Now here is a company that truly cares about there customers. Had to call about the initial visit from Hays because I was not fully explained the charges prior to the work. John was wonderful and sent Mike out to double check the previous work done. He was prompt, listened to my concerns and diagnosed my ac unit. He  fully explained to me the condition of the AC unit that I was having problems with and offered a credit on the previous work for my inconvenience. I will absolutely use Hays again and refer them to anyone needed there service. I will personally ask for Mike when I decide to upgrade my units next year. Thank you John and Mike for your attention and detail to customer service!

Thank you Arizona Dukes of Air! My air wasn't working last night as well as it could. I yelped a message and they said to call at 7am. I called around 7:15 and they made room for me the same day. Anthony was running early, he called to see if he could come early. He arrived we explained what was happening. He spent time up with the unit, running and testing it. He came back and asked a few more questions. He went back and did some tests. He gave a few examples of things to look out for but he found no explanation for what happened the night before. Normally I would want an explanation but he spent so much time checking things that I feel confident he checked many things. Thank you!

This company is great.   I called on a Tuesday and the next day they had someone come out to assess our main valve plumbing issue, free of charge too. The tech Steven was very nice and honest. I had him check out a shower leak and I appreciated  his honest insight on how to best take care of our shower issue. When we are ready to get that done (during our bathroom remodel project), we will definitely give them a call.

Our AC had froze due to a dirty filter and a dusty backyard  but they came out and fixed it very quickly let us know what was going on how they were gonna help and now our pups and us can relax this summer with AC. Highly recommend!!!

After having a number of plumbing issues at my house and using multiple plumbing companies I'm so happy to have found Sunrise Plumbing.  Nick responded fast and was at my house the within a few hours.  He handled each of my issues - from fixing a leaky toilet to replacing a faucet and installing a hose bib outside.  The quality of workmanship was great and price fair.  It's not often you find a business that really cares about the client.  This is one of those rare cases!

911 Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing has been there for us numerous times in the past few years. The day before they were to arrive for our yearly heater inspection, our water heater kicked the bucket. Jeff told me he'd get that replaced, and did it himself when he arrived for the inspection. They just replaced our A/C units, heaters, and coils yesterday, and I cannot say enough good things about Jake and the guys that did the installation! Very polite and courteous, along with extremely professional and knowledgeable. We know that when we do move, we're bringing Jeff and the folks with us!

The main water pipe for our house was missing the valve. They came out and fixed it up, including a new hose connector. We also needed the pipes under a sink changed out so we could turn them on and off since we were hooking up an RO/DI system to it for aquarium water generation. Not only did they switch those out, but they also hooked up the RO/DI system to the water and drain; just had me pay for parts and did the work while he was at it. Great service. Great communication. Beat everyone else's quote. Will be a repeat customer whenever we need a plumber! Thanks.

Showed up on time. Very professional and friendly. They have good prices and did not try to rip me off.  The plumber was very knowledgeable and fixed a few issues we had and the work was very clean. I will definitely use Plumbing 2.0 again for all future plumbing needs.

Had a leak at the main supply to the house they were able to come out the same day and fix it as well as replace the shutoff valve and all the old piping around it. Communication was great including, really like the text notification system they use. They were quick, knowledgeable and professional, I would definitely recommend.

My A/C condenser died on Wednesday evening.  I called on Thursday morning  and technician Mark Rose was at my house within an hour.  After deciding I needed a new unit he said he would have a Supervisor come by for me to sign paperwork.  The Supervisor Dave Meyers was at my house before Mark had even left.  For once I really felt my needs were the utmost important.  

On Saturday morning Rosario, Justin and Willy showed up right on time.  They were super nice, friendly and very professional.  They made what I thought would be a huge task seem so easy.
