EVO AIR Plumbing Service
EVO AIR just replace my 12 year old traditional water heater with a tankless (Navien NPE-240A) with a recirculating valve. I had gotten multiple quotes and their prices are extremely competitive. Ivaylo the business owner is extremely responsive and came out with his master plumber for the initial quote. My existing water heater was in the garage next to an hold HVAC system. The two of them came up with a great design plan for the tankless install while also considering the future work for the HVAC install.

On the day of the install, the same two people came out along with a third and got the job done in 4-5 hrs. It was comforting having the same people providing the quote as the ones that are actually doing the work. They provided updates along the process to ensure things would be installed the way I wanted and couldn't be more pleased with their work. I will definitely be reaching back out to EVO AIR when it comes time to upgrade my HVAC system!

Anderson Plumbing, Heating & Air Plumbing Service
The best experience I've had. I've used all of the SD big 3:  Bill Howe, ASI, and Anderson and while they each of mostly good workers - Anderson's had all good workers! They stood up to a very big job, that went south on them, they came back 3 times and never charged anymore even for equipment that had to be switched out. They stuck to their original estimate. It was impressive. And the guys are easy to have around.

Goettl Air Conditioning and Plumbing - San Diego Plumbing Service
These guys are great. They stayed true to their estimate even though it took him a little longer than expected. Vu is a great detail plumber and Troy has personality plus. They replaced a sprinkler valve and three hose bibs. They knew exactly where the leak was coming from. Our home is as good as new. Thank you

Same Day Heating & Air Conditioning Plumbing Service
They were professional, really knowledgeable, friendly and kept their masks on! I got a great and fair quote, with an amazing warranty, they even installed a couple extra things for free and they stand by their product. Adrian Carlos and JP were fantastic and I definitely recommend their services. They were in and out in one day as advertised! I think pricing was there probably in the middle, but their customer service was definitely above and beyond. Plus a 12 year parts and labor warranty, and no interest on financing. Can't beat that!

Bill Howe Plumbing, Heating & Air, Restoration & Flood Services Plumbing Service
I do not like giving anyone a 1 Star review.  In fact, I really have to be so upset about something before I even bother with a review.

About 10 days ago, we had a bit of a flood in the garage and water was backing up in the kitchen sink and the guest bath tub.  It wasn't pretty but we got it cleaned up and Bill Howe came out to take care of the pipes.  I showed the guy they sent where the leak in the garage was coming from, where the clean-out tap in the garage was located, and explained the entire problem to him.  He was going to go on the roof and snake the pipe but I asked why he couldn't do it from the garage tap.  He said, 'Oh yeah, I could do that.'  So he proceeded to snake it and said the problem was taken care of.  Less then a week later, both toilets back up and overflow with sewage and the same with the guest tub and master shower.  Again Bill Howe comes out and it's the same guy.  He agrees to cover the call under the 30 day warranty.  He finds the two taps in the front yard and proceeds to snake out the main.  I'm wondering why he didn't do that during the first visit when he knew the tub had backed up in addition to the garage.  He tells me the main was filled with years of sludge and that the problem was now taken care of.  He leaves and when I go to take a shower, after having already cleaned the shower from the first mess, it backs up again with even more nasty sewage.  At this point I'm plain pissed.  How can this be??  I call Bill Howe again, the gal tells me that this time they're going to send someone else besides our first guy and several hours later, it's the same dude!  I ask him to put on booties which he does, he goes into the master shower, and he comes out nearly a half hour later to tell me that the problem was hair.  Hair!!  How did a hair clog in the shower drain make crap come up from the main sewage line?  And why did it take him nearly half an hour to figure that out?  And can I just ask one more time how in the world a hair clog in a drain caused crap to flow back from the main sewage line?   And if the clog was down deep in the main why didn't he nail it during his second visit when he presumably had snaked the main?  I ask him if it's just coincidence that the hair clog happened at the exact same time as the other problems and he said that the backflow of sewage during the second incident could have caused much of the sewage to cling on to the hair and that would have caused a clog.  OK, I could buy that, sort of.  But when he talks to the landlord, he tells him that this is a new charge and that it was a hair problem and the landlord wants me to pay it.  I remind him of what he told me and he then denies it, saying it was just a hair problem.  I'd already been dealing with crap ALL DAY long and didn't any of this bulls__t so I gave him my credit card, paid the bill, and bid him farewell, thinking this would be the last time I'd have to see him.  Well, so much for high hopes.

A few days later, the guest toilet starts gurgling, spurting, and a few other things.  I hear it and go to see what's going on.  A little while earlier we'd started the washing machine and dishwasher.  I flushed the toilet in hopes that it was nothing and boom, it backs up, the tub fills half way up with raw sewage, and the same in both the toilet and shower in the master.  This was in the morning.  The kids hadn't even gotten up to use the bathroom, yet, and we were hosting a birthday party later in the afternoon.  No bathrooms, no showers, no party.  We pack up and go to my family's house but first a quick stop at Starbucks for coffee (and, yes, I admit it - a bathroom visit for the family!).  Bill Howe sends out a new guy who says he's read the previous paperwork and won't touch anything until the landlord, who met him there, signs the paperwork saying this is a new service call and is billable.  Why would they do that??  He goes and has a look and tells our landlord, 'I've been doing this a long time and I can tell it's not the same problem (what the hell??!!) and it's probably a feminine pad issue (huh??).'   He says that since there aren't the usual two taps in the yard he'll have to snake out the pipes from the roof (now, I wasn't there and couldn't tell him that he's a moron and didn't read the previous reports and is full of more crap than my shower) so he goes up on the roof and proceeds to snake out the main pipe and comes up with, guess what, 'evidence' of a feminine pad!!  He insists to our landlord that he's been doing this for a long time and he knows what a dirty, twisted, crud-infused, tampon looks like after it's been drilled with a snake (I know how that sounds, hush.).  Our landlord pays the bill then hits us up for reimbursement.  He tells me that the guy had to go on the roof to snake it out and once I show him the front yard taps, he agrees to make a phone call. Four visits to fix one problem and lots of excuses and bills.

Seriously?! You can do better than Bill Howe!

Anderson Plumbing, Heating & Air Plumbing Service
They came to the house, changed the filter explained why we needed $7000 worth of work when the whole unit only cost $5000. Not great! I get being over priced but this is not trustworthy- the tech was nice and they were professional but I definitely found a better company that was more economical and did a great job.
