We love Hays! Nick Pratt was just here to service our tankless hot water heater. He was very professional, very knowledgeable, very pleasant to deal with and was able to take care of the issues we were having. The entire office staff is professional and pleasant to work with! The window of time they give you isn't half a day so you aren't stuck waiting, they call when they're on the way or if they're running a little late (which rarely happens). I wouldn't call anyone else for our heating, A/C and plumbing needs!

I had a waterline and pump issue with my toilet and I contacted Ox Plumbing last night and Erik and Kevin came over to fix the issues today. They were so professional and completed the job in no time at all. I highly recommend Ox Plumbing, if you want quality professional service definitely give them a call.

I messaged Dignity Plumbing inquiring about getting the water sources in my house checked for leaks. Estevan was able to accommodate my schedule & the quote was free which is huge - I personally don't want to pay to get things checked out on top of what it costs to get it fixed so that was nice! I will be going with Dignity Plumbing for any future issues!

3rd time we've had them out for issues..all fixed and done in good order.  Just had David C visit to replace a toilet and was an easy and pleasant experience to schedule and get the work completed

Our AC broke few weeks ago. It was running but cold air was not coming out of the vents. Reading about it online we figured out it was probably the loss of the refrigerant (Freon/R22). It was getting to 90 degree inside the home and we didn't want to cave in and just call the first AC repair company that came up in Google search. We did some searching around and found American Home Water and Air with really good reviews. We decided to give them a call.

I scheduled the service call for a weekday afternoon and Brad, the service person, was right on time. He confirmed what we feared - a leak and out of freon in our compressor unit. Now, filling up the freon and finding the leak would've cost us about 10-20% of getting a new
AC and we already knew our current AC unit was on its last leg so we decided to go with the new installation. Brad was helpful, actually incredibly helpful, in having all our questions answered on a new installation. He gave us a quote for a new unit. We told him we'd call
him in couple hours to finalize it because I was still skeptical with spending a lot of money on our first call to a HVAC company based on Yelp reviews.

I called approximately 6 companies around the valley to get their quote for the same exact specs as the one American Air gave me and American beat everyone else by at least 15% margin. So we called Brad couple hours later and asked to get the new unit setup. Unfortunately he told us it couldn't be done until 3 days later but he helped us getting our current AC working until then which was life saving.

Few days later, couple guys named Rick and Dan rolled around early morning to get the new installation setup. It was an all day installation but they were pretty fast and had the AC switched on around 2.30PM and everything cleaned out and out the door by 4PM. Both were very professional and wasted zero time while setting everything up. I had few more questions on the installation, warranty, maintenance etc and they were patient enough to explain everything.

All in all, I had a really pleasant experience dealing with American Air - right from my first service call scheduling to the final sign-off on the installation. These guys don't push any services that you need to buy. They suggested certain products/enhancements but didn't aggressively push anything down your throat which was pretty nice. They treat you as an intelligent customer and level with you instead of scamming you. You could never go wrong hiring American Air, at least for the HVAC stuff.

I had a major leak that was difficult to locate the source of. WaterPros got to the bottom of it doing everything they could to remedy the issue. It turned out to be an hvac issue but they took care of all they could to prevent further damage until the specialist for that job could come address the problem with the hvac system. They are honest, hard working, reliable, and I trust their knowledge and expertise. I would definitely recommend their services and will be calling on them again for a water treatment project I have planned.

After having a number of plumbing issues at my house and using multiple plumbing companies I'm so happy to have found Sunrise Plumbing.  Nick responded fast and was at my house the within a few hours.  He handled each of my issues - from fixing a leaky toilet to replacing a faucet and installing a hose bib outside.  The quality of workmanship was great and price fair.  It's not often you find a business that really cares about the client.  This is one of those rare cases!

These guys are GREAT! We would use Affordable Plumbing again and again! We had a major backup of water and determined it was the main line to our septic system. We had Roto Rooter out first. They wanted $375. Then we had the $49.95 guys out and it was lots of BS and now we need to put a camera down the llne - then we had a third guy out who was told the entire details and we were quoted $99 but again we have to use the camera in the line for $200 more. Then we found Affordable through and online search and good reviews on Angies list.

