Wanted to thank you for the gorgeous fence... not to mention the new bathroom shower.. thought was going to be a bit more difficult but wouldnt have known it.  Also the other odds n ends.. we are working on another little list. Most definitely have found our go to for around the house repairs and/or remodeling.. very good price, professional and polite.

These guys bailed me out when another plumber left me stranded. They were nice, professional, cleaned up after themselves, just all around a great experience. I'm extremely grateful for them and the work they did.

Joys of home owning. Had RBS come out for plumbing this time. Not sure why my first review was not recommended for the electrical work I had done.
My main valve into the house was badly corroded. Rob put in a new valve and a PRV.
Work done quickly and very reasonable.
Once again I can't say enough good things and highly recommend !!

Our water heater failed on the weekend. Queen city was the most responsive of the seven plumbers that I contacted. Their price was the best. Their workmanship was absolutely superb. I could not recommend a more highly.

I have used them in the past but when I reached out for a new appointment they no showed. I called the office and was treated extremely rudely. They lost my business!!! No reason to treat customers poorly!

I called two other recommended plumbers for my urgent leak, one could come in 7 days and one could could come in the morning as my basement continued to flood.

Called roto rooter and I could barely make it home from work before they got there.  Amazing speed and service.  Quoted and paid $180 for a new toilet water line, $1 over my wife's estimate and hundreds less than I thought I was in for.

Be careful of the charges! $400 for a job that was less than 2hours! Had a simple job. Replace the faucet in my powder room with the one I bought. When making the appointment the receptionist never asked if it was a single or remote handles. Apparently those cost more. $403.00 to install. The tech was a wonderful guy. My job had no issues . Easy removal and replace. He said that they base the price on jobs that are complicated. I would not call again without asking the base price.

Had a 40 gallon gas water heater installed the other day at their LOW FLAT RATE PRICING.
Quote was $1200.00.  Gave me 50.00 dollars off for not having to haul it off. If that sounds
LOW to you please get at least two other quotes. Oh by the way they did drop another $50.00
off the bill just to make me feel like I got a good deal. It didn't work.I couldn't change the stars. Two at best.

Never use them. They tell you one number then overcharge you by  so much not no one will I tell about them m. I am never telling anyone I know to use them unless I don't like them.

$150 later my toilet still has the same problem but now the bowl is scratched up. Avoid these guys.

The problem I have the most is that the $50 fee that they charge for a technician to come out and assess is for nothing. They have no tools no tactics to diagnose an issue. Just lets try it and bill you

Edit: they refunded the service after i contacted them. They didnt make me jump through hoop for it either.

A terrible customer service guarantee a terrible business. STAY AWAY!!!
If you run into problems, the resolution is your fault or you are screwed. You can pay more and use them for other services.

If I haven't made this clear enough. If you are going to managing the entire process, making sure they put done the right appointment, being contacted to reschedule for couple times, making sure to follow them while they are doing their jobs, you might as well learn to do it yourself.

$50 dollars for 5 minutes job for A/C tune up on an A/C unit that is brand new, anyone got a job better than that?

Excellent service on my sump pump.   Highly recommended this company.

My parents are elderly, they called them to get a quote , they came to fix  the problem and Charged twice as much , then the issue still wasn't resolved! Never will use this company again . They took TOTAL advantage of my parents .

They were the worst!  My contractor used them and they delayed the job 6 weeks overall just because they no showed so often and wouldn't return calls. This was not due to Covid as all of their rough in was completed before the shutdown. They installed the vanity plumbing wrong not accounting for drawers in the vanity. They had to redo it causing delays. They put the tub drain in incorrectly and then had to move it for proper spacing delaying job again. They refused to drill holes in the tile for the plumbing they installed for a steam shower delaying the job 3 weeks on this alone supposedly because they were waiting for the 3 drill bit yet my contractor finally bought a 3 drill bit (which he found and had in possession within 24 hrs). Even I finally called them and asked them if they were going to show up.  Supposedly a female (who told me she was the owner and I am assuming was the wife of the recently deceased owner) said she would get back to me and never did.  Her son runs the business now. She told me they never had a relationship with my contractor yet they were currently working 2-3 jobs for them. She also lied and tried to tell me they had a different plumber come in and start my job.  Uh hello, I am living in my house and see who is coming in and out and it was her plumbers with Klosterman plumbing trucks in my driveway! Then they refused to do the drilling in the shower tile (yet they drilled through the floor tile for the tub faucet).  The company is beyond unprofessional. They don't show up. And the image is the two shower controls plate. One is out of plumb installed based on their out of plumb pipe installations.  They got one pretty close but the other is at least 1/4 out of plumb.  I have never had a plumber do such a poor job and refuse to take responsibility for a job.  My contractor stated he wouldn't be using them again once they were finished.  I wouldn't either if I knew I would have to do half the job the plumber is getting paid for!
