The company's communication was outstanding, from my first contact throughout the service. I heard about their AC Tune-Up for $129 on a radio ad (goettl.com/air-condition…), and I figured I'd give it a try on my 30-year-old unit. The technician who visited (Nathan) was very experienced and professional. I could not believe the thoroughness of the process. Using numerous sophisticated devices he checked out everything about the equipment. I got numerous photos showing what was inspected and cleaned. Nathan cleaned all the important parts better than they've been cleaned before. I felt I got a very honest assessment about my system, and I decided to sign-up for the membership that provides annual AC, heating and plumbing assessments.
