Best Drain Cleaning in Chandler AZ

Called on Monday to schedule for tune up. Got in for Wednesday between 10am-2pm, A quarter to 2pm, no call no show. Called the company, the lady said they called and left a message to reschedule. We are home all morning, no miss call, no message.

I just canceled my service contract. They provided an inexpensive thermostat in place of the higher quality one they billed me for. Their customer service person didn't get why I was making such a big deal about it ( um, it is a big deal--it's fraud), and dismissed my comments about issues I had with their tech. Altho I called for service before their cut-off time, I was made to wait for service until the following morning.

I emailed stating my concern and received a voice mail from Tom with mumbo-jumbo double-talk that boiled down to everything-is-fine-no-problem-it had-to-do-with the description of the unit which was actually a wifi unit and I paid for a manuaI blah blah. It was a denial that there was any issue.  I sent another email acknowledging his call and saying my issue wasn't resolved and then received a phone message with the offer to replace the unit.  I was ok with the resolution offered but asked, as long as they were coming back, to upgrade to an offer I had from them for a wifi unit for only $30 more (an option I wasn't initially offered but ferreted out on my own).  This was agreed to, and the resolution was delivered with an insult (I dont understand why you are making a big deal of this) leading me to wonder if billing for an expensive item and providing a cheap one were their usual business practice. There was never any apology: maybe So sorry, our tech should have offered you a discount since he acknowledged that he did provide a different unit than you were billed for.  Instead I got the attitude of uh oh customer noticed we'll have to fix it.  I requested a refund for the price difference in the 2 units ($88) and await a response.  I don't care to speak with anyone from this company and don't want their technician in my home. Tonya, you are the reason I cancelled my agreement.

My family had a problem with the water not working in one of my upstairs shower/bath, they came out and gave a fair quote. They were very knowledgeable and fixed it quickly. I would highly recommend. I will also be reaching out if I need anything else done.

We have had Lawson Family Plumbing out twice and have them scheduled for a third job. They are excellent and I am glad to finally have a plumbing guy (company).  From the first communication on Yelp that received a quick response, to the contact and scheduling from the main office, and finally the technician that came to the house Adrian, everything was handled with the level of detail you hope for but honestly rarely see. I highly recommend anyone give them a shot to earn your business and I will be sharing their contact info with my friend network.

While they are not the cheapest, they are also not the most expensive.  I trust them to do excellent work and charge me a fair price, I will be using them as my plumber when I'm out of state so having someone who can respond quickly and also be effective is critical.

AHW&A installed a new air conditioner and were paid cash, so it seems they care nothing for what happened to me. Their workmen disabled my swamp cooler and left it with the top off and the water jets pointed up into the air. I have no idea why they would do that except that I complained when the air conditioner unit they ordered was hours late and they had taken the other unit out. It was 119 degrees. You think they could plan to Not disable the working unit until the new one as at last here on the ground. So I guess in retribution, their crew decided it would be good to disable my swamp cooler when they had no business even touching it. I had to hire someone to climb up on my 2nd story roof and that is what they had done. Left it open to the sun and bent the water jet up, on purpose, Just to be mean? I don't know. After at least 4 texts and as many calls, I finally got a promise from Samantha that they cared and would call me by the end of the day. NOT! No one has called or written or cared. This is incredibly upsetting and insulting to me. I WISH I COULD STOP PAYMENT. BET THEY WOULD BE IN TOUCH THEN.

I needed some trim pieces replaced on my bathtub and Techcool answered the call. They were very reliable, respectful, efficient, and went above and beyond to help me out.

After having a number of plumbing issues at my house and using multiple plumbing companies I'm so happy to have found Sunrise Plumbing.  Nick responded fast and was at my house the within a few hours.  He handled each of my issues - from fixing a leaky toilet to replacing a faucet and installing a hose bib outside.  The quality of workmanship was great and price fair.  It's not often you find a business that really cares about the client.  This is one of those rare cases!

I had toilet that needed to be reset and a water heater to be replaced. Trevor and his team, provided an estimate and completed the work in a very professional and timely manner!

Had issues with a broken faucet that would constantly drip. Called up plumbing 2.0 and they were able to help me asap. Ian figured out the problem instantly and not only fixed my faucet but also noticed that the pipes under my sink had a small leak. He tightened and secured everything below and since then the sink works perfectly. Ian's a very efficient worker and was great at explaining and answering any of my questions and concerns. Very impressed with the company that I've actually had Ian come back to help install shower heads and a toilet. The company is extremely reliable, honest and has great customer service. I highly recommend using this company and will continue to use them for any plumbing needs.

This stared as a DIY gone wrong.  Logan arrived in a Sat night to cap the water in my diy bathroom Reno.  This was after I flooded it twice!  

He then can back to properly connect the water lines behind the wall. Then he came back AGAIN to finish the install when I finished the tile!

Can we say above and beyond?!?!?  Yes we can!

I then decided that after new countertops he would install the kitchen sink.  Thank GOODNESS I made that decision.  Little did I know I needed an extended flange for the garbage disposal!  New sink = longer drain hole. Lesson learned!!

I can't thank cure all enough for helping me with this DIY!  And VERY REASONABLE!  Even emergency visit was lower than most on a sat night!

I hired Kevin when I was updating two bathrooms and building a third (in a large laundry room). Suffice to say I could not have done this project without him. He replaced my main water line, re-piped the water lines in the whole house, and plumbed my laundry room into a third bath! He helped manage the inspections during the process as I was hours away in Tucson. As with any old house when you open up the walls you find other problems; Kevin was great in communicating the issue, and how to fix it.
He was very reasonable, very responsive, and follows through.
I would absolutely recommend him and will definitely use him again in the future.

I discovered a leak in my guest bathroom and tried to reach out to a few plumbers before finding Chris. Not only was he the first to pick up the phone, but he scheduled an appointment within 24 hours to access the issue.

We had some unpleasant news in that the leak was coming from behind the wall and needed some extensive repairs; Chris not only determined the cause immediately, but reached out to a restoration company on my behalf to get the wheels in motion for repairs.

He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain exactly what was going on and how we could proceed with insurance. He had the job completed by the next day, despite having to drill into the foundation and do extensive repairs. He and his worker were courteous of my home and left things as neat as they found them.

This is never a pleasant issue to deal with,  but Chris truly helped alleviate the stress associated with the occurrence. My first experience with Pink Plumbing was 5 star and they have a new customer for life. I have already recommended them via Nextdoor and will continue to do so!

Freddy is the best plumber in Phoenix.

We have hired many plumbers over the years while we renovated houses. Once we found Freddy, we only call him. He is always responsive, professional and friendly, and gets the job done every time. AND his prices are great. He has done everything for us from angle stops to water heaters, to crawling in a 2' high crawl space to fix a leaking drain. He has also done jobs that other plumbers said could not be done. Simply put, you can call Freddy and know that your issue will be taken care of.

The technician, Eddie was very professional and knowledgeable.  He checked the A/C unit and found the contactor was bad.  I told him I had a Home Warranty, and he suggested I call them to see if this part was covered.  I called and it was covered.  Eddie was excellent to  work with and I would recommend very highly.  Also, he served his country as a Marine.
