Best Gas Water Heater Repair in Chandler AZ

Hays was quick to set an appointment for my yearly AC check up and was great with communication. The tech was running a little behind the morning of my appointment but Hays was very proactive in contacting and updating me. To clarify, I was not bothered by the tech running behind--I have no doubt they are swamped with AC needs in the AZ heat! My tech, Sam, arrived and was super friendly then got right to work. He did a very thorough job, explained everything to me clearly and didn't pressure me at all. They honored the online coupon/discount and Sam told me about the yearly preventative maintenance plan they have but did not try to pressure or up sell me at all. I will for sure be contacting Hays in the future for my AC needs.

2 weeks ago, my wife and I decided that we would be proactive and replace our 9yr old, cheap air conditioner next year. Of course, 1 week later, on a Saturday evening, it broke down. We have a service agreement with Dukes of Air. So, we called them. Low and behold a person answered, a miracle in this day and age. They had a service tech here the next day, Sunday. Jesus, the technician, was here for 3 hours. Discovered that we had lost all the refrigerant, which meant a good size leak. He unfroze the coils and filled up the refrigerant. We decided that instead of sticking money in an old AC, we would get whatever is the best one on the market. Monday morning, I called Dukes of Air at 7am. By 8am, the sales Rep, Jerry, arrived. I requested him because I knew he was honest due to a prior experience where I wanted to spend money with them for a garage AC, but he talked me out of it and showed me how to cool the room with just a portable that I had. So, we set everything up for an install on Thursday. We ordered a Trane 18 seer, variable speed, 5-ton unit. Research shows it's one of the best. With the climate changing, we had to be prepared. Jerry stated that he would make sure we stayed cool until the install. A shout out also to Pamela and Tiffany of customer service who patiently took all my calls and questions. Wednesday evening, the AC ran out of coolant again and the compressor locked up. Made a call, then Pamela called me back and said Jesus was on the way. He was here within an hour. He basically resuscitated the unit after an hour and a half and we were cool again. Thursday morning, Branden, Angel and team were here at 6:45am to begin the install. They were absolute workhorses, no breaks, just worked straight through to 1pm. But, some technical issues came up during the testing. It would work fine in testing but not in run mode. They stayed at it talking with multiple people on the phone, trying different things. Then the install manager showed up to help at 5pm. They decided to replace the new thermostat that they installed and low and behold, everything worked. Even though they had been here for 11 hours, Branden and Angel cleaned up everything including vacuuming the floor and stairs. The customer service of Dukes of Air is just top notch. From the people in the office to the service techs, the install team, and the sales rep, they cannot be beat. Dukes of Air is not the cheapest and not the most expensive, but they are by far, the most ethical and honest company I have ever dealt with. My thanks to Pamela, Tiffany, Jerry, Jesus, Branden, Angel and the rest of the install team.

Requested a quote via Yelp and got a response within minutes. Was out here the next day to look at our water heater and fixed within a couple of hours. Great service! Looking forward to doing business again in the future, thank you!

Gerardo installed our water softener and reverse osmosis yesterday. He was very professional and sweet. At the last minute we decided not to take the reverse osmosis to our refrigerator at this time and Gerardo was very amenable to that. Suggested if we changed our mind he would come back another day. I would definitely recommend American home and air to anyone. Very satisfied.

I have had other companies out to fix many plumbing issues and these guys are by far most responsive, and ver honest with their work.  Also very polite.  Great work!!  Keep being the good guy in the industry

I contacted several plumbing services in the area and Jorge with Techool got back to me so quickly. He assured to have someone to my home in the next hour to look into our toilet leak. That's awesome customer service. I ended up cancelling due to our landlord having his handyman on hand but the convenience this company provided deserved a review. Will be booking the next time I have a plumbing issue!!

After having a number of plumbing issues at my house and using multiple plumbing companies I'm so happy to have found Sunrise Plumbing.  Nick responded fast and was at my house the within a few hours.  He handled each of my issues - from fixing a leaky toilet to replacing a faucet and installing a hose bib outside.  The quality of workmanship was great and price fair.  It's not often you find a business that really cares about the client.  This is one of those rare cases!

We had a slab leak. Needed to repipe hot water line. These guys came in, talked with me about the different approaches. I chose the most challenging option. They did a stellar job. Scott and Justin are hard working, honest, punctual, knows what they're doing. This is my third call in a year and a half and each time, they have been the best I could have asked for. I am genuinely glad that I can call on them.

Water heater started leaking today and it was time for a replacement.

I was contacted within minutes of requesting a quote and given a time frame for later in the afternoon.

Friendly tech came by, assessed and provided a firm quote based for replacing the tank and adding in some improvements for future safety.  

Removed the old, replaced with new and was done in about an hour.

Problem solved and solved promptly with a smile.

I don't generally do reviews, but I had to because Ben Thomas is simply great.  As a engineer who has done a lot of contracting, I have worked with a lot of plumbers and plumbing companies.  Hands down, Affordable Plumbing is the best in every regard. By the way, give Ben a raise, he is the only plumber I want working on my projects.

