Best Electric Inspection in Albuquerque NM

Just had my hot water heater replaced by these guys. They called me first thing in the morning in response to the message I had left the previous evening. They gave me a quote that was exactly what it cost. The plumbers who arrived were polite and completed the task quickly and efficiently. My previous plumber recently retired after 45 years of business and recommended this company. Glad he did!

Beware of this company.  They sent out two technicians to service my air conditioners.  I'm not sure what they did while they were here.  The cameras caught one of them standing around most of the time. By the time they left several hours later, one of my units had been drained of refrigerant and was no longer working.  When I questioned the technician about why he would have done that, he maintained that there was a leak in the line.  I told him there was no leak in the line, as I had not had any problem with the AC.  I asked him what I was supposed to do now that the AC wasn't working, and he told me they could write an estimate to come out and restore the refrigerant to get it working again.  I told him I was having a gathering that weekend and could not afford to not have a functioning AC, and that they shouldn't have done that.  I contacted the office immediately and didn't hear back until 4 days later.  Meanwhile, I was able to get technicians from other HVAC companies out here to give me estimates, and ended up spending nearly $2,000 to restore the system.  While the company initially apologized for the error, they only agreed to not charge for the visit, but the owner refused to compensate me for the costs I incurred to have the unit cleaned and recharged with refrigerant.  I was very disappointed that the owner did not step up to do the right thing.

I called Duke City to help me out after another company left me hanging. I am very pleased with the quick response and the quality of work was very good as was the price. Communication was excellent and the touch back with estimates for further work was quick and reasonable. Thanks Duke City Heating and Cooling.

The prices are competitive. The Plumbers are knowledgeable. The Technicians need to be more experienced. The customer service is below average.

I'll try to keep this short.  Called Monday to schedule an estimate for new hot water heater. Was told to leave a message with estimator(I will not leave names) Left a message & he called me back, said did not have to come out for estimate just needed info on gallons, was told it would be between $3,700 to 4,200.00. explained needed some work on the deck it sat on so he said that it would need to be looked at.  A different person was sent to look at the deck on Tuesday. Was told I would have estimate NLT Wed.  When no estimate came over I called TLC, again was given estimators phone and told to call him.  Called and voice mail was full. Called office back and was told they would leave a note on his desk to get back with me.  Huuum well it is Saturday and still have heard nothing.  You may see their trucks all over town and see them advertise, however because they are a large company does not mean they are prompt, honest, reliable or courteous. You are just another tally on their books.We had 3 other estimates and had an amazing plumber come out and had the work complete by Friday.
We certainly would not recommend this company!!!!!!!!!

Initial service was quick. Tried contacting them again a week later cause there was still a small leak in my toilet and he has told me for 2 days now that he was on his way and still has not shown up.

Signature is a terrific company. I got my new HVAC unit a couple years ago in August and they provided me with a mobile a/c unit while they were working. Anytime I have a problem they send someone out and it's solved.

After paying $850 last week to have my AC fixed and having this company come back out because it wasn't fixed correctly the first time I was called a cheap customer for disputing an additional $875 bill.  The person I was talking to claimed to be the owner and was the person who told me I was a cheap customer and refused to give me his name.  The owner told me if I wanted his name that I could drive down to get his name in person. This is not a company I would recommend.  Please don't make the mistake I did and use this company.
