Best Gas Furnace Installation in Chula Vista CA

My friend recommended this company and it was a good decision to work with them. Dima was very responsive, answered all questions thoroughly and did a great quality job replacing our old HVAC system.
Throughout the process we felt that our needs were prioritized and and were getting full attention.
I highly recommend these professionals.

I called THA because the furnace would start the immediately turn off. Enrique made the call and showed me where the fan motor was not spinning because the ball bearings were shot. Fan motor must be replaced with the entire assembly for $550 but he recommended the whole furnace be replaced for $2000!

I was rather stunned but after he left I looked at the fan motor and I could see an accumulation of saw dust. Upon vacuuming and lubricating the shaft of the fan it now works fine.

I called the shop wanting to talk with the owner but he will not return my calls.

It was a rip off that failed

Excellent response time and customer service, not to mention competitive pricing. We had a problem with our AC and Ivalyo was at our home within 10 minutes, quickly accessed the issue and, given the age of the unit, discovered other problems once he began. And still he was done in a reasonable amount of time and without jacking up costs despite underestimating what it took to get everything up and running. Highly recommend to anyone in the RB/PQ/SS/SR area.

I hate writing a Yelp review like this, but we had a ~28K HVAC job done and while it seemed like that was great, all the ending details (i.e. the last 10% of the job) have been beyond disappointing.  Really seems like once they got our money they were out.  

(***We choose this company because we appreciate that it is female owned, and that they support local charities and sports***).  

Don't get me wrong, new HVAC is amazing, all the early work was great... but when it comes to following through on really minor things, like the AC control UNIT was clearly not installed correctly and wouldn't work unless I pressed 2MM above the button, the dry-wall (literally left HOLES),  finding cigarette butts, pieces of metal, screws all over our lawn,  contractual obligations to install lights (not installed), and one room that seems to have just been ignored totally etc. etc. it's been a battle.

I work from home and we've had them back 4 times to finish up which is offensive to me (I AM WORKING) and a waste of my time.  

One of the follow-up technicians was amazing (he came twice), the other two made me feel like I was being difficult about things we all signed off on together.  We have two other jobs we planned to do in the first 5 years of owning this house, but will 100% call another company.  

And (in defensive of this review when I could call direct) I'll say when people have been in your home, it's extremely uncomfortable to call a company and complain about them.  

I am not expecting a reply, I didn't want to name names, I just don't really think anyone should use Anderson unless they want the big work done and don't care about the details that make you happy at the end.

(and as a sidenote: at my old house, I had a horrible experience with an Anderson tech who ripped me off on a plumbing issue.  Anderson did their best to make this right after, which is also once the reason we tried again but I guess... fool me once... fool me twice...)

used the referral system on Yelp to find a plumber to help me install a new faucet and re-install my garbage disposal and drain pipe assembly on a new sink.

I received several calls, but only a few would give me any type of estimate over the phone.  Some of the bids were astonishingly high, even though I told them I had all the parts.

I was in a time crunch, as installation of the sink had run late into the week and I needed my kitchen as soon as possible. Terry at Airight Cooling, Heating and Plumbing, Inc. called me back after business hours (within 30 minutes of my request) and asked me a few questions about the job.  He quoted me a price range over the phone that was very reasonable, and also told me he could have a plumber at my house first thing in the morning.

Chris was the plumber Terry sent.  He showed up on time and called ahead to let me know he was on his way. He was very polite, very clean worker also. He wore booties, wore a mask, answered all of my questions and did a great job!  He also informed me of an electrical safety issue with the disposal so I could have it repaired.

They charged me less than the upper end of the estimate and got me back into my kitchen within an hour!

Having any type of repair work is so expensive and tough to have completed these days. I am so grateful to Terry and Chris for helping me!

We have been using Bill Howe Plumbing for over 35 years.  My recent call was about a leaky valve coming from our garbage disposal.  Rico was the plumber came to my house in booties and a mask.  He was very polite and professional.  He identified the part that was needed in less than 5 minutes and was in and out of my house in less than hour.  It doesn't get any better than that1

I am also including another review I forgot to write for another problem we had with a leaky faucet in our bathtub that needed to be replaced.  Since we had no access panel, they had to cut into the wall behind the bathtub.  They replaced the faucet with a new better one and had another team come in to patch the wall.  You couldn't tell or feel where the hole they made was when they finished the job.

They replaced my old water heater. Ken S came out and clearly explained what options I had and how much the cost would be. I have used Andersons before and I am impressed with the level of professionalism the employees have. Ken explained the install process and gave me a good understanding of how the new water heater controls functioned. With Andersons I just know the job was done right. Don't hesitate to call them!

The technicians that worked on our furnace were extremely knowledgeable & professional. Located the needed part in under an hour & had my unit repaired promptly. I've had our a.c. unit serviced in past but never wrote a review, that also was done promptly & professionally.
