Called Hays today because my AC drain pan was leaking into my laundry room. Scheduled it in the morning for the afternoon and they came well within the window of time. The technician that arrived was knowledgeable, friendly, and let me know what he was doing as he was doing it. Would recommend this company to everyone! Refreshing to find a place you can trust

This will be the 3rd air conditioning unit I have had to replace in Arizona (different properties). The first time I installed a unit, I went through a company that installed a Goodman. That unit broke down in less than 3 years and the company who installed it did not want to honor the warranty. It was leaking Freon. I had tenants in the property and needless to say the tenants ended up moving out because I couldn't afford another $5k to put another unit in that particular property. The 2nd unit I had installed was through Costco and I had a Lennox Installed. It was $5500 through a deal with Costco for a rooftop unit (that property was a condo). Lennox is a far better unit than a Goodman and this outfit was better about servicing. The challenge was that they sold me a built-in filter that eliminates the need to replace your filter every month. It was supposed to last for 12 months, but I came to find out it has to be replaced multiple times per year and it's $150 every time you have them put a new filter. Very expensive compared to $3/month!! There was a huge disconnect between the sales guy and the servicing department. The house I am at right now (1700 sq feet, two-story, single family) had a Trane that lasted 24 years (original unit from when house was built). Never had to spend a dime on it but the motor went out recently so we looked up AC companies on Yelp and AZ Duke's has the best reviews. The service department of AZ Duke's showed up and offered to replace the motor for about $800. They weren't pushy at all but buying a new unit made sense given the age of our unit and the fact that the coils/pan were pretty rusty. So we took advantage of the fall special, no interest for 48 months and had another Trane installed that is energy efficient and qualifies for rebates (probably save $30 or so per month too). It wasn't much more expensive than what I paid to have the Lennox installed for a fall smaller condo and this unit has far better unit/efficiency. Required they do most of the work in the attic (poor guys!). Because the A/C wasn't working and they couldn't replace it same-day, they went ahead and installed a new motor (same day) for me for free and put me on the schedule for replacement. I was only without air for a few hours. They made it real easy. They do all of the paperwork for warranties; they walk you through how to use the wifi/Nextia thermostat (settings, download the app, help with account set-up etc), they cleaned up everything (no mess), the guys were super friendly and accommodating. They gave us two free annual service visits, they added another intake to better disperse the air upstairs and they even removed the attic later and replaced where some guys cut through the wood to fit the unit. Everything is as it was before they made the replacement and I couldn't be more thrilled to have a brand new Trane! Took about 6 hours from start to finish. My neighbor accross the street has the same sized house with the same layout and he actually paid the same that I did for unit that is not nearly as good as a Trane. Between the attentive service, the price, knowledgeable workers, seamless communication between service, admin and their workers I couldn't be more happy about this experience. A lot of these A/C companies are snake oil salesman; AZ Duke's is NOT that. I freely recommend these guys to those who are in need.

These guys are far and above any company I have dealt with in customer service, overall value,and quality.  My water heater began leaking Wednesday,  I called them Thursday morning about 0800, and before noon my wife called to inform me that the water heater was installed and working, and all this at a good price.  I have some rental houses and they take care of them as well with the same service and quality level in Air Conditioning.  Why cant all businesses be like this?

After having a number of plumbing issues at my house and using multiple plumbing companies I'm so happy to have found Sunrise Plumbing.  Nick responded fast and was at my house the within a few hours.  He handled each of my issues - from fixing a leaky toilet to replacing a faucet and installing a hose bib outside.  The quality of workmanship was great and price fair.  It's not often you find a business that really cares about the client.  This is one of those rare cases!

Had the pleasure of doing business with PAT and CODY of Affordable Plumber after my toilet in xtra bathroom tank appeared cranked, needing a new toilet, i called Affordable Plumber Pat, he set me up with a new toilet, , brought the toilet the next morning installed it, did some xtra work installing it the proper way while pointing out that original toilet was not properly installed to begin with. Very affordable no ups or extras,and made sure the installation was done right, highly professional and knowledgeable takes pride in his work, hired quite a few plumbers in the past, He will be my go to plumber in AZ, HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Since moving to Phoenix, we had never found our go to plumber until now. We recently moved to Ahwatukee foothills and I asked some neighbors, who recommended Mike at Western Skies from the Ahwautkee411 facebook page. One night we sprung a leak in an upstairs bathroom that had not been used and had a flooded garage of water running down ceilings, walls, and our cabinetry. I called and explained the issue to the office manager who promptly got an emergency dispatch of Mike the plumber to our house. This was our first encounter with Mike, in addressing our leaking tub, working around our timeline, understanding and explaining the restoration and insurance claims process. Mike found the source of the leak, performed the repair and was efficient, gracious and absolutely customer focused on total satisfaction throughout the process.
Since that first job, we've  hired him to repair outdoor hose faucets, kitchen plumbing shutoffs for a renovation, and installation of faucets and fixtures, and an RO system.

Trevor was very knowledgeable and pointed out some significant plumbing problems. Two young men in his staff came back the next day and corrected the problems. They were very professional and cleaned up everything. I was very satisfied with their work. Although, I spent more but you get what you pay for. He warranties all of his work. Had issues with a broken faucet that would constantly drip. Called up plumbing 2.0 and they were able to help me asap. Ian figured out the problem instantly and not only fixed my faucet but also noticed that the pipes under my sink had a small leak. He tightened and secured everything below and since then the sink works perfectly. Ian's a very efficient worker and was great at explaining and answering any of my questions and concerns. Very impressed with the company that I've actually had Ian come back to help install shower heads and a toilet. The company is extremely reliable, honest and has great customer service. I highly recommend using this company and will continue to use them for any plumbing needs.

These guys are great!  I called about a leak in my kitchen (in the wall).  Spencer came out and provided me with a FREE estimate and several different options.  He also strongly recommended I call a water mitigation/restoration company to come make an assessment and even gave them a call to get them to come out.  Long story short, I had the water restoration guys come out and then called Spencer back to do the plumbing fix.  He squeezed me in the same day I called him and kept me in the loop as to when he'd arrive.  Once he was at my house, he told me what he was going to do, about how long it would take and how much it would be - and he was correct on all fronts.  Great service, Great quality of work & very fair pricing!  I'll be using these guys again and specifically be asking for Spencer.  Thanks

This review is only for a consult, but man did they do a good job! Messaged them on yelp, they were out the next morning at the exact time they said they would be. I got a quote for a tankless water heater (haven't purchased or installed yet), but they did a great job thus far. Thanks.

Our hot water heater decided to fill the garage with water. Pink Plumbing showed up within 2 hours, removed the old tank and replaced it the same afternoon. Fast, affordable, and honest. As good as it gets.

Highly recommend! Fast response, professional, clean and a super nice guy!  My kitchen drain was clogged and needed hydro wash to clear the drain out.

Tech never showed up. Office and tech said they'd be here at 3pm. No calls and no tech by 3:30. Cancelled installation. They lost $7900.
