Our hose was leaking and Tony came out the next day. He tried to fix it one way but it was just old and needed to be completely changed. I was a little worried but he reassured me and I am beyond happy. Thank you and we will be calling you for any other plumbing needs we may have.

Shawn is the best! We recently bought a year-round house in Point Harbor, and we were lucky to find him to take care of a slew of small problems before they became big ones. He also saved us a lot of money by fixing a jetted tub that we thought was hopeless, and by quickly finding and fixing a pipe problem this winter that could have ruined our well pump. His work is excellent and his prices are fair. We use him for all of our plumbing work and recommend him to all our friends.

I am updating my previous poor review of Baybreeze Plumbing to 5 stars. After further phone  communication with the owner and clearing up our earlier miscommunication through texts, I am ecstatic over the service I just received. A very polite and personable young man took care of my plumbing issue and the service charge was less than expected -- very fair. Jason's an awesome guy and offers a fair price. Had him come and diagnose a leak in my house. Come to find out it was an HVAC issues. But he explained everything to me clearly so I was able to understand what was going on and also recommended an HVAC guy who came and resolved the issues. Jason was responsive and communicated with my the time he was available. Will definitely be contacting him again it I have any other issues.

At this point I am satisfied with the Performance of the work! This was the only company that I actually got a real person answer upon calling. Seth was on the way within 10 minutes of the call.  He came and quickly got to work with his assistant.  They wore shoe covers and were very neat with their work, cleaning up afterwards. (Not that there was a mess ).  The only thing that does not make this a 5 star is the cost.  I thought it was kinda steep but then I needed them and they were the only response.
I would call them again though.

Easily the most respectful, hard working and best value you could ask for. I have called upon them several times and they are always there with an honest up front attitude. They charge $80 an hour, but work fast enough that no matter the problem, it's always been done in less than an hour. When my old 1060's house gets upset, this is the company I call. Wish they had an office wherever my next duty station is at. Thanks guys!

I called and spoke to a friendly woman. She told me they were backed up and could not come for over a week. I said no problem I could wait. I scheduled my appointment. However, then they Did not show for scheduled appointment or return call when I called them.

Mr. Clafin is very professional, however his wife who runs the office end of the business is unprofessional and rude.  Our initial call was prompted by a foul smell in the plumbing of our downstairs bathroom. The service call ended with the changing of the studor vent in the kitchen.  The bathroom smell returned a few weeks later and they came back and charged us a second service call for the same problem.  The studor vent was changed in the bathroom and we received a bill for a second trip service call.  When we called to discuss the bill and highlighted the fact that if both vents were changed during the first visit a second visit would not have been required, we were met with a very curt and incredulous conversation with Mrs. Clafin who said no way would they waive or reduce the second service call.  Finally, after a second call, she waived 25$.  Sadly, I will never call them again, solely because of the wife's bad attitude.

Our house was due to have the crawl space under house insulated to prevent termites when workers noticed a leak in one of the pipes.  We called Mr. Rooter and was thrilled they could come in 2 days.  Marcus was prompt, professional and ready to get the job done.  He picked up all the supplies, got to work and we are very pleased with Mr. Rooter services and efficiency. I wanted so badly to hire Jason to help with a washer standpipe drain that was clogged. He was very personable via Yelp project messaging and I had high hopes. We agreed on an appointment window between 2-4 pm the following day. I sadly did not hear from him. I called a little past 4 and I believe his wife answered she was very kind and VERY apologetic about not being in contact with me about another project that Jason was tied up with but assured me he will get by after while. I received a text around 5:45 saying I was not forgotten about he was heading to me soon. Then around 7 pm he asked me if between 8-8:30 was okay. I responded that it was far too late for me unfortunately because I had to put my kids to bed. He then proposed that he can be at my home the following day at 1pm and will give me a 10 % discount for the inconvenience. I agreed and the next day I hadn't heard from him. I texted to confirm at 12:45pm if we were still set for 1pm, no response. Around 1:30 I ultimately had to text him and say I went with someone else. He responded an hour and a half later apologizing. While I do not doubt his knowledge and expertise I do believe some improvements could be made with scheduling and customer interactions I do wish the best for this company and hope they improve with others!

