Well it finally did and they were not only able to get me in before noon to fix a main line back up back up, when a cancellation came in they called me up right away and offered to come sooner if I was home. Done in 30 minutes, everyone was nice and professional, and if it happens again in 7 days they'll come back out for free. Could't be happier.

I called Doug to replace and refasten a couple of roof tile that had become dislodged. Doug responded within an hour and had my repair completed within another hour. His workmanship is professional.
