Best Gas Furnace Installation in Chula Vista CA

My regular guy was scheduled to show up at 7:00 am this morning, and texted me at 6:30 am to say that his truck wouldn't start....massive bummer!!!!

Last night, my A/C stopped working, the condenser was not running, and when I checked the filter, it was as wet as if it had been soaking in a bucket of water.

With the fan only, at 6:30am my house was 85 degrees F in my bedroom, NOT conducive to good sleep.

I called around from the top of the Yelp list starting at 7:15 am, and either got no answer or booked for the next two weeks.....when I reached American Ace, they scheduled me TODAY for between 10:00 am and 12pm.  They requested I text my address and texted back a confirmation.

Max was at my house before I was at 10:00 am, and he waited for me, I showed up around 10:10.

He quickly figured out that the drain hose was clogged, and the water had saturated one of the shutoff safety valves.  He worked very cleanly, explained everything, gave me an estimate and did not go over it.  The A/C was working a little over an hour after he arrived, and he gave some solid recommendations to extend the longevity of the system.

While it was just a little more costly than I was hoping for, the charge was fair, and the work was completed in exemplary fashion.

I can wholeheartedly recommend this company, and will be keeping their information on file for future needs in A/C, heating and plumbing.

These guys are usually on point with fast appointments, and the guy who used to make the plumbing appointments was super-helpful (whatever happened to him?), but the prices charged are getting ridiculous - most recently ~$900 for a 2-3 hour job (in between the plumber 'goofed off' to Homedepot several times)...  Can no longer recommend...

We were really impressed with the professionalism in how Evo conducted business.  Contacted Evo via email yesterday around 645pm and they replied immediately saying they could be at our house today between 10-12. They also sent an additional email with all of their credentials and photos of their service vans etc. without me even asking.. Evo showed up today at 10am, checked out our tankless water heater and determined that a new circulating pump was not necessary after all, saving us a minimum of $250+.
Needless to say we are very satisfied with their services. If you are looking for someone to work on your thankless water heater, look no further and contact  Evo asap.

Anderson had a special on drain clearing. I had been considering it and for the price they were offering I decided to schedule it. The technician, who was great and very respectful of my property, was at the house within 2 hours and done within the hour. Service was great and quick. Would recommend!

Where do I begin with how pleased I am with Roto Hero?!  They're amazing. I had them come out because my sons clogged the plumbing with a bunch baby wipes on our upper floor. Daniel worked diligently and thoroughly until he pulled them all out. He was reliable, hardworking, and very professional. The second time I had Roto Hero come out we noticed the toliet on our first floor seemed to be clogged. Both our technicians, Beecher and Daniel, worked incredibly hard to get their line through the plumbing and found that a root system grew into the pipes. Beecher and Daniel used their problem solving to find out that they could get to the root from the access sewer line outside of our home. They spent a large amount of time working to get the roots out of the pipes. Throughout the process they checked back with me and made sure I understood what was going on. They had great attention to detail when explaining the issues and how the plumping worked. They were both so kind and even drew up an illustration as to where the problem happened. Beecher and Daniel pulled out huge masses of root from the tree which required a lot of hard work and determination. After the work was completed, Beecher wrote up a detailed list and pictures for us to send to the HOA to get the work approved. They were friendly, considerate, and very knowledgeable. I will refer them time and time again. I couldn't be happier. Thanks for your great service Roto Hero, I'm a customer for life!

I am in the process of buying a house and Brandon did a sewer line inspection for us.  He was very thorough and found some issues that we addressed with the sellers.  He oversaw and audited the work the sellers completed and saved us thousands of dollars and a lot of headaches down the road.  He went the extra mile of returning to the property several times to ensure the work was completed correctly.  He went above and beyond the normal call of duty and i will definitely use him and this company again in the future if the need arises.

AiRight is great. Not only did they do a good job, provide good updates and reworked a small leak for free, they explain well in layman terms so someone like me understands the leak problem and solution. Terry is always on top of things and he makes sure I got a timely response. My house leaked from under the concrete slab, and Gus was able to fix my 1995 house's broken hot water copper pipe by re-routing the pipe, no need to cut through the concrete slab that would be costly and time-consuming.

For starters, I'm a pretty patient guy and it takes a lot for me to leave a terrible review.

Situation - I had a large tree on my property that caused a root to grow into my neighbors main water line. I immediately called Bill Howe and after explaining the situation, asked if they could fix it before end of week (it was Wednesday). They said yes, as long as I approve the estimate the technician can get to work - that's the only reason I went with them, given the gravity of the situation (neighbor was without water until repair was done, and I was also in escrow on selling my home, and the buyer was trying to schedule home inspection) so there was a strong sense of urgency that I communicated to Bill Howe.

Earliest they had was Friday morning from 9-12 so I took it. In the meantime, I scheduled a tree removal service to take tree out which cost me $2500 but now both mine and neighbor's main lines were exposed. Needed Bill Howe to repair neighbors and bury lines under ground (to code). Important to note the lines were no more than 6 foot long exposed.

Technician didn't show until 2pm on Friday, well after the window. At this point he said he didn't have time to do work, and he would have to come back the following week if I approved estimates. I explained I'd need the estimate before end of day to review. I also called Bill Howe and explained the situation again, to ensure they quickly sent over estimates and could guarantee work beginning of the week.

Never received estimate over the weekend. Called Bill Howe first thing Monday morning and they said they'd reach out to technician and get back to me. By 1pm I never received a call back, or an estimate so I called back and the lady put me on hold to call technician. He is driving right now but said he would pull over and send it to you immediately. Great! But hadn't received. Now it's end of day Monday, neighbor had been without water for nearly 11 days, my buyer had an inspection scheduled but could not complete because the water was shut off, and the pipes weren't repaired, and I still have not received even an estimate after countless calls to the company.

At this point I called someone another company and before the end of the day had gone to my property and provided an estimate and guaranteed work the next day.

Of course I explained this via text to Bill Howe and they had an estimate over to me shortly after (imagine that)... But the estimate came in at $3600 just to trench one main water line (neighbor was paying for her own water line to be repaired and trenched so that wasn't included). In the estimate the technician noted roots were in the ground from the tree I had removed, but I confirmed with the tree removal company that they had dug everything out (I stopped by when they were working and they had multiple men and heavy equipment and they clearly removed everything). I had another small job for them to repair a minor leak in my crawl space under the home, but that also came in at $1800 (no trenching, just replacing exposed pipe). So after all of this, they want me to pay them $5000 for these two small/minor jobs? Out of their minds. And was the technician lying about the roots just to inflate the estimate? Seems like it.

Given Bill Howe's lack of urgency and action on the very sensitive matters (a house without water and a pending sale which could fall through at any moment due to delays), and the over-inflated estimates, I will not be doing any more business with this company.

We ended up having a busted bathroom water pipe late Sunday/early Monday morning. We had to turn off water to the house and I called Anderson. The person on the phone was very polite and tried to fit us in on an already booked day. Luckily there was a cancellation and George came to our rescue. I couldn't have asked for a better plumbing tech. He was calm, efficient and just a NICE guy. I am only giving 4 stars because Anderson is expensive. But, i think it is worth the cost for friendly, trustworthy service. And if you get George to help you out, consider yourself super lucky!
