Best Electric Furnace Repair in Wichita KS
We recently had our AC stolen, i had no idea where to start. So i tried Yelp, and picked this company based on the reviews. I made a phone call, explained the situation, and they said yes they could help out. I believe it was the owner. He looked up the size of the house, recommended a 3 ton. I asked about brands and he said that they were pretty much the same. They carry a top of the line, and it is 14,000, He said i will not let you spend that much! I was sold right there, because of his integrity. He scheduled a appointment for a once over on the house, and to check the air flow. After that was complete the actual install was later that week. I was told it would take about 8 hrs, but it took only 6. After the install, we ran into another problem, we did not have the correct current for the AC, WHO KNEW. We corrected that problem, and they came back out to make sure it was installed correctly and also gave tips, as to what vents to close to make the air flow correctly.
I called them two more times, the first time to ask about a cage to deter the AC from theft, he told me they don't carry those, however if we have it there on the install day, they would install it. It was not there on the initial install, but when they came back to finish up a week later, the one we ordered was there and partially installed. They finished installing it for us!
The second call was we have a gas insert in our fireplace and was told that we need to get it installed by a HVAC company. I called to schedule that appointment to co-inside with the AC. I was told ma'am, we don't do that type of work, only heating and air. I asked if they knew of anyone in town, and he gave me two companies we ended up going with DOD FIREPLACE.
This company in my opinion, first order of business is CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We will be using them for all of our heating and air servicing.

we filed a claim with our warranty company on a Sunday, a week ago now. we got scheduled with The Air Guy Kansas who set our appointment time for 5 days later in the middle of June and 100 degree heat. I contacted them on Monday of this week and they said they could potentially come on Wednesday rather than Friday. I had heard nothing from them since then and was unable to contact them using any one of their 3 phone numbers to get any updates throughout the week, leaving voicemails and texts. then, they don't show up during their appointment time frame we were given on Friday. no call, no show. didn't even show up late from just running behind. I absolutely do not recommend this company unless you're cool with a lack of communication and don't want your AC system back up and running.
