Wanted to thank you for the gorgeous fence... not to mention the new bathroom shower.. thought was going to be a bit more difficult but wouldnt have known it.  Also the other odds n ends.. we are working on another little list. Called RBS to fix plumbing in our kitchen. Rob came out with one of his crew and took care of the issue promptly. I'm extremely happy with the service they provided, the cost for the job, and how quickly they got to us and completed the job. We will definitely call RBS for all jobs around the house that are beyond my ability (that's most jobs lol) Highly recommend RBS !!

What a great experience I had with this company! I had water leaking in my yard out of my water well main supply line last week. I called a plumber that a friend recommended in Xenia and that company recommended Massie Creek Plumbing for water well work. When I called them, they were very polite and courteous over the phone and they were able to come out and give me a rough estimate on the spot. They were able to come do the work on short notice and showed up with all the equipment to do the job. The excavator that they used did not tear up my yard at all (rubber tracks) and they had the well dug and repaired within three hours. They showed up on time and were extremely polite and professional while they were at my house. Also, they ended up billing me $200 less than what was originally quoted. I would hire them again for any plumbing job on my property.

It is so unfortunate, a new unit was installed at our house 8/20 no one lived in the house, we moved in 3/21 the AC froze, needed Freon, did not leak detect, froze up again, blamed us, froze up again, said they fixed coil, fast forward to now, froze up again, we have a different contractor look into it only to find this company destroyed the coil at the time of installation, they're refusing to fix, NONE OF THIS WOULD HAVE HAPPENED AND BEEN UNDER WARRANTY HAD THEY DONE THEIR DUE DILIGENCE IN 3/21.

Had an issue with our sump pump.  Came out and suggest a replacement but once he looked a little closer found that the floater was just stuck.  Fixed it and only charged for a regular visit. Very happy.

Bait and switch. They came out to do an estimate, never give ,e a price and then socked me  an expensive bill when they did very very little work. Would not provide a statement of services or any type of itemization (because they did almost nothing). Scam.

Never use them. They tell you one number then overcharge you by  so much not no one will I tell about them m. I am never telling anyone I know to use them unless I don't like them.

Neiheisel responded quickly to a recent emergency situation. This was a huge stress reliever for my family. Extremely friendly, quick, & efficient work. I'll continue to use them for all future plumbing needs. I would absolutely recommend!

Great, service from a friendly small business. Definitely would recommend to family and friends with HVAC and plumbing projects. Matt went out of his way to give us an estimate for a new water heater on a weekend and we were very pleased with his approach. No pushy sales tactics, not trying to scare us into buying something we didn't need. Just straightforward, reliable service. We'll definitely call Matt again next time we need HVAC or plumbing service.

We sent a private message to address these issues, but they didn't care enough to respond. Service was bad. Tub was installed incorrectly and caused a major leak. Read more below:  

We were very dissatisfied with the service we received, and even more so that we still have not been contacted for a follow-up by a representative from your company.

We had a leak from our bathtub that caused damage in the ceiling below the bathroom. Upon inspection, your tech recommended we have the bathtub replaced due to rust. We spent $5,000 to replace the bathtub and the walls surrounding the tube. We were told that it would take 1-1.5 days.

Our first bad experience was with the installation schedule, which wound up taking 2 full days. On the second day, work was supposed to begin at 8am. The tech arrived and told us that he, and all other techs, had been called into the shop to have GPS installed on their trucks. Luckily, he was able to borrow a car to return to the job, but the job started late and he took over an hour in the middle of the job to drive to Aabel to see if his truck was ready. He also left tools in his truck, but luckily, we had some tools for him to borrow. My question to your company is, why did the GPS have to be installed at that very moment? Why interrupt a paying customer's job in order to do that? Very bad business on your part and it shows a great disrespect to your customer.

Our next bad experience, and the one that by far will prevent us from ever using your company again or recommending you to anyone else: the tub was not installed properly!!! Unfortunately, after the first use, I came downstairs to find that our tub had drained into the kitchen, the very problem that we had called you out to fix in the first place! An Aabel plumber came out the next day and found several things wrong: a nut had not been tightened and the tub/waste overflow AND the drain were loose and not sealed. It seems as though this type of thing should be checked, and double-checked, before signing off on a job. And yet, we were left with a kitchen full of water due to this complete oversight by your tech.

What upsets me the most is that if we had not had tiny holes drilled in our sealing due to the previous leak, we NEVER would have known there was a problem! How long would it have taken for that water damage to show in our home?! How many other homes have you worked on that this may have happened to? And how long will it take for those homes to show the water damage?

We spent $5000 with your company and NO ONE has bothered to call to follow-up on this issue or even offer an apology. We are very disappointed with your service and lack of quality. We will not be using you again or referring you to anyone else we know.

Wingate responded to my service inquiry through Yelp. I had a leaky kitchen pipe and a clog or frozen pipes. I can only rate as to pricing. A plumber whose last name was Wingate showed up and quoted a price of $1796. He estimated it would take 3 hours and he could come back the next day to do the work. I said I'd need a second quote at that price. He charged me $89 for the quote, no diagnosis was given. I wasn't told about this fee when the appmt was scheduled but I didn't want to argue with a strange man so I paid it. My dad fixed the leak with some apoxy (?) and a plumber from a different company came here today and fixed the clog in under an hour at an hourly rate of $125. So I think the price quoted by Wingate was more than a little bit high.
Also-I wasn't told about the estimate fee up front. Every other company did.
-the Wingate plumber showed up only to give the quote, every other plumber that showed up was available to do the work when they showed up.

This plumbing service would receive a zero rating if possible.  The staff is unprofessional and their charges are completely out of line with other plumbers.  We have had several situations in which we used there services.

The first time we used their service, we have a leak in a wall.  They came out and gave us an estimate.  They were late to this appointment and were very unprofessional.  We used them anyway because they were available to fix the problem immediately.  Upon fixing the problem we received a bill for almost twice them amount of the estimate even though no additional work was required.

The second time we used them was a complete disaster.  They sent an individual to fix a leak under our house.  This individual showed up with no coveralls (trip number one, he had to drive to his house to get the coveralls).  When he finally began working, he didn't have any couplings to fix the water leak (trip number two, he had to go to Lowes to get supplies).  He didn't appear to know what he was talking about and was heard cursing like a sailor under the floor of our house.  After ranting and raving about how difficult a job it was and how much it was going to cost, he left a third time (trip three to Lowes) to get more supplies.  

He was at our home for approximately 7 hours and accomplished an hour of actual work.  After all of this we decided to call in another plumber.  Willouhgby wanted us to pay $110 per hour for time for work that was not being completed.  This plumber arrived on time, was professional and courteous.  He also completed the job in less than an hour.  His cost was less and he was excellent.  

Our advice is not to use this plumbing service.  You will overpay and  they are unprofessional.
