I called Dukes of Air out because a few rooms in my home were not getting cooled as evenly as the other rooms. I tried moving the vents downward to hopefully redirect the air with no appreciable difference in coolness. They came out inspected the ventaliaton system and let us know our 70s house had room vents which actually had an interior vent that is hard to change without a pencil or some similar object. He moved the affected vents and there was a big difference in those rooms. An unscrupulous company could have charged us for re-venting our house. They did the honest, easy, and not expensive route of telling us what the real problem was. I would contact them again just for that!

They showed up right on time and gave me an estimate on the work to be done. I thought it was more than fair and had them get started. They were finished within 10 mins of starting. They changed out the hose bibs on my house. It was a great experience overall. The dogs even loved them. They wore masks and were very respectful. I do recommend this company for your plumbing needs. They have very good, affordable pricing.

Called for service, told me my job was too big and because I am not a VIP they can't help me. They were not rude or unkind during our communication and my request for service was within the next 30 days, not emergently . They may have other polices for emergent jobs.

The owner commenting that my review reflects my feelings being hurt is silly. My experience was a 1, that is all.

I had a major leak that was difficult to locate the source of. WaterPros got to the bottom of it doing everything they could to remedy the issue. It turned out to be an hvac issue but they took care of all they could to prevent further damage until the specialist for that job could come address the problem with the hvac system. They are honest, hard working, reliable, and I trust their knowledge and expertise. I would definitely recommend their services and will be calling on them again for a water treatment project I have planned.

They were quick to respond to my request and showed up within an hour on a Sunday night!  It was a great price and they worked quickly and kept everything clean. I got a new garbage disposal and the one I received was damaged and they even went to Home Depot for me and changed it out. It was the best service and all done in an hour or so!

After having a number of plumbing issues at my house and using multiple plumbing companies I'm so happy to have found Sunrise Plumbing.  Nick responded fast and was at my house the within a few hours.  He handled each of my issues - from fixing a leaky toilet to replacing a faucet and installing a hose bib outside.  The quality of workmanship was great and price fair.  It's not often you find a business that really cares about the client.  This is one of those rare cases!

I found Renaissance Plumbing here on Yelp and out of the companies I called, they were the fastest to respond with the best price.  Howard came out and got the job done quickly and answered all my questions with a friendly attitude.  The work was excellent and he even took some time to inspect some other items I was concerned with.  Rather than offering to fix something that that I likely would have paid for, Howard was honest and let me know that everything looked okay and repairs were not necessary.  Service like that brings peace of mind.  I've already referred him to one friend and will certainly refer him to anyone I come across that may need his service.

They claim they answer their phones 24/7/365, but I haven't been able to reach anyone on any of their posted numbers online.  Boo!

Buyer BEWARE, I had Zest Plumbing and Drain come out for a bath tub faucet which wouldn't turn off. Signed off on the initial quote of $383 to repair and part costs. Upon return of picking up required parts the technician informed me it was another $483 to reinstall!!! Huh, what are you talking about?  Well BUyER BEWARE what you are SIGNING up front

I can't say enough about Pat and his crew. Pat the owner is very responsive and has high expectations for himself and his staff. They are professional and take great pride in their work. Pat does a great job of communicating. He clearly shares information throughout every job. In recent months we have used them for a water softener and RO system instillation as well a couple toilet leaks. In each instance they have been punctual, performed quality work, and cleaned up after the project. I highly recommend this business!

Since moving to Phoenix, we had never found our go to plumber until now. One night we sprung a leak in an upstairs bathroom that had not been used and had a flooded garage of water running down ceilings, walls, and our cabinetry. I called and explained the issue to the office manager who promptly got an emergency dispatch of Mike the plumber to our house. This was our first encounter with Mike, in addressing our leaking tub, working around our timeline, understanding and explaining the restoration and insurance claims process. Mike found the source of the leak, performed the repair and was efficient, gracious and absolutely customer focused on total satisfaction throughout the process.

If you've ever found yourself in a tight spot (or with tight filters), look no further than WHAT Plumbing. I was practically at my wits' end, wrestling with three over-tightened whole house water filters that just would not move. I had tried every remedy and YouTube tutorial under the sun. And after I had wasted enough money on filter wrenches, straps, and other Amazon best sellers, I decided to swallow my pride and bring in the professionals.

