Best Heater Installation in Chandler AZ

My boyfriend and I called Hays for an estimate on a new 18 & 20 seer Trane. They sent out Jim and wow we could not have got any luckier with a guy who was personable and very thorough. Jim took the time to check everything in my house from the attic to the condenser outside, he was the first person from any company I've had to be thorough and not just throw numbers at me with a pen and piece of paper saying if I don't sign now I'll pay more later. Jim is awesome I learned a lot about how a system works today we are very impressed with him and it reflects well on Hays. Not to mention Hays offered more on the install by replacing everything not just the air handler and condenser but the pad the disconnect box and all new sheet metal and quoted me the most reasonable price. Thanks Jim for your knowledge and taking the time to make sure I understood every aspect of the replacement!!! I look forward to doing business with Jim and Hays!

I honestly cannot remember the last service call I have made of any kind which went nearly as well as this. As consumers, we always hope for the best but expect the worst. Robert certainly turned that thinking around. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to explain exactly what was wrong and what his recommendations were.

I messaged Dignity Plumbing inquiring about getting the water sources in my house checked for leaks. Estevan was able to accommodate my schedule & the quote was free which is huge - I personally don't want to pay to get things checked out on top of what it costs to get it fixed so that was nice! I will be going with Dignity Plumbing for any future issues!

We have had Lawson Family Plumbing out twice and have them scheduled for a third job. They are excellent and I am glad to finally have a plumbing guy (company).  From the first communication on Yelp that received a quick response, to the contact and scheduling from the main office, and finally the technician that came to the house Adrian, everything was handled with the level of detail you hope for but honestly rarely see. I highly recommend anyone give them a shot to earn your business and I will be sharing their contact info with my friend network.

While they are not the cheapest, they are also not the most expensive.  I trust them to do excellent work and charge me a fair price, I will be using them as my plumber when I'm out of state so having someone who can respond quickly and also be effective is critical.

They came out and replaced a water softener and then on the same day they replaced a water heater which I was very thankful for. That was last year and this year they came out and changed the filter to the water softener. I really like this company they are reliable and very reasonable in cost. The guy that came to my house is very professional and knowledgeable, and I appreciate that.

I have had other companies out to fix many plumbing issues and these guys are by far most responsive, and ver honest with their work.  Also very polite.  Great work!!  Keep being the good guy in the industry

They came out quickly for our repair when every other shop could not come out for days. They replaced a part, and so far so good!

After having a number of plumbing issues at my house and using multiple plumbing companies I'm so happy to have found Sunrise Plumbing.  Nick responded fast and was at my house the within a few hours.  He handled each of my issues - from fixing a leaky toilet to replacing a faucet and installing a hose bib outside.  The quality of workmanship was great and price fair.  It's not often you find a business that really cares about the client.  This is one of those rare cases!

10/17/2018. Needed a new water heater and after calling around, i decided to give Water Heaters Only the job. They were very friendly over the phone and they took the time to explain my install and pricing. Dan, my installer was there the next day and in the timeframe I was given. Unfortunaly after I made the appointment I discovered there had been a previous water leak sometime before I bought the house and the wall behind the heater had some pretty bad damage, so when Dan arrived he removed the water heater. After we inspected the area behind the drywall and determined there was no longer any leaks, he said to call when ready and he would come back to install the heater. I replaced all the drywall that afternoon and finished around 4:30. When I called they were able to get me in the next morning, that's pretty darn good! Dan did an exceptional job with the installation and I could not be happier. I would definitely use them again

Great plumber! Friendly and informative on the phone, showed up when they said they would. Did very good work and we plan on hiring them again in the future.

We had an urgent leak situation on an unnecessary spigot. We called Pat and he came right over. Pat was very knowledgeable, a fast troubleshooter and took care of the problem quickly. His prices are very fair and he's a real, down to earth business owner. Highly recommended.

