I just got off the phone with them to get some initial quote information on a triplex I'm in escrow on and was pretty shocked at how rude the woman helping me was. Right off the bat had a massive attitude and was incredibly unhelpful.

The people there seem nice enough, and may even do great work. However, I asked them to give me a quote on a job and they even came out to the jobsite for a walk through. After days of not hearing from them on a price I called back only to get the excuse of we're still getting bids from a subcontractor. I was being patient, and after a few more days of waiting I had call back only to get the same thing. Finally after a couple of more weeks of not hearing from them I called back only for them to say sorry are too busy and can't do the job. I get it, people are busy, but have the common courtesy to call a potential client back and let them know that you can't do the work.  Just not good businesses in my opinion.