Do not call these people unless you want to be frustrated!  They are so unprofessional including the female who answers the phone.  I see another reviewer said they called at the end of the day stating they would be there until Monday on Friday.  At least they called.  I didn't get a call.  No phone call at all.  These people are under contract with my home warranty company.  First they scheduled me outside the turnaround time under the contract which requires 48 hour turnaround.  Next they didn't show or call after waiting from 12-4pm.  I called at 3:50 and nasty Donna who answers the phone said I was next and they were coming.  She was very disrespectful earlier this week.  Well it's almost 8pm no Ellsworth and no answer.  If they don't care about a contract which brings them lots of work, they won't care about someone who is not under contract.

Fantastic service. Dante was able to come first thing in the morning to fix the leaking faucet in my tub. It was leaking so badly that I had to turn my water off, but now, not a drop! Great communication & very responsive. Very fair price and good work! I will definitely hire him in the future--in fact, I've already consulted him on another project!

Okay, first, the guy who showed up was awesome. Zack Jaber is his name and he was great (got the job done in good time, was personable etc. However.... two things 1) 4.5 hours late. They had a meeting. To their defense, they did call me and said they'll be an hour past the window. An hour and a half past the window and we had to call them wondering where they were. They were STILL in a meeting. 15 more min and I get a call they're on their way. At least another 30-45 minutes because coming from further location.  Okay so I can live with that I guess except I was in a hurry to pack and leave... to catch a plane  2) The prices are steep.  It's about twice what it should cost. I understand you have to pay for their fancy truck and for expensive gas, but 300 dollars for a 10 minute snake out is kind of ludicrous.  I sometimes think they go in and look at you and see if you are a woman, young, in a hurry or whatever and scale you to see how much they can get away with.  Just my personal thought and I don't know if that's true, but so many people quoted so many different prices on reviews that I wonder. I understand some clogs may be worse, but this was simple and straight forward. In fact, first priority is to buy a bigger snake and do it ourselves. We tried this time but the snake was too short and hubby too cheap to pay an extra 50 bucks and get the big one.  I guess he learned his lesson!  I paid it because I had no choice last minute like that. but if I am not in a pinch next time, i probably would not use them.

Had a clogged sink, which required snaking. Quoted 150 but clog was more in-depth, and was charged more, perfectly normal. The first day cost me 300, then said he had to come back the next day which cost 300 more. Was some shady pricing. In total cost me $600 and the drain was still clogged. Called the rotor-rooter company after 5-star plumbing and the guy unclogged it in 10 minutes which cost $420.  I would not recommend 5-star plumbing, I believe the plumber to be inexperienced and slightly shady in pricing. If you no longer wish to refund me.  To reply to my issues: you said a price via text of 300 dollars then sent me and invoice for $360,( in photo) citing you checked the pipes. Only after being confronted with the issue, did you come up with I went over the rental time for the snake, therefore I would be charged This is my issue, besides another company coming in and resolving the issues in less than 30 mins. You told I had a collapsed pipe in the front yard (photo), to which roto-rotor found no evidence.(photo)

Better hold on to your wallet!!!   $900+ to pull a toilet and run a snake down the line..  The tech said they have to pay for the advertisement somehow.  He was honest I will give him that......

My son called them to come out to fix the faucet outside they came around about 8:00 that night and they left about 10:30 they said they would be back the next day to fix it they call my son around about 4:30 the next day and said that they was finished and that it was fixed so my son paid them for $400 the next day it was still leaking so my son texting and they didn't text him back so I'll text them and they told me that they was going to come out that Friday they didn't show up that day so they text me and said we're going to show up Saturday they didn't show up Saturday so they say we will be out Sunday to fix it they didn't come Sunday they going to tell me they told me Monday so they still haven't fixed it so if you know anybody that need a plumber make sure it's not there because they are scammers they don't do a good job they lie about coming back out to fix it
