Robert came out today, a same day call and quickly diagnosed and remedied my issue.  This company installed my new furnace 2 years ago, and evaluated my whole system, made me a deal on a new AC deferring the hook-up until the following summer and saving me several thousand dollars.  All of the service people at this company are very friendly and professional.. They treat everyone like family.  You cannot go wrong trusting this company!

They charged nearly 900 for a job that took a total 45 min. Sent one guy out that couldn't complete all the work. Charged 350 for a super short incomplete job and then sent someone else out for another 15 min and charged 500 more. Both job I probably could have done myself! Frustrating. Rip off and employees not experienced enough to unclog a drain and repair a leaky sink.

No Call. No Show. No Response. Had a new kitchen sink and faucet installation scheduled for this morning at 8:00. Cristian and I spoke on the phone and via text, I sent photos at his request, and he gave me a price of $500 for the job. I reached out last night to confirm the installation this morning, but I received no response. I tried calling and texting this morning as well but received no answer and no response. It's now after 9:00... At least I didn't give these guys any money.