Since moving to Phoenix, we had never found our go to plumber until now. We recently moved to Ahwatukee foothills and I asked some neighbors, who recommended Mike at Western Skies from the Ahwautkee411 facebook page. One night we sprung a leak in an upstairs bathroom that had not been used and had a flooded garage of water running down ceilings, walls, and our cabinetry. I called and explained the issue to the office manager who promptly got an emergency dispatch of Mike the plumber to our house. This was our first encounter with Mike, in addressing our leaking tub, working around our timeline, understanding and explaining the restoration and insurance claims process. Mike found the source of the leak, performed the repair and was efficient, gracious and absolutely customer focused on total satisfaction throughout the process.
Since that first job, we've  hired him to repair outdoor hose faucets, kitchen plumbing shutoffs for a renovation, and installation of faucets and fixtures, and an RO system.

Trevor and Dylan are amazing !  They installed our new water heater and softener system.  They also did a bunch of new emergency response plumbing we needed on our old home. They got each phase of the project done fast and clean!  It always helps when you hire owner operators like these guys!

Trevor replaced our kitchen sink, new faucet and garbage disposal.  He did an excellent job! The counter had to be cut to accommodate the new sink.  He also replaced old corroded shut-off valves and installed new lines.  I'm picky and his work was over and above expectations.  This is the second time I've used Talbot Plumbing.  A little over a year ago they did a lot of work for us when we remodeled our master bathroom.  We were also very happy with their work then which is why I called them for this job.  Will call again when/if additional plumbing issues arise.

First off, it seems I see Plumbing trucks or Plumbing Vans all over the valley and sometimes I've wondered how do these guys stay in business? Now I know! I've now had two bad experiences previously with other plumbers who misdiagnosed the problem with my pipes, and overcharged me.

A friend from church referred me to Plumbing 2.0 and I'm so grateful he did!  A smiling, Master Plumber named Dustin arrived ON TIME, listened to my description of the problem (waste water back up in some sinks and tubs) in my older (historic district) home. Dustin immediately went to work and within minutes, he diagnosed the cause of problem exactly,  and began rootering the pipes that were causing the issue of gross, waste-water backup  in my four bedroom home. He took the time to do the job right! The problem was permanently solved! The other guys never really fixed it, just made it better for a few days. Dustin and plumbing 2.0 is the best I've ever worked with! The pricing was better, Dustins demeanor and attitude  were better, and let's be real here: his skills were obviously far Superior to three other so-called plumbers I have contracted with in the past.

I had two major leaks in my house, and used a different company to repair them. The first leak was a reasonable cost to fix. But the second one was outrageous. After this company tried to sell me on repiping my whole house (for a measley $14k) and a new water softener ($4500), I said no way. I was referred to Cure All Plumbing by a family member, so I thought I'd give them a shot.

Ben came out to the house and gave me an estimate to repipe the house and a water softener for about 1/3 of the price as the other company. Immediately I felt ripped off by the other company, but very relieved I found these guys. A few days later, Ben and three other workers repiped my entire house and fixed a couple odds and ends. They finished this in just over one day, which was incredible. Ben was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. It was a relief knowing you could trust these guys, instead of the slimy salesmanship displayed by some of the shadier companies.

I highly recommend using Cure All, and will refer them to everyone I know. As I told Ben, they now have my household as a permanent customer.

Showed up on short notice not once but twice (2 different issues) while we were preparing to sell our house, and did great jobs for a reasonable price.

Quality service, Oscar always comes quickly and helps immediately! This is the second time I called for a plumbing issue and he came right away and helped solve my issues!

Precision Air and Heating - HORRIBLE SERVICE!

Have had a call in since Sunday (5 days ago) and they company gave us a 5-9 block for yesterday.
Around 5 yesterday they called to say it would be closer to 9.
9 comes and goes, no call and no ones shows up, so around 10pm we call and they have to page the on call guy (they only have 1 guy working at night) and he gets back to us around 10:30 saying he's still on a job for another few hours in Scottsdale (we are in Avondale!), so he could show up around 1am (maybe) told them this was not acceptable and he says he would call the office to have someone out in the morning.
We hear nothing from the office when they open, so when we call to ask on status they tell us there are NO OPEN SPOTS for us today since we declined service yesterday... apparently them overbooking and not making the 5-9 was my fault, basically we should have just accepted the 1am time frame that was so reasonable from the companies perspective (we have young children who are asleep so someone banging around in the attic from 1-3 am is not going to work when the time promised was 5-9pm).
Asked the manager to make us a priority today and she said that they will NOT do that and they can try and send someone but cant give a time and it might be yesterday all over again and the tech might show up after 9pm. ... WOW.
Mind you, the unit we have on our home is one from Precision Air that we bought new VERY recently and is still under warranty.
But I'm not a priority as a customer. Overbooking (ala UNITED AIRLINES) and missing appointments doesn't make a customer a priority, previous purchases from this company won't make you a priority, having the company hold you hostage for a week not also doesn't make you a priority.
What I've learned, this company, just doesn't care about you.

Now I'm being told that the owner is too busy to speak with me, after being assured he would be able to call me today by management to resolve this issue...  but she was able to relay a message from him
That they felt they did their best to get someone out to me yesterday.
NO ONE SHOWED UP AT THE TIME PROMISED, they missed a four hour window.
The vents have been blowing warm air since Sunday when we called and this company has done their best w/ a 4 day wait and then blowing off my scheduled appt time.
I would love to see what not their best is if this is the best they can offer.
Also, they MIGHT have someone out to me today by 3pm.
I won't hold my breathe.

But she offered to allow me to use another company if i prefer - proof they don't care about my business.