Since moving to Phoenix, we had never found our go to plumber until now. We recently moved to Ahwatukee foothills and I asked some neighbors, who recommended Mike at Western Skies from the Ahwautkee411 facebook page. One night we sprung a leak in an upstairs bathroom that had not been used and had a flooded garage of water running down ceilings, walls, and our cabinetry. I called and explained the issue to the office manager who promptly got an emergency dispatch of Mike the plumber to our house. This was our first encounter with Mike, in addressing our leaking tub, working around our timeline, understanding and explaining the restoration and insurance claims process. Mike found the source of the leak, performed the repair and was efficient, gracious and absolutely customer focused on total satisfaction throughout the process.
Since that first job, we've  hired him to repair outdoor hose faucets, kitchen plumbing shutoffs for a renovation, and installation of faucets and fixtures, and an RO system.
We now have our 'guy' for all our plumbing needs! Call Mike, you'll be so glad you did : )

If you've ever found yourself in a tight spot (or with tight filters), look no further than WHAT Plumbing. I was practically at my wits' end, wrestling with three over-tightened whole house water filters that just would not move. I had tried every remedy and YouTube tutorial under the sun. And after I had wasted enough money on filter wrenches, straps, and other Amazon best sellers, I decided to swallow my pride and bring in the professionals.

Enter the dynamic duo from WHAT Plumbing. They were friendly, professional, and they arrived within an hour of my call.

You know that old saying, It's a two-man job? Well, this was definitely the case. These guys weren't just swift, but they put in some serious elbow grease, spending ample time to carefully crank off our stubborn filters -- with the precision of a surgeon and the strength of the Incredible Hulk. I'll also admit, there was a part of me secretly relieved that it wasn't a total walk in the park for these guys either--affirming that I didn't simply forget to turn off a valve or switch somewhere along the DIY route.

Now, I'll mention cost. In a world where you often pay a premium for urgency, WHAT Plumbing was incredibly fair. Considering the amount of extra effort they had to go through, I'd say more than reasonable.

So, will I be calling them again? Absolutely. For their timeliness, efficiency, and for not making me feel like a moron who can't break loose his own filters -- WHAT Plumbing has earned a customer for life. If you find yourself up against a serious plumbing challenge, do yourself a favor and call these guys before going down the Amazon best sellers list. You won't regret it.

We have used Paramount Plumbing several times for both our current property and our rental. They are ALWAYS here when they say they will be, courteous, knowledgeable & get the job done affordably.  We really appreciate them & wouldn't think of looking anywhere else.

Precision Air & Heating is literally the worst. Do NOT, under any circumstance, let these folks into your home.

I had a 4 year preventative maintenance agreement with Precision. My 2 A/C units were running great but I had a free PM call to use. Bad mistake. The Precision tech inspected both units and the air handlers and said everything was running well, but suggested we get the evaporator coils cleaned, which we did, and paid for. Literally 30 minutes after he left, our running well system showed a red light COOLING SYSTEM FAILURE. I shut down the unit and Precision said they'd send someone out the next day.

A new technician inspected the check/warning signal and the unit.  In the middle of his inspection and diagnosis, he said a fuse had just blown and there was a complicated wiring system that now needed repair.  

Once he fixed these two problems (which apparently did not exist the previous day and/or were not identified by the previous technician), he pointed out that the upstairs unit was (suddenly, after their initial service) performing poorly (a split of only 7 degrees and a lukewarm coil).  He said the previous technician's judgment or assessment of the splits was wrong and suggested that the unit needed freon, quoted me a price, which I agreed to, and then added the freon.

Imagine my surprise when he handed me a bill for rewiring a complicated board and replacing a fuse that were fully operational before he came to my house!!!  I felt I had no option but to pay him to get him about $300 to get him out of my house.

I called Precision. No response. I called again, and they asked me to send a letter. I did. No response. That's it, I'm done.

As I see it, the first tech made errors and/or damaged the fully-functional system, and the 2nd tech made more mistakes (and charged me for them) in trying to correct them.  If the 1st tech did not make mistakes, then why did these never-before-seen problems occur immediately after he left?  If the splits were bad yesterday, why did he not catch it?  Why was I charged to fix the damage done by the 2nd tech who tried to diagnose and correct the problem?  I was charged for their shoddy & destructive work.

Both techs sold me hard on re-upping my soon-to-expire PMA.  In fact, the 2nd tech quoted me a even higher price than the 1st tech did a week earlier. I guess they just make up these numbers as they go...  Crazy.

More amazing is that the 2nd tech continued to push the new PMA after I expressed my extreme dissatisfaction at his service and my disbelief at being billed for their mistakes.

I don't want anything from Precision, I just want to let people know that nobody should let this company do ANYTHING to your cooling & heating system.
