Our water heater failed on the weekend. Queen city was the most responsive of the seven plumbers that I contacted. Their price was the best. Their workmanship was absolutely superb. I could not recommend a more highly.

Great service on a fairly small job. Dustin showed up shortly before the promised time and completed the job in just over an hour for less than the estimate. Will definitely hire again.

Our shower pipe burst one night and we knew we needed someone to come fix it quick. These guys made an appointment with us at a time that was prompt and they were able to get it fixed for us and replaced in no time. They not only replaced the pipe but diagnosed what the issue was (clogged drain) and snaked out all the blockage. Also REASONABLY PRICED. We want good work and love a great deal. They had to make a trip to the store for a part or something but the timing that it took to fix the problem was great. We love these guys and will definitely use them anytime we have plumbing troubles in the future (hopefully not too soon).

Sam is a good local Plummer in the area he is so knowledgeable and professional. Sam came to my house tonight on the same day my water line busted and fixed it. I'll definitely be using him again in the future. The price was worth every penny. I would give him six stars if I could. Thank you Sam!

they came out and replace the waterline from the street to the house did an excellent job, would highly recommend.

I have been using Halpin Plumbing for years and they are excellent - they always respond promptly to calls and their service people are prompt and courteous. They take the time to explain the problem and solution. Yesterday we had a problem with our water heater which was installed by our builder and was under warranty - Halpin went to the trouble of putting us in touch with a Company that deals with warranties and within a few hours they were here and the problem was taken care of.  I would not hesitate recommending Halpin Plumbing.  They are local, family owned and great.

I am more than happy to pay someone for their expertise and that's exactly what I received from technician Ryan - we discussed my options for my sink disposal and leaky faucet and he even offered me some helpful tips, as well as what to expect and a reasonable estimate (should I get in over my head trying to do it myself.)
As someone in the at-risk category during a health crisis, it was important to me that PPE was used and it was nice to see that up front from Quality Comfort! They have a contactless payment method which was very easy to use. Manager Elizabeth was prompt in setting up the appointment via Yelp as well!

This plumbing company goes above and beyond! They hooked up my new faucets and garbage disposal in my remodeled kitchen and bathroom. He left my place cleaner than when he arrived! The technician John arrived  to my surprise Promptly @ 12. The window given was 12-5. Very professional appearance. My carpets look like new, and they were in rough shape. The tech did not try to sell me extra services or products, he used what my carpets needed. He did not  rush and leave a mess behind like many other companies. The carpets were damp as expected but not soaking wet. He cleaned up after he was done, made sure all water from hoses was wiped up. My first experience with AAbel and I will use them again in the future for other services.  Very pleased.

Ty was nice guy , but service was not complete! Try to contact him he never replied! So sad!
