I cannot say enough about this company. They came to our house and serviced our furnace. They were very courteous and explained every move they made. The furnace then had another issue later in the night and I was able to text them and they came out first thing in the morning. They were awesome to replace the part for free. I feel confident that if I have any problems with my furnace, I can trust Towlson to come out and give me an honest evaluation and provide integral service! Gerry McNamara at Aardvark has done electrical and plumbing work at my house on 4 different occasions and everytime is fair and honest.  I call Gerry anytime I have an issue.  Prices are in line with the market and he is very trust worthy!

I requested an estimate to demolish our old garage and build a new one. Hub came to our house and did a thorough evaluation. He even came back (the next day) with his concrete guy to look at the existing and crumbling concrete floor. Finally, he provided an written estimate for the total project cost. We haven't decided yet to do this project but I was impressed with Hub Chan. Professional and responsive.

Frank did all our windows and an entire kitchen renovation for us. He has done a wonderful job with each project. He's always on time, professional and works hard throughout the day to get the job done in a timely manner. Roy's advertises open 24 hours, so when I called around 1am I expected to get service. And from what I was told this encouraged me to waste a lot of time hanging by the phone. Finally, though, someone came to the phone who basically told me don't expect service before they open at 7:30. So things were not off to a good start and I almost didn't go with them.
Jeff came out soon after I called them at 8am. I was amazed at his workmanship, completing the job in excellent fashion in record time. It was a job I not only gave up on, but could not imagine anyone doing it in the cramped space he had to work with. And he took an interest in the overall project I was working on. Not only that, he was very professional and quite likable. I'd have given this more than 5 stars had it not been for the earlier problem in the wee hours.

Anthony, due to the fact that you refuse to respond via text message or phone call I will be communicating with you here since this seems to be the only place you actually respond. Attached is a photograph of the documents pertaining to the legal action we have taken against you in state court from the New York State Attorney General. We have also contacted the Better Business Bureau and will be filing a local lawsuit with the Amherst Town Court. Also, due to the fact my wife's doctor has informed us that our baby is showing signs of stress related developmental issues you are no longer going to have any contact with her whatsoever. And hear me loud and clear on this... if you attempt to contact her in any way we will be filing charges with the Amherst Police Department with charges of harassment. You have caused her that much stress that I will no longer allow you to have anything to do with her. I have hired someone else to finish the job. We will see you court.
