Best Outlet Repair in Chesapeake VA

I asked on my neighborhood Facebook page for references for ac repairman. I was actually given a different guy's name and he ended up sending me Kelvin with Rivera's Home Improvement! After meeting and doing business with Kelvin, I know it was divine intervention, because he was a God send! I ended up needing a new unit outside. Which could have been stressful to even think about due to expenses, but Kelvin is as honest as they come and doing business with him was a true blessing to me and my family. I now have a new unit, 2 days later. He showed up first thing in the morning just like he promised and my home is currently cooling in the low 70's and I now have a new 10 year warranty on my unit! I will never call anyone else about ac/heating ever again! I can't praise him or his company enough! No stress involved! I highly recommend him for your ac/heating work! You'll be glad you did

We bought a fixer-upper house that needed a lot of work. We also bought a hot tub. I can't begin to praise how house-knowledgeable and how hot-tub knowledgable these folks are! Believe me, not all electricians are hot-tub savvy. We looked in the beginning, and these folks are a God-send! They guarantee their work, too! AND they can be there in a pinch, if need be.

I put a quote request on yelp through a different plumbing company and cecilias was the only company that gave me a flat rate at a fair price. Anthony was prompt and able to come over to fix our toilet. We were having reoccurring issues with it backing up every time I ran the washer or dishwasher. He was able to give us the reasoning behind it and went straight to work. He was done in no time. Probably the best plumber we've had out here that was extremely knowledable, fast, and efficient without charging an arm and a leg. Highly recommend!

I called this place to find out what was wrong with my ac. They came out the same afternoon. That was ok, but it cost $85. Then, it turned out I needed a new capacitor. The guy quoted me $360. So I called a local appliance store to ask how much a capacitor was...$12.51, and it took me 5 minutes to unplug the old one and put in the new one. What makes people think that they can charge outrageous prices for something so simple. That is dishonest and wrong. I will not be calling you again.

This was a very disheartening experience! There was a complete lack of full transparency. The results left Michael & Sons profitable, but provided us without any answers. Upon reaching out to them for a compromising resolution, they failed to even return my husband's phone call. Sadly, this is the type of company who appear to take advantage of people during already challenging situations.
