I work with contractors for my job on a daily basis. It was soooo refreshing to see how RBS conducted business. Great people. Great hearts. And cared about a job done right. Thank you

Our water heater failed on the weekend. Queen city was the most responsive of the seven plumbers that I contacted. Their price was the best. Their workmanship was absolutely superb. I could not recommend a more highly.

On Friday 8/26/22 I discovered a sewer back up in my finished basement during the night. As soon as the business opened at 7:30 am I called and asked for their help. Though they had plenty of other prescheduled jobs that day they sent two very professional plumbers to my home within in a couple of hours. They quickly figured out that our sewer pipes were blocked with tree roots. They were able to clear the pipes. They did a great job. Excellent work and reasonably priced. Dave suggested a water damage clean up company who came to my home within hours. I do not know what I would have done without them. This is the second time Dave from Niesen has done work on my home over the past two years. I consider him a genius! I wouldn't call any other company.

I used Halpin plumbing to redo the water line from the street to my house. Darrel came out and gave me an estimate and explained exactly what he would do. His estimate was much more reasonable than others I received. The work was scheduled for yesterday and he said he would be there at 8:30. He showed up right on time (actually a minute early) and got right to work. He worked hard all day and was complete quicker than he estimated. He did a really good job and was great to work with. Looking back, since he finished by 3pm I should have had him give me estimates on other plumbing stuff around the house, as I would totally use Halpin plumbing again.

Terrible customer service. They cancel and try to reschedule EVERYTIME (literally every single time, no joke)! They get you to sign up for a $10/mo membership that gives you discounted services and an annual heat & cooling tune-up and then cancel on you. It feels like a SCAM!
Please choose a different company, one with good reviews and a good reputation! I was flexible the first few times because I understand the labor shortages, etc. but this has just gotten ridiculous.

Terrible service!!! Wish I could attach a picture...poop all over the toilet, ground and wall!
When asked if he was going to clean up he said he was going to get a shop vac then left and never came back! This is the second time this has happened at our place of business. Would never recommend!

This review is for Dana, who answered the phone and was very professional and polite. I could not use this company, however, because they do not service Kentucky. So, I'm writing this review just as a heads up to anyone else in Northern Kentucky who might be scrolling through Yelp looking for HVAC companies to hire.
I'm sure these guys are great, but only if you are in Ohio.

Purchased a Living Social Deal for a camera inspection of sewer system $60.00. (deal claims normally $165.00 charge). Technician came in and cracked pvc pipe and cap on clean out pipe in several places. (do you know how hard you have to hit a pvc pipe to crake it in 3 places?) Technician then called me to basement to tell me he broke the pipe in several places opening the clean out cap and now a repair was needed! The damage he had just done would need to be repaired and would cost me above and beyond the camera call because previous plumber may have got some glue on the cap. (never got a price but told me he would have to go get parts and it would not cost me millions) First of all should have called me down when the cap was stuck to ASK me if I wanted him to proceed. I told him I did not want him to fix I would call my plumber and take up with Geiler Company.
On to the sewer inspection...what a rip off. Technician ran the camera and it stopped about 45 feet in and then gave me a guesstimate that something was wrong and said I would need to pay for additional equipment to get the true estimate of any work needed. Ok so how can I determine if they come out with additional equipment I will have and accurate assessment of my sewer?
Although I expected a biased estimate from this company, I did not expect that the inspection would only tell me I needed to spend additional money to get a complete estimate of any work which I might wish to contract for. I talked to Terry and he also was blaming glue which MAY HAVE dripped on the cap I asked him to have his plumber bring the cap back to my property. He stated they did not do the deals as a bait and switch ...I said to him that is exactly what this deal was a bait and switch AND doing additional damage to my home while they were here and looking to charge me for a repair is an interesting way to get business also. No sympathy or responsibility from Geiler. I asked him am I supposed to expect or anticipate Geiler or any other contractor to step into my home and do damage and then expect me to pay for it? I do not think so. This technician was in a hurry , did not bother to spray a lubricant on the cap, used access force and cracked my pipe which now has to be repaired and guess what I was not about to pay Geiler to repair.
I am sure plumbing companies often times will provide video inspections super cheap, to sell a large excavation job and I will always get a second opinion on a major job when dealing with a new contractor.... but this is not acceptable to pay for an incomplete inspection. Buyer beware of Living Social Deals and especially camera inspection from Geiler Company because unless your entire sewer is clear you will know little more than when they hit your front door when they leave and you will be out money you could put toward a legitimate camera inspection with the goal of finding out the condition of your sewers.

We had three electrical outlets quit working. We called A-Abel. They were at our house within a couple of hours and fixed the problem promptly. Chris was very friendly and competent. We would definitely use A-Abel again if we needed electrical work done.

They were prompt, courteous, thorough and professional! When contacting any service company, I'm always nervous about the quality of care I'll receive. Thankfully, Wingate Mechanical exceeded my expectations and I was completely satisfied with their help!
Do yourself a favor and CALL THEM!

3 Hours late! The woman at the desk was super apologetic for the misunderstanding.
Once the Serviceman arrived, he walked in without introducing himself by name. To my surprise, I said good morning and introduced myself. He seemed to be already frustrated. I asked him to wear shoe booties. His response was not receptive and body language and demeanor illustrated that he had an issue, being asked and as he sat and tried to put on the largest shoe booties they can come in, it was a struggle. I felt as if I was inconveniencing him. He made me aware that he has to come back and forth from outside to his truck possibly, which would require him to obviously remove and put on. I placed protection rug on the floor, as it was raining and muddy out. I told him, not to worry about it. Since it seems as if that was going to be a problem for him, make it one trip and please look at the pipe. Told me that it was a big project, would take a couple weeks or even more and how they operate and it's best to call elsewhere. They could diagnose it, once repaired it's my responsibility to repair any walls, floors demolished, toilets removed...etc.
Keep in mind, all he did was look at the pipe and told me what I already knew and said to him. No repairs were done! I received a bill stating he repaired my toilet and replaced fill valve! $138.00
THE PROBLEM IS A HOLE IN THE SEWER STACK!!!!!! HE SAID THAT HE COULD NOT DO IT! Nothing is wrong with my toilet.
I have a bill for Labor and material, stating that he repaired the toilet and replaced fill valve.
All he did was look up at the pipe and told me it would be best to call elsewhere!
