Park MacKenzie came by from Rayne to come and service our Rayne water cleaner units and did a phenomenal job. He was polite and was working steadfast to  ensure our water quality was  perfect. I called One Time Plumbing because I was having problems with my kitchen sink draining properly. He came out the very next day and took care of my problem right away! He was on time, friendly and very reasonably priced! I will definitely reccomend them to my friends and family and will call them again when I'm in need of plumbing services!

Nathan has been out to our little house four times over the years and has exceeded expectations EVERY time. He's professional, friendly and knows exactly what to do whenever my wife is freaking out and tries to fix  things herself. Gerardo was one of the only handymen that got back to me for my project on Yelp! I needed our garage door seal removed and replaced since we had rodents chew thru the seal.  Gerardo was communicative thru Yelp messaging, showed up on time and got to work.  We appreciate him coming out to us to help us do something which would have taken 3 hours vs him doing it in an hour. Kelley did a superb job installing shelving in my closet and hanging some big mirrors and wall art. She is very responsive, professional and friendly. I will be calling her in the future for other handy jobs.

Wow what can I say..... I would like to say everything went great but it didn't.
Called ideal to replace blown water heater, come to find out I had to do a few upgrades to comply with current housing codes and add a drain for the washer.
When Don the owner was Explaining what needed to be done he looked right at me and said around $400 extra plus the cost of a New water heater $1500 total cost around 1900.
ThDan said he would work up the Quote and get back with me in an hour, in the meantime they continued to work on taking out my bad water heater.
Don The owner got back with me an hour with the new price $2800..... I was shocked my wife was shocked everybody was shocked but Don.
I asked him about the $400 extra he mentioned earlier and he said yeah $400 here, $400 there...that's the price.
Thank God they took back my blown water heater for a warranty issue or would've cost me $3,300.
Now for the workmanship  review, ideal prides  itself on and I quote from their website, we deliver the highest standards of workmanship, quality, and service.
I'm not gonna say anymore look at the pictures and you judge for yourself.
Update as of 9/12/2018:
Dan the owner has contacted me about correcting the issues seen in the pictures, I intend to work with him to get these issues resolved.
It just goes to show you that honest reviews can yield results.

Nobody wants to call a plumber- I'd only when there is a problem and so you're already stressed anticipating hassle, huge expense and having to deal with people you may be taking  advantage.  Our regular plumber was booked when we called for a leaky faucet.  My husband noticed the work van in the area with a local number.  He called and the receptionist was polite, professional and a good listener.  Within a couple of days our 'technician' Brandon arrived, on time, masked, and ready to help. He too heard my concerns and  was very responsive.  He returned the next day with all the parts required.  He did everything he promised and more at a fair price.  Super satisfied with the work performed and especially with Brandon.  Very courteous, intelligent, a skilled worker who left the area clean when done too.  Highly recommend!!

Lonnie came out to clear a tub drain. He was on time, called me to say he was on his way, and did the work in just a few minutes. He was also friendly and knowledgeable. I couldn't have asked for a better technician. Thanks Lonnie. It was a pleasure.

Had an issue with my kitchen sink and garbage disposal, and Steve was able to come the same day I called and fixed the problem and more! Great work and great guy. Definitely the only plumber I'll be using going forward.

We selected Sherlock Heating & Air for our central air system.  We found them through Costco.  Jeff and Cory installed the system yesterday.  They were professional, explained the installation process and listened to our needs.  I'd highly recommend them.    Curtis, the sales person, made the process of purchasing the system very straightforward and easy.  We are very pleased with the service we received and the system we purchased.  The system itself is very quiet and efficient.

We used Gabe to install a new garbage disposal. He was responsive, showed up when he said he would, confirmed the appointment, and did a good job. We look forward to working with him again.
