Fantastic service!  I called 4 places and Sam was the only one to answer.  He diagnosed the problem within 2 minutes and fixed the problem within 15.  He was kind, friendly, reasonably priced, courteous and wonderful with my family.  He will be the only one I call in the future!

Our basement flooded and it was very bad. We requested service for two different issues. One being the water heater and the other being the stoppage issue. They wanted to replace out water heater and the price was outrageous! We found another plumber to replace this for $1,000 less than the prices quoted! After we did not go with them for the water heater replacement, they cancelled the second service for the stoppage, even though we now paid two times for two different service calls! They rescheduled for a week away. The morning of service, they called AGAIN to cancel stating we would have to wait an additional week! In the mean time, our basement is flooding with every rain!! I DO NOT recommend this company!

Sewage was backing up into my basement, a first for me after buying my first house last July. I called around 11pm and a technician came at 8am the following morning, which meant I didn't have to pay higher after-hours/emergency rate. The technician, Liam, took care of the clog, which was about 50 feet in, within an hour or so. He walked me through the whole process and took some extra time to help me get a sense of the set-up at the house which is about 130 years old, which I appreciated. Cost was $330 after taxes and the service call fee. I wasn't happy about losing $330 to a sewage clog but I did a little research and that seems to have been a fair price. Another technician will be providing a free camera examination of the sewer line. The sewage back-up was a terrible experience and I appreciated the fast response and excellent service.

Needed emergency service to assess water leaking issue in bathroom. Jarrett was friendly, knowledgeable and replaced a burst toilet water line quickly. Would definitely use the company again for other plumbing needs.
