Best Pipe Installation in Albuquerque NM
Prompt response to Request for Estimate, scheduled for a Mon a.m. repair, even though it was a holiday (Memorial Day), completed repair in less than 2hrs, and stuck to the estimate that had been provided. Was advised by Tech that I would be notified via email with invoice; received email same day advising that IF I didn't pay by end of day, there'd be penalty charge -- would have been nice to have understood that up front ... but, all in all, will use again in the future.

Gave reasonable quote to replace sewer line, complete on time and replaced leaking water line at no added cost.

I had a very nice fellow, Jaime Ortega come out and do a great job cleaning out a backed up kitchen sink. I was impressed with his work and explanation of what was going on down that black hole. He left with suggestions on how to avoid another blockage and made the kitchen tidy before he left. Sometimes you just need a real plumber and a real snake.

I am currently living out of state and I had a leak in our rental and Donner Plumbing came out within a day to fix the leak. I was very pleased with the customer service and the speed of which the job was completed. The price was great as well. I will always use Donner Plumbing!!

We needed a water heater installed and we were able to get same day service for half the price of other companies. They were on time and courteous. We did provide the water heater which was ok with them. Some other companies won't let you. It was installed quickly and is working.

We have used MGP Mechanical for over three years with great experience. Utilized their service for maintenance on HVAC systems as well as replacement of entire AC unit. Always professional and helpful. Always reasonably priced compared to others including more well-known names. Nice to help a local small business and know I'm receiving a high quality service.

OMG! I can not believe this place. It's sunday and the wall switch to my swamp cooler is broken. It almost 100 degrees yesterday and I don't want to go through another hot day. It just needs to be replaced and the dude that I spoke with on the phone, Mike, said it would cost me $600 for them to come out and fix it! What a jerk. I will not ever recommend them or call them again.

Guy & son showed up on time, did what they said they would do quickly and very reasonably. Another outfit was here a week before and pronounced that they could not clear my drain and needed to break into the wall and replace alot of pipes at a larger quote. They will get their own review here on yelp. Highly recommended!

As a general contractor I have dealt with many subcontractors over the years. As the saying goes, It takes all kinds. One that I have stayed with since 2004 is Kyde Crawford, of Redline Mechanical. Kyde and his crews have plumbed eight custom homes for me. The quality of
their work has been consistent and outstanding. This company stands behind its work. In
2015 Redline plumbed a 5 bedroom custom home for me. Due to a manufacturing flaw, all
the hot and cold water cut-off valves had to be replaced. The matter was in litigation with no resolution imminent. Nonetheless, Kyde came out and replaced every one of my valves at no charge and with an excellent attitude.
If you are looking for an experienced plumbing contractor who will not short-cut quality and
who will stand behind his work, you owe it to yourself to consider Redline mechanical.

These guys took care of me in replacing a tankless water heater. Unlike dealing with the big companies this is dealing with the owner and one on one service. I would highly recommend them. I have used TLC and Wagner in the past and this company is much better- talk to Max

Needed a sudden extreme repair for my refrigerated air system. Western Mechanical provided immediate service, clear and fair pricing, thoroughgoing diagnostics and excellent repair. Professional through and through. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for all such work.

I called in a non-working furnace on Wednesday 2/28 to my home warranty. Called Ashcraft the next day. Told that the woman who knew how to pull warranty requests was out for the day.
RED FLAG #1. There only one person who knows how to do that?
Technician came over. He immediately told me that home warranty was always a problem and rarely said yes.
RED FLAG #2. Why was he so anti-home warranty?
He looked at the unit. Moved the thermostat back & forth. Furnace never clicked on. He said gas solenoid was bad. I never claimed to be an HVAC tech so good. Furnace bad. He told me on Fri noon that he couldn't turn it into HWA until Mon. It wasn't turned in until Wed.
RED FLAG #3. Why did it take so long? He already said the furnace was no longer made but he was going to look up parts? And it took him until Wednesday afternoon to do that? And I had to call them three times?
They call me to tell me that HWA (Home Warranty of America) has refused the bid. I got mad at HWA and called them. Only to be told that Ashcraft had turned in a bid that included 20 hours of labor. Ashcraft's Ronnie (the supervisor I spoke with) told me the price they quoted was 2200 (give or take a bit.).
RED FLAG #4 The tech REFUSED to give me his quote via voice mail or email. As in didn't want to be able to be proven a liar.
So HWA sent out another company (whom I will be also reviewing glowingly.) That tech LIT THE PILOT LIGHT. That's right, he lit the pilot light. The supposedly bad gas solenoid pushed gas right through and the heater came on. I am now sitting in a warm home after 10 days of being cold. 10 days.
So I called Ronnie at Ashcraft who told me he was there with the tech. I could hear the tech in the background saying, It's a magic chef. I didn't want to work on it. I told Ronnie that he never even tried to light the pilot light. His tech responded It's a Magic Chef. So basically, the Ashcraft tech did not do his job AND tried to rip off my home warranty company.
Ashcraft refused to refund my $75 service fee.
Avoid!

Diego and Isaac (Father and son team) did a great job with my faucets. They let me know what parts I needed to get, showed up on time, and finished the work in a timely manner. They also cleaned the area they were working in after they were finished.
