Q and his son came out to hang a few items and they did a great job!!! The son even took care of an extra job for me and I'm most THANKFUL.  Will be in contact again when I need more work done. Oh yeah, and they worked with my busy schedule, they came on a Sunday.

Gerardo did an awesome job at my rental property.   My tenants left it in poor condition with a large hole in the wall, blown socket, broken bathroom faucet and a towel bar ripped down.  He answered my quote request immediately, was able to start first thing the next morning and was finished by that afternoon.  I really appreciated the quality of work, punctuality and professionalism.  I will definitely be using his services again for any future projects/repairs.

I contacted several handyman service to take care of a number of repairs to my Home preparatory to placing it for sale in several weeks.  Most of these contacted had scheduling conflicts.  Sergio was able to fit me into his schedule in time.  I had about a half dozen jobs to do (electrical, finish carpentry, duct work, lock installation) some simple, some not, but all beyond my skill level.  Sergio and his assistant worked steadily throughout the day.  We walked through each of the jobs at the end of the day. I was very pleased with the quality of the work.  If other jobs come up before the home is sold, I'll be calling him again.

I called Ideal Plumbing to look at my air conditioner as it wasn't blowing cool air.  They sent a technician to look at the problem.  Apparently the coils were frozen and he told me I had to replace the air conditioner as well as the furnace.  I then asked for a written report to be sent to my e-mail explaining the problem and diagnosis.  He just laughed at me.  I then called another company, West Coast Heating and Air.  They sent a technician and discovered a had a water leak.   When I received the bill from Ideal, I couldn't believe the amount they charged me to just LOOK at my air conditioner without doing anything.  West Coast was a third of the price and will apply the bill towards any repairs that I need to make.  I would be very wary of using Ideal as they do not care about their customers and make you feel like you don't have choice in the matter of YOUR home.  I would never recommend this company.
