Dante Taylor advised he was licensed and stared work to replace my sewer line in Norfolk on my rental property and knew we lived in another state which he took advantage of.  He did not get a permit but advised us he did, lied to us of the cost he supposedly paid for the permit & requested additional money. Someone called the city and he got mad and blamed my tenant, he was mad because that's when we found out he didn't have a permit or licensed, then he stopped answering our phone calls & texts.
