My AC broke the day before, I had a morning appt with a different company that canceled via txt 30 mins before the end of a 2 hr window.
I called all around Town and was about to give up until I called Tarpy. Tara answered the phone, Listen to my issue with the other company, Listened to the importance of Getting my AC Fixed ASAP (little children and elders), I apologized for being a little emotional and Tara comforted with Kind words(I was blown off by the other companies) she informed me that they to were booked, but that she understood the importance of having record Temps and a working AC. She asked to put me on hold while she contacts Dispatch to see what could possibly be done for me same day... after a brief hold, Tara came back and said they could help after speaking with Dawn in Dispatch. WHAT A RELIEF! She gave me a window between 2pm and 5pm, sent me a confirmation Txt, I received an email with the Tech's Name and all pertinent details also. Robert Stilwell called me when he was on his way. He arrived a little after 2pm, he was kind and understanding. He explained everything that he would be doing prior to doing it. After inspection, he again explained everything to me in a way a NON Tech could understand. He left to go get the part needed and returned in a timely fashion. I would 100% recommend TARPY HEATING, AIR, AND PLUMBING.
