My kitchen faucet water pressure was very low. I saw the great customer reviews, especially the statements made by customers, about Kings Plumbing and decided to call.  The first thing the owner said was, You may not need a plumber (not something you always hear from a business and a good indicator of a level of honesty that I greatly appreciate). He then asked whether I had checked whether the aerator screen needed to be cleaned. I told him I had checked and that the aerator wasn't the problem.  He then suggested that I purchase a new faucet at a local major home improvement store to have on-hand just in case that's what was needed. He explained that oftentimes it's less expensive to just install a new faucet than to try to fix a broken one (a faucet that I could purchase myself at a lower cost and in a style to my liking, rather than buying a faucet from the plumber). Mitch and Mike, from Kings Plumbing, arrived this morning at 9:30 AM, as promised, and quickly concluded that a new faucet would fix our water pressure issue. One hour later, and at a price competitive with the installation cost charged by the two major home improvement chains, they installed the faucet I had purchased. This immediately resolved my faucet water pressure issue, and more importantly, also resolved my need to continue searching for a reliable, honest, skilled, and customer-focused plumbing company with fair pricing. I had found one in Kings Plumbing. Thank you Ron, Mitch, and Mike!!

I called ALI-COR plumbing after being scammed by a different plumbing company that was sent to my house by my home warranty company.
I was very wary of the entire situation until Brandon showed up. After explaining to him what had happened, he was very reassuring that he would be able to fix my leaking shower pipes without a problem. Brandon took the time to thoroughly explain the cause of the leaking pipe to us and had no problem pausing his work to let us take pictures so that we could have all the info and proof we needed to file a second claim with our home warranty company. Besides being genuinely friendly and reassuring, Brandon did a great job fixing our shower and we are very satisfied with his work.
We would definitely recommend to a friend, and plan to use ALI-COR in the future for any other problems that arise.

Jason's an awesome guy and offers a fair price. Had him come and diagnose a leak in my house. Come to find out it was an HVAC issues. But he explained everything to me clearly so I was able to understand what was going on and also recommended an HVAC guy who came and resolved the issues. Jason was responsive and communicated with my the time he was available. Will definitely be contacting him again it I have any other issues.

Rude when driving! They purposely cute me off on the road, and you think I would hire them. forget about it. It speak volume about their customer service.

SCAMMERS!!! Beware of this Company. Got some work done by them. Billed me outrageously for the work and failed to explain the charges by any means, which is SHADY. I work in the industry and I know what the price range is for this for job! In addition, they were unwilling to provide me with receipts for the parts they claim that they purchased to complete the work! SHADY Again!

I can take the high cost of the work as long as I get a detailed explanation! Not wanting to provide basic explanation is by no means acceptable.

After making an appointment at 9 am and waiting till 2:35 pm for these people to show up, they didn't even look under my sink or anything! They saw that the sink was stopped up and gave an excuse that they don't go on the roof to clear the trap for the water to clear the sink. They only want to work on modern or new homes, not homes from the sixties or seventies.  We even talked to some donkey in corporate that wasn't even a plumber say that they don't go on top of the roof.  DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE PHONY AND DON'T WANT TO WORK! PLEASE! PLEASE! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

They will blow you away with there prices . Best to shop around for better pricing . And the guy didn't even complete his job I had to clean up his mess .

My first impression and recent experience with A1 was a positive one.
There was a problem with a backup at a rental and the cause required extra work.
I was given two quotes and the tech advised which to go with first to deal with the clogging and that seems it was the right choice.
They're communication with the tenants and myself was excellent.
Customer Support (Michelle) and Production Mgmt (Tim) answered all my concerns and the Techs even provided photos on the job...that was very helpful  
My thanks to All that were involved in seeing this project through.

BEST plumber in Hampton Roads ! He's made multiple trips to my house and each time he responded FASTER and charged LESS than the other plumbers, I've used before meeting him. My wife and I are so glad we have an AFFORDABLE & DEPENDABLE Plumber. His phone number has a special place on our refrigerator, next to our family numbers.

The price was very reasonable and the service was great. Communication was great and there was no pressure when negotiating the price. I will definitely use this company again and I recommend!

We woke up to a leak from an upstairs toilet that then leaked into ceiling of downstairs' bathroom. Not something you want to find on a Friday morning at 7am. Contacted Roto-Rooter and received a call back right at 8am saying they could have someone here in 30-45 min. Austin showed up and was able to determine what the issue was and make the repair very quickly. He also had someone come out with thermal camera to determine extent of damage to flooring and ceiling and advise on it. We could not be happier with the outstanding care and service that Austin and Robert provided.

I have been using them for 10 years for my septic tanks until my toilet got issues. They try to charged me $700 for 1 hour job and I was able to fix it for $350. Plus they charged me $125 for service fee. Stay away.

I recently had to replace my water heater.  I called at 8:30 AM and the tech was there at 9:30 AM.  Kristen in the office kept me updated on when he would arrive, etc.  She also did a follow-up after the work was done to make sure I was satisfied.  It was a very hard job because the water heater is in a small attic space on the second floor. Leslie was the tech and he did a great job.  I would use them again and recommend them as well.

They do not do work up to code, steal tools and personal property and never finish a job that they are paid for. Jason and Melissa are both con artists. They were paid in full for a job and didn't even complete it. On top of stealing over 1k of items from the home. The owner of the trailer is not happy, never was. Took them to court and they never showed but were quick to file bankruptcy to clear the judgement.

Do not hire them. I think he is a scam artist! He was hired to do a small job in tore up my entire floor, which cost me $5000 out of my own pocket because he kept the rest of the insurance money saying he spent it on plumbing. I had somebody go into the house after him and a lot of the things that he said he did we're not done.