Enter the dynamic duo from WHAT Plumbing. They were friendly, professional, and they arrived within an hour of my call.

You know that old saying, It's a two-man job? Well, this was definitely the case. These guys weren't just swift, but they put in some serious elbow grease, spending ample time to carefully crank off our stubborn filters -- with the precision of a surgeon and the strength of the Incredible Hulk. I'll also admit, there was a part of me secretly relieved that it wasn't a total walk in the park for these guys either--affirming that I didn't simply forget to turn off a valve or switch somewhere along the DIY route.

Now, I'll mention cost. In a world where you often pay a premium for urgency, WHAT Plumbing was incredibly fair. Considering the amount of extra effort they had to go through, I'd say more than reasonable.

So, will I be calling them again? Absolutely. For their timeliness, efficiency, and for not making me feel like a moron who can't break loose his own filters -- WHAT Plumbing has earned a customer for life. If you find yourself up against a serious plumbing challenge, do yourself a favor and call these guys before going down the Amazon best sellers list. You won't regret it.

1st time user of this company and very happy with the results. Their technician Brett arrived early for the 8 am appointment. He quickly assed the problem with the two bathroom sinks and remediated the problems. The cost of the service was more than fair and he completed the job in less than an hour. They were prompt, courteous and communications was great. No hesitation in recommending them.

This is our 2nd time to use this company. Employees Wes and Spencer did an amazing job. They fixed our backed up sink and used state of the art technology to diagnose the problem.  They were safe, on time and quick I highly recommend this company and these 2 employees.  The cost was not outrageous and you get excellent quality.

I had a back up in my Main Line.  Called a couple plumbers and they could n't get to me for a couple days.  Called P & L and they were at my house within 2 hours.  Did what was needed to clear the clog.  They did the job for what they quoted, which was very reasonable.  Would highly recommend giving them a call.

My wife and I bought our first home and needed some quick repairs on a bathroom sink to replace some old parts. Called around and got some pretty high quotes then got in touch with Pink Plumbing. They quoted based on the job, not hourly rate and the price was more than fair. They had Lou come out very quickly and he did an awesome job and was extremely professional and friendly. I will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs.

I'm a former General Contractor.  Retired.  I urge anyone reading Yelp reviews to LOOK ELSEWHERE for A/C service.  Bought 3 yr maintenance package 2 yrs ago when 2 units at home needed cleaning and general review.  Year 1 okay but tech suggested a few replacement parts - one being capacitor.  First concern - bids written on small generic notepad...nothing professional and nothing that can be traced back to company.  That's a huge red flag (if you ever have a contractor dispute, you really have no proof).  And parts were grossly marked up about 1000%.  Little notepad showed $35 retail capacitor installed for $385.  Its a 5 minute job.  Bought part and did it myself.  Year 2 - NO CALL to schedule appointment like I was told.  I called, got apology that they had been really busy.  Tech came out, looked it over and said I really needed new unit and that he was sending someone out to quote me for new units.  I asked for detail quote on Precision paper for what needed to be replaced.  Was told they don't do that, they just write it on blank paper.  Two years same answer.  (And any response from the company to contradict this -  I would submit to a polygraph test that both techs stated this to me when I asked for it written as a quote on something showing the Precision company affiliation.  Not surprising the quote was $12-14K for a 5 ton and 4 ton replacement by them (varying based on SEER rating).  Both units are older but second opinion from other AC firm - lets add some freon which was needed, check for leak as other company said they still had some good life.  Precision didn't offer this.  Year 3 (this year)...again no call from them.  Don't expect one.  They take advantage offering the 3 year service agreement, use it to try to sell you something you don't need, and leave it to you to call them even though sold as Precision will call you each year in Apr/May to schedule site visit.  Oh, and both units still performing admirably.

IF YOU BELIEVE THEY PROVIDE GOOD SERVICE, I JUST ENCOURAGE YOU TO GET A SECOND OPINION.  Even with the second service call, you'll likely save a bunch of $$ long term.
