Five star service!!! Got a quote within 10 minutes and the price was fair.  Jeremy was our technician. He called ahead, showed up on time, was clean, presentable, and wearing a mask. Explained the the whole process then proceeded to remove the old toilet without spilling a drop of water in my bathroom, then took it out of the house without spilling a drop on my new carpets. Perfect!!! Installed new one in a mater of minutes and I had my first perfect plumbing experience...

If all companies exhibited integrity, honesty, and efficiency like the people at Lawson Family Plumbing, this world would be a more excellent place. Having a hot water heater decide to fail is tough, but when the shower/tub faucet also went wonky, it felt like the pipes were actually conspiring to put a dent in my track record of moving through the day like a speeding train. Chris was sent to put these two things into right order--which he did--and now all is back on schedule and running on time. Chris went above and beyond to problem solve and I appreciate him, and his work, very much.

I had a major leak that was difficult to locate the source of. WaterPros got to the bottom of it doing everything they could to remedy the issue. It turned out to be an hvac issue but they took care of all they could to prevent further damage until the specialist for that job could come address the problem with the hvac system. They are honest, hard working, reliable, and I trust their knowledge and expertise. I would definitely recommend their services and will be calling on them again for a water treatment project I have planned.

Since moving to Phoenix, we had never found our go to plumber until now. We recently moved to Ahwatukee foothills and I asked some neighbors, who recommended Mike at Western Skies from the Ahwautkee411 facebook page. One night we sprung a leak in an upstairs bathroom that had not been used and had a flooded garage of water running down ceilings, walls, and our cabinetry. I called and explained the issue to the office manager who promptly got an emergency dispatch of Mike the plumber to our house. This was our first encounter with Mike, in addressing our leaking tub, working around our timeline, understanding and explaining the restoration and insurance claims process. Mike found the source of the leak, performed the repair and was efficient, gracious and absolutely customer focused on total satisfaction throughout the process.
Since that first job, we've  hired him to repair outdoor hose faucets, kitchen plumbing shutoffs for a renovation, and installation of faucets and fixtures, and an RO system.

I was practically at my wits' end, wrestling with three over-tightened whole house water filters that just would not move. I had tried every remedy and YouTube tutorial under the sun. You know that old saying, It's a two-man job? Well, this was definitely the case. These guys weren't just swift, but they put in some serious elbow grease, spending ample time to carefully crank off our stubborn filters -- with the precision of a surgeon and the strength of the Incredible Hulk. I'll also admit, there was a part of me secretly relieved that it wasn't a total walk in the park for these guys either--affirming that I didn't simply forget to turn off a valve or switch somewhere along the DIY route.

Now, I'll mention cost. In a world where you often pay a premium for urgency, WHAT Plumbing was incredibly fair. Considering the amount of extra effort they had to go through, I'd say more than reasonable.

So, will I be calling them again? Absolutely. For their timeliness, efficiency, and for not making me feel like a moron who can't break loose his own filters -- WHAT Plumbing has earned a customer for life. If you find yourself up against a serious plumbing challenge, do yourself a favor and call these guys before going down the Amazon best sellers list. You won't regret it.

Definitely disappointed.  We had ongoing problems, and called to make an appointment and tried to explain the issues but they didn't really want to listen.  The guy showed up and I explained the issues but he didn't really want to listen and told me he was just there to clear the clogged drain, even though we were clearly having a house problem.  2 weeks later, it was clogged again so I called to see if they would diagnose it this time.  Again, someone came, didn't want to listen to the issues, and just cleared the drain.  Less than 2 weeks later, more things were backing up.  We got charged full price for the camera and rooter work even though they couldn't even get them in the pipes.  

If you have a simple clog, they'll clear it.  But if you have any other issues, they won't really address it and will still charge you full price.  We paid almost $600 just to end up where we started.

The best experience I've had with a plumber in Ahwatukee/Chandler area.  Two new hose bibs to replace others that were installed 5 yrs ago, superior parts and repair from before.  24 hrs from initial call, very professional.

He came and replaced my garbage disposal first thing in the morning.  He had it installed in about 30 minutes.  It was exactly the price he quoted me, so he didn't try to up sell me or anything.  It was a quick and painless experience.  I'd recommend him.

