We love Hays! Nick Pratt was just here to service our tankless hot water heater. He was very professional, very knowledgeable, very pleasant to deal with and was able to take care of the issues we were having. The entire office staff is professional and pleasant to work with! The window of time they give you isn't half a day so you aren't stuck waiting, they call when they're on the way or if they're running a little late (which rarely happens). I wouldn't call anyone else for our heating, A/C and plumbing needs!

I had a waterline and pump issue with my toilet and I contacted Ox Plumbing last night and Erik and Kevin came over to fix the issues today. I had a problem with water heater explained what problem was and provide information that they needed on model and type of water heater I had. He showed up next morning with new water heater and removed mine and installed within two hours, he took old one back to dispose of and cleaned up like they were never here other that the beautiful new water heater that stands before me.... Great customer service, very professional and best of all the pricing! They were honest and up front and we couldn't be more happy! Defiantly would recommend their services to anyone and gladly would use them again...

Have been a real fan of this company. Having purchased my three HVACs and hot water heaters from them in the past four years, I have received amazing customer service from install to maintenance. They are always professional and clean up after the work. Recently I had an unusual issue pop up that was related more to the old construction of the house, they troubleshooted it quickly and brought in their experts who took care of the issue. Nice to see businesses that take pride in customer service and doing the right thing.

I had a major leak that was difficult to locate the source of. WaterPros got to the bottom of it doing everything they could to remedy the issue. It turned out to be an hvac issue but they took care of all they could to prevent further damage until the specialist for that job could come address the problem with the hvac system. They are honest, hard working, reliable, and I trust their knowledge and expertise. I would definitely recommend their services and will be calling on them again for a water treatment project I have planned.

After having a number of plumbing issues at my house and using multiple plumbing companies I'm so happy to have found Sunrise Plumbing.  Nick responded fast and was at my house the within a few hours.  He handled each of my issues - from fixing a leaky toilet to replacing a faucet and installing a hose bib outside.  The quality of workmanship was great and price fair.  It's not often you find a business that really cares about the client.  This is one of those rare cases!

Really good service and good work. Gave me a high level estimate over the phone. When I postponed the work, they were very flexible. They came back and completed the work, answering all of my questions about maintenance and construction of the water heater. The estimate allowed me to do some comparison shopping easily and there were no surprise charges added on. I would definitely call them again. The scheduling app was easy to use and I got text links to my request which made it easy to verify the service requested.

I can't say enough about Pat and his crew. Pat the owner is very responsive and has high expectations for himself and his staff. They are professional and take great pride in their work. Pat does a great job of communicating. He clearly shares information throughout every job. In recent months we have used them for a water softener and RO system instillation as well a couple toilet leaks. Since moving to Phoenix, we had never found our go to plumber until now. We recently moved to Ahwatukee foothills and I asked some neighbors, who recommended Mike at Western Skies from the Ahwautkee411 facebook page. One night we sprung a leak in an upstairs bathroom that had not been used and had a flooded garage of water running down ceilings, walls, and our cabinetry. I called and explained the issue to the office manager who promptly got an emergency dispatch of Mike the plumber to our house. This was our first encounter with Mike, in addressing our leaking tub, working around our timeline, understanding and explaining the restoration and insurance claims process. Mike found the source of the leak, performed the repair and was efficient, gracious and absolutely customer focused on total satisfaction throughout the process.
Since that first job, we've  hired him to repair outdoor hose faucets, kitchen plumbing shutoffs for a renovation, and installation of faucets and fixtures, and an RO system.
We now have our 'guy' for all our plumbing needs! Call Mike, you'll be so glad you did : )

Very satisfied with all the services provided by talbot plumbing. However I just didn't like how Trevor the owner tried to talk smack about my job while he was at my house a long time ago. I felt like he was very condescending because he owned a plumbing company while I worked from home as a cartographer (map maker) at that time. Because of that me and my wife will just use other plumbers in our area.

1st time user of this company and very happy with the results. Their technician Brett arrived early for the 8 am appointment. He quickly assed the problem with the two bathroom sinks and remediated the problems. The cost of the service was more than fair and he completed the job in less than an hour. They were prompt, courteous and communications was great. No hesitation in recommending them.

Donald did a good job clearing the leak beneath my kitchen sink. (I hope) Before that they did good putting on a new water outlet when I got a new and different washing machine. So I decided to spend some of the stimulus money I got from Uncle Sam and give them some work and stimulate the economy.

I did not have any drain problems, but my house was here before the AZ Code required a sewer clean-out pipe. I didn't have one and decided to let them put a two-way clean-out tube in for me out front of my house. I thought the price was high and even had the estimator out again, but decided at the last minute not to try to whittle the price down because it was stimulus money.

Before they got here I had the city out to tell me where my drain connected to the main sewer and they had no instruments, but were old experienced guys. Straight out they all three said. Exactly what I thought! It is totally illogical for the pipe to go anywhere else but straight out to the street!

That was not good enough for me but not for Cure All. They got on my roof and tried to run some sort of electric device down and out of my vent pipe, and try to see where it came out with some sort of high-tech metal detector. So he broke off the cover to my vent pipe and left it laying there to blow away in the wind. It was clear where the pipe went with my dousing rod

It was two guys bigger than me so I declined to let them try to go under the house and make their handy-dandy metal detector nonsense work for a job that there was no reason to go under the house for.

They were polite and courteous but perhaps a little too cautious, maybe hesitant about digging a three-foot deep working trench in the wrong place.

I recommend them whole-heartedly for their high-tech stuff, but maybe not for doing any digging. Looks like I will dig down and locate that pipe myself. Age 70!

Awesome service! Fast. My water heater went out and they came out quickly and was a great price. Kevin was professional and wore a mask and gloves which I appreciated.

Really, really thrilled with how quickly Pink got back to us for a same-day turnaround.  Our kitchen faucet handle stopped working, and the plumber dispatched by our home warranty company told us he couldn't find anything like it and would have to replace the entire thing.  A phone call to Moen established there was a $5 repair kit for our exact issue :-|  However, the handle didn't move after installation, leaving us with no kitchen sink and visitors arriving!  Jason came out and replaced the cartridge, getting us back in business.  And they REALLY took care of us on what could have been a really expensive emergency call!

Didn't fix issue even when I asked them to check the air conditioning fan, which was the issue. Gave me new condenser caps and they have been good in the past but this checkup was a waste of money, they never responded when I called and wanted to talk to someone about it. I'll change the review of they ever call.
