When our first A/C unit went out, another company told us our only remedy was to replace it - and gave us a quote for $5k.  When our second unit went out three days later, we called the Dukes.  Even though it was 8:30 at night, John came over within the hour.  After 20 minutes he was able to diagnose that one unit simply needed more refrigerant and the other had a worn motor.  Instead of a new A/C, we just needed some refrigerant and a new motor.  John saved us thousands in premature replacement cost, not to mention outstanding responsiveness, professional interaction, and COLD AIR!  When we finally get to the point of replacing the units, we will not hesitate to call John back and have his crew do the job.  From the other reviews, we are not alone!

We had a reoccurring problem that sounded like an alarm going off in our master bathroom behind our stall shower. Both Estevan and Junior came out at 4:15 AM to detect the problem. I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT THEY WERE WILLING TO COME OUT AT THAT HOUR!!
They did find the problem and it wasn't even in the wall. Since they didn't perform any plumbing repairs, they didn't charge us. AGAIN, I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT THIS DIDN'T DESERVE A CHARGE!!
When we do have a plumbing problem in the future, we will call Dignity. They are our plumbers for life!!

Was so impressed with this company for plumbing issue, especially their service tech Kevin, that I had them do my two partial BR remodels. Once again they were fantastic. Kevin was awesome! He was on-time and if running a little late he always communicated with me. He was polite, cleaned up any mess that was created, and very skilled. He worked to save me money where he could. Felt very comfortable leaving him in the house without my being there. Also, no surprises in the end - held to the estimate to the penny. It's hard to find workers today that really care about the quality of their work and doing the best they can for their customers. I wholeheartedly recommend this company and if you can get Kevin you'll have the best.

Javier with American Home Water & Air came today to replace the filters on our R/O system. They installed our system 7 years ago & have faithfully come out every time they need to be replaced. Javier was very professional, personable & informative. He's a great asset to the company & also a good representative for them. Anyone needing a water system should definitely check them out. I had a major leak that was difficult to locate the source of. WaterPros got to the bottom of it doing everything they could to remedy the issue. It turned out to be an hvac issue but they took care of all they could to prevent further damage until the specialist for that job could come address the problem with the hvac system. They are honest, hard working, reliable, and I trust their knowledge and expertise. I would definitely recommend their services and will be calling on them again for a water treatment project I have planned.

After having a number of plumbing issues at my house and using multiple plumbing companies I'm so happy to have found Sunrise Plumbing.  Nick responded fast and was at my house the within a few hours.  He handled each of my issues - from fixing a leaky toilet to replacing a faucet and installing a hose bib outside.  The quality of workmanship was great and price fair.  It's not often you find a business that really cares about the client.  This is one of those rare cases!

The main water pipe for our house was missing the valve. They came out and fixed it up, including a new hose connector. We also needed the pipes under a sink changed out so we could turn them on and off since we were hooking up an RO/DI system to it for aquarium water generation. Not only did they switch those out, but they also hooked up the RO/DI system to the water and drain; just had me pay for parts and did the work while he was at it. Great service. Great communication. Since moving to Phoenix, we had never found our go to plumber until now. We recently moved to Ahwatukee foothills and I asked some neighbors, who recommended Mike at Western Skies from the Ahwautkee411 facebook page. One night we sprung a leak in an upstairs bathroom that had not been used and had a flooded garage of water running down ceilings, walls, and our cabinetry. I called and explained the issue to the office manager who promptly got an emergency dispatch of Mike the plumber to our house. This was our first encounter with Mike, in addressing our leaking tub, working around our timeline, understanding and explaining the restoration and insurance claims process. Mike found the source of the leak, performed the repair and was efficient, gracious and absolutely customer focused on total satisfaction throughout the process.
Since that first job, we've  hired him to repair outdoor hose faucets, kitchen plumbing shutoffs for a renovation, and installation of faucets and fixtures, and an RO system.

Very happy with these guys! They came out within 24 hours. They were very nice and took the time to explain  what our plumbing problems were. Roots! They even cleaned up the roots and took them away. Something our last plumber left us to do... Then they told us how we can keep this problem from happening in the future.

Trevor replaced our kitchen sink, new faucet and garbage disposal.  He did an excellent job! The counter had to be cut to accommodate the new sink.  He also replaced old corroded shut-off valves and installed new lines.  I'm picky and his work was over and above expectations.  This is the second time I've used Talbot Plumbing.  A little over a year ago they did a lot of work for us when we remodeled our master bathroom.  We were also very happy with their work then which is why I called them for this job.  Will call again when/if additional plumbing issues arise.

First off, it seems I see Plumbing trucks or Plumbing Vans all over the valley and sometimes I've wondered how do these guys stay in business? Now I know! I've now had two bad experiences previously with other plumbers who misdiagnosed the problem with my pipes, and overcharged me.

A friend from church referred me to Plumbing 2.0 and I'm so grateful he did!  A smiling, Master Plumber named Dustin arrived ON TIME, listened to my description of the problem (waste water back up in some sinks and tubs) in my older (historic district) home. Dustin immediately went to work and within minutes, he diagnosed the cause of problem exactly,  and began rootering the pipes that were causing the issue of gross, waste-water backup  in my four bedroom home. He took the time to do the job right! The problem was permanently solved! The other guys never really fixed it, just made it better for a few days. Dustin and plumbing 2.0 is the best I've ever worked with! The pricing was better, Dustins demeanor and attitude  were better, and let's be real here: his skills were obviously far Superior to three other so-called plumbers I have contracted with in the past.

I had two major leaks in my house, and used a different company to repair them. The first leak was a reasonable cost to fix. But the second one was outrageous. After this company tried to sell me on repiping my whole house (for a measley $14k) and a new water softener ($4500), I said no way. I was referred to Cure All Plumbing by a family member, so I thought I'd give them a shot.

Ben came out to the house and gave me an estimate to repipe the house and a water softener for about 1/3 of the price as the other company. Immediately I felt ripped off by the other company, but very relieved I found these guys. A few days later, Ben and three other workers repiped my entire house and fixed a couple odds and ends. They finished this in just over one day, which was incredible. Ben was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. It was a relief knowing you could trust these guys, instead of the slimy salesmanship displayed by some of the shadier companies.

I highly recommend using Cure All, and will refer them to everyone I know. As I told Ben, they now have my household as a permanent customer.

I had the $160 tune up done, and the technician Anthony was very professional and friendly. But after the inspection, It was recommended that I change two capacitors and the contactor switch which ended up costing $800. The testimonial on their website mentions that someone else needed the same thing but was offered some of the parts for free. They ended up spending $300 instead of $800. Why didn't I get that deal?  Maybe Precision expects you to haggle with them to get a better price. I checked pricing for parts online and they only cost about $30 each. I'll probably go somewhere else next time unless they make this right. John Doak.