I had a few plumbing issues in my house that he was able to expertly fix- including a broken garbage disposal, toilet fill valve, bathroom sink that wouldn't run, and leaking washing machine. My recent experience with Gold Star Plumbing has been nothing short of exceptional, and I wish I could give them 6-stars instead of 5 and here's why. They were able to complete 3 separate plumbing repairs at my house in one day, but even more impressive than that was the professionalism, expert knowledge, and willingness to come up with an alternate solution that resulted in over a 30% savings from my original estimate. As Mike and Kyle began work on replacing a leaking copper main between the main water meter and my house, they realized that modifications to the original water supply lines which were made after the home was constructed to accommodate a soft water hose bib connection could be reversed back to the original configuration intended by the home builder which would save a significant amount of money. Mike and Kyle were able to provide a new, alternate estimate to return the connections back to the original plumbing configuration which saved over 30% from the original estimate and the work turned out looking great and much simpler than what a previous homeowner had done. I cannot thank them enough for their ability to treat customers in a way that builds trust and create cost-saving solutions. I have been a Commercial General Contractor for over 34 years and have been more of a do it yourself-er around the house for a long time, but as I get older and my personal time becomes more valuable, I rely on experts to do a project in a timely fashion and at a fair and reasonable cost and Gold Star Plumbing has lived up to that standard. I am so glad I took the time to read the many customer reviews found online for a variety of plumbing contractors, and when I came across the many positive references for Gold Star, I felt confident that I was making the right choice. And let's not forget about the great experience that Devin provided during the initial investigation and estimating process. He was very knowledgeable and quickly determined that the water line modifications made in the past were not put in per code and explained the process to not only fix the leak, but also to do so in such as way that meets current plumbing code and provides a 10 year warranty. Devin's attention to detail in writing up the cost estimate, taking photographs of the three separate areas of work I needed done and providing a reasonable cost estimate allowed me to quickly make a decision and sign the contract for work to begin the next morning. My wife and I are close friends with several of our neighbors who all have similar age of homes and we will definitely recommend Gold Star Plumbing to them for potential future work. Tony & Adam were awesome. On time - polite - knowledgeable and quick. No attempts to upsell or add on unnecessary work. Really happy I found them. Easiest recommendation ever.

This company is a rip-off. They were referred by my extended warranty company. Showed up, took maybe 20 minutes and said they would need to talk with warranty company. Charged me the show up fee of $45. While here, the plumber talked down the warranty company who referred him. Told me they are really bad. Came back the following week, took 5 minutes to replace a small part in the shower valve. Charged me $328  on top of the $45 the last week, saying warranty company wouldn't cover any of the repair. Not bad for 25 minutes of work. Called his boss over outrageous price. He said he'd get with the contractor and get back to us. He never called us back. The plumber was filthy both times he arrived. I didn't even want him in our house. Maybe for nearly $400, he can afford a new pair of white socks. Both times here, his socks were dirty white socks that were brown. Terrible experience. Don't use this company or give up your first born for payment.

Had work done on a rental home I own in Laveen Arizona. I am a non resident owner living in Canada. After getting a quote for $10,000 on a job that could cost $2500, I started to contest their reasoning for such a high quote.

Spencer walked me through and in his sales pitched told me that I had better go with their new solution: EPOXY LINING.

I challenged him saying that it was probably a disconnection with the City of Phoenix pipe. He immediately said: I guarantee that if you call the city they will say it's your problem.

So I called his bluff and called the city. Sure enough, the city got back to me and had a truck to repair the pipe in front of my house the next day.

I told Spencer that I would go ahead only if the city was not going to be fixing the pipes.

However, He insisted that the pipes should still be lined with this new solution in case a tree were to rupture the pipes.

So I caved in. (worst mistake ever).
After a $5500 bill, the city called me back the next week and said that the issue was solved, the issue was on their end.

So I got stuck with a $5,500 bill. I called in to complain, but the owner only honoured a $500 discount.

The only saving grace was that I got a 12-month plan after paying $1000 down payment for the expensive UNNEEDED work.

DONT TRUST these guys. They are sales people looking to upsell you and overcharge. Go with someone else. TRUST ME!

I purchased a kitchen faucet and had it ready for the plumber for replacement. A plumber from Travis and Sons spent 2 hours at my home and replaced three valves and flex pipes per my request and connected the new faucet. I was charged $550. The material cost not more than $50. So i was charged approximately $250/hour.