Their young tech Curtis came out first. He had a hard time clearing the line but he at least found the cleanout (the first three guys could not). He recommended we have the septic pumped which we did (after 15 years) and it still was sluggish so Larry came out in the evening and spent an hour working and working on it and got it!! And, he was a gentleman and did not charge additional over the first service call. $120 was all I paid. I felt guilty!

I own a small family business and these guys are the same. They get it that customer service and get the job done without the upsell - like all the big guys - is how it should be done.

I am so very pleased with Pat and his crew at Affordable Plumber.  I had an emergency main  water line leak.  They came out almost immediately and repaired the major leak.  I was very pleased with the quality of work and customer service!  They showed up and did a very professional job!  Very quickly and a price lower than what I initially expected.  I am so very happy I found Pat & crew at Affordable Plumber.  I will keep their number handy in case I need any type of plumber or have another emergency job done.  I wasn't able to be present while they were at my home.  Pat took pictures of the job every step of the way.  I felt relieved the job was done so quickly and professionally.  I would feel very comfortable referring them to anyone!

Since moving to Phoenix, we had never found our go to plumber until now. We recently moved to Ahwatukee foothills and I asked some neighbors, who recommended Mike at Western Skies from the Ahwautkee411 facebook page. One night we sprung a leak in an upstairs bathroom that had not been used and had a flooded garage of water running down ceilings, walls, and our cabinetry. I called and explained the issue to the office manager who promptly got an emergency dispatch of Mike the plumber to our house. This was our first encounter with Mike, in addressing our leaking tub, working around our timeline, understanding and explaining the restoration and insurance claims process. Mike found the source of the leak, performed the repair and was efficient, gracious and absolutely customer focused on total satisfaction throughout the process.
Since that first job, we've  hired him to repair outdoor hose faucets, kitchen plumbing shutoffs for a renovation, and installation of faucets and fixtures, and an RO system.
We now have our 'guy' for all our plumbing needs! Call Mike, you'll be so glad you did : )

I'm really impressed with Josh.  He's honest, knowledgeable and very patient. You can't beat that combination.  I'd call him again in a heartbeat.

Trevor was awesome. He installed a water softener and RO system at our new home build. Prior to our appointment, Trevor was communicative via text and answered all our questions. During the appointment, he was on time, reliable, and did not rush through the install. He needed additional parts and took it upon himself to make the trip to the nearest Home Depot and did not charge us additional for the extra parts. He cleaned up after himself and did not leave a mess.

I would definitely recommend WH&T and especially 5 star service from Trevor!

Plumbers in this area should have the Skull & Crossbones on their trucks.  These guys are the first honest contractors we have had in 3 years.  Showed up on time & did a good job for the quoted price.  Definitely will use them again!

It's bad enough that people drive like a-holes already out here.  One would think driving a truck with company name splattered all over it would prevent such behavior, or not.  I can't remember how many times you switched lanes or how many people you cut off, the last being a 3 lane switch to make a left turn I'm certain you knew was coming up.  You would have been there same time driving like normal person.  All this while constantly looking down at what I presume was your phone, unless you were trying to take care of yourself!

My Fiancée and I had a huge water Emergency that Michael and Brian helped out with and when they were alerted to our situation they Immediatly responded without hesitation. A big Huge shout out to them at Above all the Rest Plumbing and Sewer. We found them  to be very respectable, knowledgable and understanding of the Emergency we had at the time.  Michael specifically guided us every step of the way with be very communicative and with a sense of compassion for our situation.  His performance was very fast and efficient and his final price was very fair and honest with complete and utmost integrity.  Once the issue was resolved Michael was very gracious in giving us guideance on steps that we can take in the future to keep this situation from happening again.  My Fiancee and I Truly believe that they are indeed ABOVE ALL THE REST

I had worked satisfactorily with Precision Air until they called me relentlessly in Feb 2016. I told them to stop calling and I would schedule in May.  When they didn't stop calling, I called another AC company who came out and found that the new Goodman Air Conditioner put in in Jan 2015 was not working at all..no freon and a part inside had been welded improperly. I was not going to call them back!
