this plumbing company.

Sean was super helpful in helping me fix a toilet at my mother's house.  He was responsive, personable and professional.  I thought he did a thorough job, explained to me what he was doing and his price was very fair.  I would highly recommend!!

Josh and his amazing Customer Service person are a team that deserves every accolade they get! Our 14 year old hot water heater died suddenly and Josh came out the same day- which made a really long day for him- and put a new one in for us. Friendly, smart, totally competent

Does not call back when he says he will or keep his word. Did not act like he really wanted to do the job. Very poor communication. Fortunately I found someone who did the job and very well.

the owner of this business and I had a verbal and written agreement for Payment for installing a hot water tank. Upon completion of the job the owner continually harassed me via text message for payment. We have had extensive conversations prior to him coming to the home to complete the job regarding payment. Payment was made prior to the agreed-upon date. After payment was made the owner of the company refused to respond to questions regarding warranty on his work. I would not recommend doing business with this company. Unprofessional and unresponsive.

He promised he will be in our house 9 AM Monday and when i call the afternoon he asked me why is this Monday? Than promised for the afternoon and after NO show for the next day, but never showed up or even call back.

Our home warranty assigned this company to look at our water heater. Terrible customer service, woman on the phone seemed annoyed that I called. Didn't care in the least that we had been without hot water for several days. In all fairness, Techs were dispatched & came the next day.  They were polite and determined the problem quickly. Plumbing company then took all day to submit diagnosis to HSA after I called numerous times and left repeated pleas. When home warranty company finally received diagnosis from this plumber (a day later!), it was determined that part was no longer available and unit would have to be replaced. Plumber would replace it but only after an out of pocket upfront fee of $500+ from us! They maintained that was for old unit disposal fee! I'm all for supporting local small businesses, but not if they are going to gouge me and provide terrible customer service. Buyer beware when using this plumbing company!!!!

I had the misfortune of having my AC unit break over a holiday weekend. During a heatwave. While every other company I talked to told me to hurry up and wait for them to call me in a week or so, H Jack's sent someone out right away to assess the situation. My unit was old and expensive to repair so I decided to go with a new model. Yes, I probably could have gotten a new AC unit elsewhere a smidge cheaper, but...I was very happy with how professional the techs were and with how quickly they resolved my issue.

We just moved into our home 3 days ago, and last night we had a bit of a plumbing emergency. We called numerous companies but none were a 24 hour place, and then we came across Strongsville Plumbing. My husband called, spoke to a woman who said she would check to see if someone could come out, and that she would get back to us right away.

We NEVER received a call back. A simple call to say, 'Hey, no one can come out tonight, can we come in the morning' would have been fine.

Safe to say they've lost our business. This company can't even extend common courtesy or provide the customer service that they promised us.

How all I can say is is absolutely the worst service ever there scammers and deceivers. They will say one thing and it had nothing to do with the actual problem, they called a customer a pig. That guy should lose his job!!!!!! -5
